Dalton Bromley indicted for multiple counts of burglary & theft

A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 31-year-old Dalton Bromley for two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, and evading arrest on June 21st, 2023. The indictment alleges Bromley stole a 2018 Ford F-150 and tools from Charles Perry. It also alleges Bromley attempted to steal a 2020 Ford F-150 from Lindsey Liedtke. The indictment alleges Bromley stole a 1999 Ford F-150 and tools from Grayson Gromski. Finally, the indictment alleges that Bromley attempted to flee from law enforcement after being caught. Bromley was taken into custody on April 29th, 2024.

Jalise Rudolph punches multiple family members in the face during altercation

19-year-old Jalise Rudolph was involved in an altercation with her family members at their Paradise Hill Road residence on April 30th, 2023. When officers arrived, they spoke with Jalise outside her home. Jalise stated that she got into an altercation with multiple family members and was assaulted by them. Officers then spoke with Jalise’s father, Raymond Rudolph, her mother, Lucreshia Rudolph, her grandmother, Linda Rudolph, and her uncle, William Rudolph. They said Jalise came into the residence to pick up some belongings. When Jalise left, she slammed the door, so Linda followed her outside. Once Linda was outside, Jalise punched her in the face several times, causing both of them to fall to the ground. William told officers that he then grabbed Jalise and held her back. At this time, Lucreshia came outside and tried to confront Jalise, which led to her getting punched in the face. After that, Raymond came outside and proceeded to get punched in the face by Jalise as well. Jalise Rudolph was taken into custody and charged with three counts of domestic assault on April 29th, 2024.

Jamie Stewart rams into girlfriend’s car during argument

45-year-old Jamie Stewart was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, Ashton Botelho, at Derby Drive on March 14th. When officers arrived, they contacted Botelho inside her car on Keyland Drive, a street away from her residence. Botelho told officers that she pulled into their driveway and argued with Stewart. Stewart yelled at her, got into his truck, and rammed into the front passenger side of Botelho’s car while she was still inside the vehicle. Stewart then fled the scene in his truck. Botelho attempted to follow him while on the phone with law enforcement, but Stewart turned around on Keyland Drive and started yelling at her. That is when Botelho stopped and waited for officers to arrive.

The Emergency 911 call-taker told officers that they heard Stewart yelling in the background of their call with Botelho. During the investigation of the incident, law enforcement spoke with Barbara Davis, Stewart’s mother and the legal guardian of the children that Stewart and Botelho share. Davis stated that she was not aware of the crash, but she did take notice when the children ran inside crying following the couple’s argument. Davis also shared that Stewart and Botelho have a history of domestic violence with each other. Stewart’s truck was located outside a house on Emory Street. When officers knocked on the door, they waited for someone to answer, but nobody came to the door. Jamie Stewart was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault, driving without a driver’s license, and leaving the scene of an incident with damage on April 29th.

Jonathan Toy shoots Marathon Gas Station employee with pellet gun

44-year-old Jonathan Toy was involved in an altercation with Andrew Smith at a Marathon Gas Station on April 29th. Smith contacted law enforcement and told them that he had been shot in the leg with a pellet gun by one of the employees at the mentioned location. When officers arrived, they received video confirmation of the assault from staff. While speaking with officers at his residence, Toy handed over his airsoft gun but denied assaulting Smith with it. Jonathan Toy was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

Mayron Hollis punches father multiple times after refusing to give him his granddaughter

33-year-old Mayron Hollis was involved in a domestic altercation with her father-in-law, Ronald Hollis, at her Cumberland Heights Road residence on April 28th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Ronald. Ronald informed them that he had custody of his six-year-old granddaughter, but her mother, Mayron, refused to give him the child. Ronald stated that Mayron let him into the residence to get his granddaughter, but while doing so, she became irate and refused to give him the child. When Ronald reached for the child, Mayron punched him in the face three times. Ronald got away from her and contacted law enforcement. Mayron Hollis was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on April 29th.

Shawn Lindstrom charged after failing to appear for his sex offender registration

39-year-old Shawn Lindstrom was caught failing to appear for his sex offender registration on April 1st. Lindstrom was convicted of Sexual Battery on March 27th, 2020. On April 1st, 2024, Lindstrom was ordered to appear in court for his sex offender registration, but he failed to do so in a timely matter. Shawn Lindstrom was taken into custody and charged with a sexual offender registration violation on April 24th.

Benjamin Dodd crosses multiple lanes and collides with Nissan Murano on Tiny Town Road

43-year-old Benjamin Dodd was involved in a car crash on Tiny Town Road on September 18th, 2022. Reportedly, Dodd crossed multiple lanes and collided head-on with a Nissan Murano. Officers made contact and noticed several signs of narcotic use as they spoke with Dodd. While speaking with officers, Dodd claimed that he was the passenger and that a woman named Shelby Hale was the driver.

