35-year-old Joel Demon was jailed earlier this month after assaulting his girlfriend, Jean Utley, who also makes frequent appearances on the booking log. She says he punched her in the face on April 2, placing her in fear. Officers documented visible injuries to her face and located Demon a short distance away from their Wilma Rudolph Blvd. hotel room. He also had drug paraphernalia on him at the time of his arrest.
Joel Frank Demon of Talon Hills Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 3rd, charged with domestic assault, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, evadig arrest, and vandalism. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $15,000.
