Jessica Phillips-Breznican swore out an affidavit for harassment against 21-year-old Mikayla Carolyn Sheree Milam, stating that she told Milam not to contact her several times, and yet she continues to do so. Breznican says she continues to receive unwanted text messages from Milam.
Mikayla Carolyn Sheree Milam of James Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 1st, charged with harassment. She is free on a $500 bond.
