18-year-old Thomas Auston Wilcox is charged with assaulting his 17-year-old girlfriend after police say the two were in a vehicle when he hit her in the face multiple times with his hand. During an interview, he admitted to the assault, and the victim sustained bruises to the right side of her eye, the inside of her lips, and scratches on her arm.
Thomas Auston Wilcox was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 11th, charged with domestic assault. Heis free on a $1,000 bond via 2nd Chance 24-Hour Bail Bonding to his 752 Spees Drive address in Clarksville.
Wilcox has multiple court cases pending, one in which he is a victim of an aggravated domestic assault, with Joseph Piti as the defendant, and another from December in which he is also accused of domestic assault, that is slated to be dismissed with a mental health evaluation/review.
