30-year-old Shawntre Devon Brown is charged with speeding, driving on a revoked license (for the second time), and driving with expired tags after officers observed her traveling 55 mph in a 35 mph zone in September. As she noticed an officer was behind her, she pulled into Whitney Drive and parked, and walked away down the street. The officer stayed with the vehicle, and a short time later, a man came to get the vehicle, who turned out to be her father. He confirmed her identity, and the warrants were issued for her arrest. She was booked on the outstanding warrants on September 29th.

Amir McCain (FlipPhoneShwty) jailed after fleeing police during April traffic stop
21-year-old Amir Shadon McCain, locally known as rapper FlipPhoneShwty) was jailed this week after being on the run for five months on multiple warrants, including a felony evading arrest/flight charge. In April, an officer was conducting a traffic stop on a Nissan Altima driven by McCain, and as he walked near the vehicle, McCain sped away and was able to evade police until they gave up the chase. Multiple warrants were issued for his arrest, and he was jailed on September 22nd after a new traffic stop for speeding. He is free on a $24,000 bond.
Sarah Grace Vincent: 3rd DUI in 39 days in Clarksville — $40,000 bond
23-year-old Sarah Grace Vincent was issued a citation for DUI on August 8th in Clarksville, and was free to go without posting a bond. On August 26th, she was charged with a DUI and child endangerment and quickly posted a $13,000 cash bond, the conditions of which prohibit her from consuming any alcohol or drugs. But wait, there’s more! On September 11th, she was traveling 68 mph in a 35 mph work zone in Clarksville and was found to be once again driving under the influence. An officer says she was slow, lethargic, confused, and unable to state where she was coming from or going. She is now jailed in lieu of a $40,000 bond, which she has not yet posted.
Fallen King Tattoo owner Fabian Diaz charged after crash in Clarksville
Clarksville Police Officer Robert Conery responded to a crash on August 28th at Tiny Town & Barkers Mill and discovered the 29-year-old driver Fabian Diaz had a suspended license, and his vehicle registration was expired. Diaz was previously charged with driving on a suspended license earlier this year. He was transported to booking and charged accordingly. Diaz is the owner of Fallen King Tattoo Studio in Oak Grove.
Alcohol, handgun, & speed — Fort Campbell soldier Alexander Stapleton arrested: 73 in a 35
21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Alexander Stapleton was clocked at 73 mph in a 35 mph zone in the early hours of Sunday morning by Deputy Jonathan Brown. Stapleton continued those speeds as the drove through a red light on Hwy 48. After a traffic stop was conducted, Stapleton was reported to be “heavily intoxicated” and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. There was Glock in Plainview in the vehicle, and he blew a 0.103% BAC on a breathalyzer.
