26-year-old Janecia Raquel Martin was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant charging her with harassment. Dalila ‘Lili’ Shani Fryar says she’s told Martin to cease all contact, and she continues to call, annoy, and threaten her.
Janecia Raquel Martin was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 5th, charged with harassment. She is free on a $500 bond via LA’s Bail Bonding to her 606 Flower Drive address in Clarksville.