This, however, was contradicted by witnesses shortly after. After being confronted with this, Dodd admitted that he was the driver during the incident. Dodd consented to a blood draw, which tested positive for cocaine. Through further investigation, officers found a pill that was identified as Oxycodone Hydrochloride. It was later revealed that Hale suffered a broken leg, and Kaelynn Baydo sustained a leg fracture and was airlifted to Vanderbilt for a severe head injury. Benjamin Dodd was taken into custody and charged with three counts of vehicular assault on April 28th.

DUI: Elmer Sanchez blows .172% BAC after hitting mailbox

On April 27th, 34-year-old Elmer Sanchez was caught driving under the influence after hitting a mailbox at a Thrasher Drive residence. When officers arrived, they spoke with Sanchez, who said he was driving and had hit a mailbox. Officers observed Sanchez’s watery eyes and smelled the odor of alcoholic beverages coming from him. Sanchez admitted to officers that he had had two alcoholic drinks prior to driving. Officers asked Sanchez to perform sobriety tests, which he accepted but performed poorly. Officers were unable to locate Sanchez’s license as well. Officers deemed Sanchez too intoxicated to operate a motor vehicle. Sanchez performed a breath analysis in Montgomery County Jail with a final result of .172% BAC. Sanchez was taken into custody on April 28th.

Hilary Jimenez strikes sister in head several times during altercation

On April 27th, 35-year-old Hilary Jimenez was involved in a domestic incident with her sister, Lauren Blake, at Jimenez’s Bunker Hill Road residence. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Blake, who stated that she had gotten into a verbal altercation with her sister that turned physical. Blake stated Jimenez struck her several times in the head during the altercation. Officers then spoke with Jimenez, who noted that no physical altercation had occurred and it was only verbal. Due to the allegations and statements made, officers deemed Jimenez to be the primary aggressor, and she was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Dorothy Martin caught stealing her acquaintance’s car at Elite Liquors

45-year-old Dorothy Martin was caught stealing a car from an acquaintance, Johnnie Cummings, at Providence Boulevard on March 29th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Cummings. Cummings stated that he picked up Martin “to hang out.” Cummings told officers that he drove to Elite Liquors on Madison Street and left her inside the car. When he returned to his vehicle, it was gone. Cummings got a ride to look for his car and found Martin inside it behind Bob’s Discount Tobacco & Beer on Providence Boulevard. According to Cummings, when he called for Martin, she left the mentioned location with the car. The vehicle was later recovered unoccupied after a car chase. Dorothy Martin was taken into custody and charged with motor vehicle theft on April 27th.

Genesis Navedo grabs girlfriend by neck multiple times during argument

On April 27th, 28-year-old Genesis Navedo was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Candelaria Montez, at their Dunbar Cave Road Apartment residence. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Montez, who stated that she had gotten into a verbal argument with Navedo that turned physical. Montez claims that Navedo pushed the victim multiple times and grabbed her by the neck three separate times. Officers observed redness on Montez’s neck. Officers deemed Navedo to be the primary aggressor, and he was taken into custody for domestic aggravated assault.

DUI: Alexis Kirk drives onto curb, blows .159% BAC after drinking at Electric Cowboy

On April 27th, 27-year-old Alexis Kirk was caught driving under the influence near College Street. Officers were patrolling the area when they noticed a blue vehicle driving onto a curb and then back onto the roadway. The vehicle proceeded to make a wide right turn onto University Avenue before officers stopped it. Officers identified the driver as Alexis Kirk. Officers spoke with Kirk, who said she had a few drinks at the troubled Electric Cowboy that night. Officers then asked Kirk to perform sobriety tests, which she accepted and performed poorly. Kirk consented to a breath test that resulted in a .159% BAC. Officers deemed Kirk to be intoxicated, so she was taken into custody for DUI on April 27th.

DUI: Ricky Rosario tells police he had two drinks at his uncle’s house before driving

On April 26th, 23-year-old Ricky Rosario was caught driving under the influence near a sobriety checkpoint on Dover Road and Paula Drive. Officers made contact with a Dodge Ram and identified the driver as Ricky Rosario. Officers observed Rosario’s bloodshot, watery eyes and sluggish behavior. Officers then asked Rosario to exit his vehicle and walk toward the patrol car to perform sobriety tests, which he agreed to. Before performing the tests, Rosario admitted to officers that he had two drinks at his uncle’s house but initially stated he had none. Officers then had Rosario perform three sobriety tests, all of which he performed poorly. Officers then took Rosario into custody for DUI on April 27th.

