Deshawn Allen pulls gun & threatens to kill girlfriend for ‘playing with his feelings’

23-year-old Deshawn Allen was jailed on August 18th after threatening his fiancée with a gun when he saw text messages from another man in her phone. Jaden Shelby Wall reported to the Sheriff’s Office that on the night of August 13th, She and Allen got into an argument about the text message, and it turned violent when he snatched her into the bedroom by her arms. She jerked to get away from him, and he shoved her with both hands on the bed. Ms. Wall rolled off the bed onto the floor to try to get away from him, but he pulled out a loaded Glock 19 with a 30-round magazine from his backpack and stood over her. While Allen was aiming the gun at Ms. Wall, he told her he was going to kill her for cheating on him and playing with his feelings. Ms. Wall began to cry and begged him to put the gun down. She believed she was going to be shot to death.

Gaige Wagoner charged in assault of father over rent money

24-year-old Gaige Wagoner was jailed on August 18 after someone reported an elderly man who appeared to have been in a fight. Police responded and spoke with Cameron Wagoner, who stated that he and his son got into a physical altercation over rent. Cameron had significant bruising and lacerations to his face and blood on his shirt. When police questioned Gaige about the incident, he advised that he and his father were having an argument until his father tried to “swing” at him. Due to the significant injuries, Gaige was determined to be the primary aggressor.

Kira Chrishanna Pace hits man with her car, follows him through multiple yards in chase

32-year-old Kira Pace was jailed on August 15th after hitting her friend with her car on Amber Court. Police spoke with Keyon Bacon, who said he and Pace were in a heated argument inside her car until she began to hit and scratch him. According to Kenyon, he got out of the car once Pace assaulted him, and she drove into him and chased him with her car through multiple yards in the cul de sac before leaving the scene. Kenyon further explained that he and Pace are just friends and do not live together or have a sexual relationship.

Michael Olds lies to police about his name; could have walked away freely

32-year-old Michael Olds was jailed on August 20th after police responded to a call for service on Providence Boulevard. Olds identified himself as Michael Buddy and told police he didn’t know his birthday. He was given several opportunities to properly identify himself and was informed of Tennessee’s law regarding criminal impersonation, but he continued to claim his name was Michael Buddy. Olds was taken into custody and his real identity was discovered later. He stated that has three minor children that are in the custody of their mother Amber Watkins.

Angel Peña flips vehicle, flees on foot to his home to hide

22-year-old Angel Peña was jailed on August 20th after flipping his vehicle on Tobacco Road and then running to his house on Sturdivant Drive. When police showed up at Peña’s house explaining that they found multiple empty containers of alcohol in his vehicle, he wasn’t making much sense but managed to admit that the accident occurred because he had been drinking Vodka and also had some beers. Peña struggled to walk to the patrol vehicle on his own, where he was then transported to Tennova ER to be medically cleared for booking.

Jarvin Jackson face down and covered in vomit at troubled Electric Cowboy

33-year-old Jarvin Jackson was jailed on August 20th after police heard a car horn honking in the back of the troubled Electric Cowboy parking lot while patrolling the area. They found Jackson passed out in the driver’s seat with his head hung, pressing the car horn. He had vomited on himself and appeared to have urinated on himself as well. When police woke him, he slurred words about his wife being on her way, but the number he dialed went straight to voicemail. For his safety, he was placed into custody and transported to Montgomery County jail.

Makhere Benson assaults girlfriend while eating at Old Chicago in Clarksville

24-year-old Makhere Benson was jailed on August 20th when police responded to Wilma Rudolph Boulevard after speaking with Alexie Brodie, who said while out eating dinner, they got into an argument. Ms. Brodie asked him to leave the restaurant, but Benson refused to leave. Christopher Poitevint, the manager of Old Chicago, stated that he observed Mr. Benson grab Ms. Brodie by her neck. When officers arrived on the scene, both parties were outside of the restaurant arguing. Officers observed Ms. Brodie yell “stop” toward Mr. Benson and witnessed him push and hit her.
