57-year-old Anastacio Urdiera was seen intoxicated at the Circle K on Dover Road on May 3rd. Officers arrived and made contact with Urdiera, who was backing out of a parking space in his green Chevy Tahoe. When officers spoke with Urdiera, they reported that he smelt like alcohol and demonstrated other signs of intoxication. Officers observed an open 24-ounce can of Modelo that was more than half empty. Urdiera was asked to perform sobriety tests, but he refused. Urdiera was then read implied consent, which he denied. A check of NCIC revealed that he did not have a valid driver’s license. Anastacio Urdiera was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, driving with no license, and possessing an open container of alcohol.

DUI: Drayton Bergmann drives into oncoming traffic after having 4-5 beers at friend’s house
On April 14th, 28-year-old Drayton Bergmann was caught driving under the influence on Liberty Parkway. Officers spoke with someone who called about a vehicle swerving in and out of lanes and driving into oncoming traffic. When officers arrived on the scene, they noticed Bergmann’s Vehicle driving into other lanes of oncoming traffic, which led to officers initiating a traffic stop. Officers then approached the vehicle and made contact with Bergmann. Bergmann appeared to have red, watery eyes and a smell of alcohol on his breath. Bergmann then admitted having 4 to 5 beers at his friend’s house. Officers asked Bergmann to do sobriety tests, which he accepted and performed poorly. Bergmann was then taken into custody for DUI on April 15th.
Soldier Eddie Brown pulled his penis out in front of magistrate and urinated on floor after arrest
A patron of the troubled Electric Cowboy flagged down nearby police in the early morning hours of April 30 to report his friend, 22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Eddie Brown, was about to drive away after drinking heavily, and they were unable to stop him. Officers located Brown in his Nissan Sentra after he drove up beside them as they were searching for him in the parking lot. He admitted, through slurred words, that he had been drinking prior to driving. Inside his Sentra, officers found two open bottles of Seagram’s Escapes Italian Ice alcoholic drinks. Brown had a mouth full of chewing tobacco, which he was ordered to spit out before being placed into the patrol car.
Brown waited until he was in the back of the patrol car and then spit it up onto the back seat. Not quite finished, Brown then pulled his penis from his pants and doused the rear of the patrol car in urine. Once at booking, while standing at the magistrate’s window, Brown recreated the scene from the car and once again pulled out his penis and urinated all over the floor. A the time of his arrest, Brown was out on bond from a February DUI arrest.
Kevonni Young charged with DUI after traffic stop in Clarksville
21-year-old Kevonni Young was driving a Chevrolet Silverado near Outlaw Field Road / Airport Road late Saturday evening when Clarksville Police Officer Marcus Lax says he observed the vehicle weaving between lanes of travel. He initiated a traffic stop and noted Kevonni Young appeared intoxicated. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody, and charged with DUI.