DUI: Kevin Perkins tells police he used cocaine before being pulled over in Nissan Altima

59-year-old Kevin Perkins was caught driving without a valid driver’s license in a Nissan Altima at the Greenfield Drive and Paradise Hill Road intersection on April 26th. While speaking to Perkins, officers observed multiple indicators of intoxication. This led to officers requesting Perkins to perform field sobriety tests. Perkins consented to the sobriety tests but performed poorly. Perkins told police that he used cocaine before the stop and that there would be THC in his blood. Kevin Perkins was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and driving without a driver’s license on April 27th.

44-year-old Jose Mendez, an employee of El Toro, was caught driving under the influence in a tan Mazda CX5 at a DUI checkpoint on Dover Road on April 26th. When officers made contact, they could smell marijuana coming from Mendez’s vehicle. Mendez admitted to smoking before he started driving. This led officers to ask Mendez to execute field sobriety tests. Mendez consented to the sobriety tests but ended up performing poorly. Jose Mendez was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence on April 27th.

Yan Mirabel attempts to break into car after stealing $105 worth of items from Walmart

24-year-old Yan Mirabel was caught shoplifting from the Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on April 26th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and spoke with the victim. The victim stated that Mirabel was trying to break his car window. Walmart surveillance footage showed Mirabel striking the window and door of the victim’s vehicle with a tent stake. Surveillance footage also showcased Mirabel entering Walmart, getting several pieces of exercise equipment, and leaving the store without paying. The items Mirabel stole were worth $105. Yan Mirabel was taken into custody and charged with burglary and property theft.

Joseph Coleman II steals $120 from woman after giving her ride

40-year-old Joseph Coleman II was caught stealing from Victoria Range on Buchanon Drive on June 16th, 2023. Range contacted officers and told them she had been offered a ride by a stranger named Joe. Joe stopped at a residence on Buchanon Drive and went inside. When he came out, he told Range he wanted to talk to her. Once Range approached the residence, Coleman II ran back to the car and attempted to leave with her belongings. Range followed behind, got partially in Joe’s car, and tried to get her items back. Range tried holding onto the passenger seat and the gear shift while Joe was hitting her in the head and back. Range told officers that Joe also bit her on the back while she was holding the gear shift. During Joe’s assault, Range grabbed some paperwork from the vehicle and fell out of the car onto the road.

During the investigation of the incident, officers made contact with witnesses who stated that they saw a black male and Range get into a car. The man attempted to drive away while Range reached for something in the car. Witnesses also told officers that it looked like she was dragged and run over by the vehicle. On July 12th, 2023, Range was asked why Coleman II tried to leave her. Range stated that he was trying to take her stuff. Officers asked Range if she had any of her belongings stolen, and she told them that he had taken $120 in cash. Joseph Coleman II was identified in a photo lineup, taken into custody, and charged with robbery on April 26th, 2024.

Antonio Dailey assaults girlfriend after she smokes the last of their crack

45-year-old Antonio Dailey was booked on an outstanding warrant from August 10th, 2023. On that day, Dailey assaulted his girlfriend during an argument about who would get to smoke the last of their crack. Tinisha Majors told officers that she decided to smoke the last of their crack, which made her boyfriend angry. Dailey then hit Majors in the arm, threw her belongings into the parking lot, and made her get out of his truck. On April 26th, 2024, Dailey was booked for domestic assault.

Jaden Mondaine slams girlfriend into mirror, snatches her wig off during altercation

24-year-old Jaden Christian Mondaine had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Kamillion Tyson, at their Dalton Smith Court apartment around 11:00 p.m. on April 24th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Tyson, who said she was cleaning after everyone had eaten dinner. As Tyson was doing this, Mondaine started cursing at her and grabbed her phone to look through it. She said he pushed her into the couch when she asked for her phone. Tyson got up, trying to retrieve her phone, then Mondaine slammed her against a mirror and snatched her wig off. Tyson said she would call the police while struggling to get her phone. Mondaine responded to this by grabbing her neck and pushing his thumbs, which left minor bruising. Mondaine was taken into custody for domestic assault on April 25th.

39-year-old Danny Ray Wilkins Jr. had a domestic incident with his mother, Janice Wilkins, at their Mike Court residence on February 9th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Janice, who stated that while she was on the phone with her daughter, Danny assaulted her. Janice stated Danny grabbed her phone, lifted her from the couch, and slammed her onto the floor. Janice said that Danny then took the phone and threw it against the wall before flipping a coffee table, breaking a mirror, and leaving the house. Danny Wilkins Jr. was taken into custody for domestic assault on April 25th.
