22-year-old Danielle Bryant was involved in a domestic dispute with her ex-boyfriend, Dylan Lefort, at their Fox Creek apartment on April 1st. Law enforcement made contact with Lefort, who stated that he got into a fight with Bryant after she threw his flip-flops in the trash. During the fight, Bryant grabbed Lefort’s phone and went upstairs. Lefort followed behind her, so Bryant threw the phone down the stairs. Bryant and Lefort argued in his bedroom, and Bryant tried to pull him out. Lefort proceeded to push Brant and leave. Danielle Bryant was deemed the primary aggressor, so she was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and vandalism on April 2nd.

DUI: Soldier Omar Harris drives off highway after trying to take “shortcut”
33-year-old Soldier Omar Harris was found in the grass on the side of Highway 374 on March 4th. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Harris. When officers questioned Harris, he told them he was trying to take a “shortcut.” Harris consented to sobriety tests but performed poorly and was deemed unfit to operate a motor vehicle. Officers asked him if he would supply a breath sample, but he declined. After being read implied consent, officers asked Harris for a breath sample again, but he continued to refuse. Omar Harris was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
Maggie Spell Miller charged with driving under influence of marijuana
Clarksville police say 19-year-old Maggie Spell Miller was under the influence of marijuana when she crashed her vehicle at Lafayette and Kirby on August 31st. Officer Lindsey Fowler says she could smell a ‘strong odor’ of marijuana coming from inside the car and observed Maggie to have red, watery eyes, and dilated pupils. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
Woman jailed in assault of mother in argument over money — Meagan Barrone arrested
24-year-old Meagan Rae Barrone is charged with pushing her mother against a wall during an argument over money Wednesday, then taking her phone to prevent her from calling 911. She is jailed in lieu of a $500 bond.
