21-year-old Tyler Flanagan, of Clarksville, was jailed Sunday, charged with a November 2020 rape. The Davidson County Grand Jury returned the charge in March. Flanagan is a prominent member of the Nashville and Clarksville car club scenes, locally known for his “anime” car, and a member of “931 Shitboxes”. He is free on a $10,000 bond.

Financial Advisor Robert Kennedy charged in theft of $10K cash from girlfriend, Heidi Blessing
52-year-old Clarksville Financial Advisor Robert Kennedy was jailed in Nashville Tuesday, charged with felony theft. Court records allege he stole $10,000 in cash from his girlfriend, Heidi Blessing, which she had recently withdrawn from the bank for an upcoming surgery. The lovers had been celebrating Robert’s birthday at her apartment and were reportedly intoxicated when they got into an argument. She placed the cash inside a gold makeup bag that night and says he absconded with the cash the next morning. Police say security cameras show no one else entering or exiting the residence during the time the cash disappeared. Robert Kennedy is the son of Reber and Opal Kennedy, of Clarksville.
Clarksville recognizes 130 employees during annual “Cause for Applause” event
This year, Mayor Pitts received 130 recognition nominations from the department heads, consisting of 65 Shining Stars and 65 Rising Stars. The Employee of the Year award went to Willie Scott, from the Clarksville Street Department.

Woman charged with harassment after repeated calls & texts — Luisa Maria Carrillo
32-year-old Luisa Maria Carrillo is charged with harassment after Erica L. Anderson says she advised Ms. Carrillo to stop contacting her, but the calls and texts continued, including calls to Ms. Anderson’s place of employment. She is free on a $250 cash bond.
Clarksville BLM Leader Maurice Stegall charged in felony assault of white girlfriend
Clarksville’s most well-known leader and organizer for Black Lives Matter, 34-year-old Orlandes Maurice Stegall, was jailed Saturday after witnesses reported a black man with a gun driving a Chevy Silverado was arguing with a white female in a Ford Edge as both vehicles were traveling near Ft. Campbell Blvd.
The woman was identified as Stegall’s girlfriend, Crystal McAdams, told police she had confronted Stegall about a rumor she had heard, and why he was leaving the house at 3 a.m. all “dressed up”. She says he slapped her in the face, grabbed her by the neck, and broke her phone when she tried to call 911. She then grabbed her child and fled the home in her vehicle for safety, and Maurice Stegall followed in his vehicle. He is charged with felony aggravated assault, vandalism, and interference with a 911 call.
Woman says she had “1 glass of champagne” prior to NYE DUI — Valencia Hill
32-year-old Valencia Hill was booked into the Montgomery County Jail in the early hours of January 1st after THP State Trooper Irish McDonald says she crossed the center line multiple times and admitted to drinking champagne prior to driving. She reportedly performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI. Hill is free on a $2,500 bond.

20-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Austin Farris is free on a $5,000 bond after Clarksville Police say he struck his sister’s boyfriend across the face and mouth with a baseball bat. He is charged with felony aggravated assault.
