28-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Collin Wheatley was slumped over the wheel of his 2019 GMC Sierra at a green light on Riverside Drive just before 3 a.m. on March 26. Officers noticed the vehicle was at the light for an extended period of time and conducted a welfare check. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and was eventually awakened by first responders. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody, and charged with DUI.

Deputies observed 24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Oliver Terry speeding on Hwy 374 just after 3 a.m. Saturday and conducted a traffic stop. During the interaction, Deputy LaBeause said Terry reeked of alcohol and had slurred speech. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and consented to a blood draw, which was conducted at Tennova Sango prior to booking.

22-year-old For Campbell Soldier Jasmyne Bray crashed her car into the “Welcome to Clarksville” sign near state line road just after 3 a.m. Sunday, according to Officer LaJoie who responded to the crash. The Nissan Altima was unoccupied at the time. A witness stated he saw the driver leave the scene with another individual. Officers got in contact with Bray, who she admitted that she was the one driving and had left the scene. She then returned to the scene of the accident and stated that she had one shot to drink earlier that evening. Bray agreed to perform sobriety tests and performed poorly. She was arrested for driving under the influence.

22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Eddie Brown was driving his Nissan Sentra the wrong way on Ted A. Crozier St. Blvd just after 3:30 a.m. Sunday, when officers conducted a traffic stop. Brown, who was visibly intoxicated, stated he had just left the troubled Electric Cowboy bar, where he consumed “three to five Budweiser beers.” He was transported to Tennova for a blood draw and then to booking, where he was charged with DUI.

21-year-old Nathaniel Merck was found slumped over the wheel of his Volkswagen Passat just before 5 a.m. Saturday near 101st & Trenton Road. Merck was at a traffic light with his vehicle in drive, and several light cycles occurred after the officer arrived. His vehicle began to roll through the intersection as he became alert. Officers had to break through the window of the car, unlock the door, and place the car in park as he was driving toward a ditch. Merck performed poorly on field sobriety tests and admitted he was drunk. He later blew a 0.142% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Soldier Jonathan Radliff completes drunk driving rampage after leaving Electric Cowboy

22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Jonathan Radliff says he had “four drinks” at the troubled Electric Cowboy club in Clarksville in the early hours of Friday morning. After getting extremely intoxicated, the soldier got into this vehicle and was involved in a hit-and-run which Clarksville Police are investigating. Shortly after that incident he was stopped by deputies on Hand Drive after someone called into say he struck their trailer and was still at the location. Deputies say he was visibly intoxicated and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Inside his vehicle were three open containers of various alcohol beverages.

Command Sergeant Major Larry Jarrett charged in late-night DUI on River Road

48-year-old Fort Campbell Command Sergeant Major Larry Fred Jarrett was jailed in the early hours of Friday morning on charges of driving under the influence and refusing to submit to testing/implied consent law. Deputy Ryan Foster says he observed Jarrett’s vehicle with no rear lights as it traveled on River Road. He conducted a traffic stop during which Jarrett fumbled with basic tasks, forgot what he was retrieving when asked for his identification, and gave incoherent answers to questions.

He claimed he was “almost at a friend’s house” at the time of the stop but was unable to give any information about the friend, the address, or the road he was on. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking. The deputy noted Jarrett had an out-of-state DUI approximately ten years ago.

When asked about his obvious alcohol usage, Aydelott stated he had “five or six” alcoholic drinks at Nudie’s Bar in Nashville prior to driving. He further stated he should not have been driving, felt “buzzed,” and considered himself a “3” when asked how drunk he was on a scale of 1-10. He was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

32-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Ryan Ian Bedell told Clarksville police he had a “couple of beers” before he crashed his red Chevrolet truck into three parked cars on Carter Road. Officers arrived and reported Bedell had red, bloodshot eyes and reeked of alcohol. When asked how drunk he was on a scale of 1-10, Bedell stated, “2”. He performed poorly on all field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI. Bedell is a member of the 187 3rd Battalion, an Iron Rakkasan.

26-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Joshua Dagrin, who was recently named the ‘Iron Warrior of the Week’ of the Rakkasans, crashed his vehicle into another vehicle at 17th and Broadway in Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning and casually walked away from the scene. The injured driver of the other vehicle stated she watched Dagrin walk away from the accident, and Dagrin’s passenger, Danielle Caron, confirmed that Dagrin was the driver. He was located up the street and admitted he drank “a couple of beers” before driving. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.

23-year-old Alex John Albino-Prutko crashed into another vehicle on I-24 with his friend Jaron Fraizer in the passenger seat. They were out of the vehicle when first responders arrived, and Alex walked an officer to the crashed vehicle, which had tags expired from June. Jaron explained they were coming back from a party in Nashville but wasn’t sure how the crash happened as he was asleep while Alex drove. Alex admitted to drinking prior to driving and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Witnesses to the crash say he was speeding in the left lane when he rear-ended the other involved vehicle, causing the crash, which spun his vehicle out of control as it went off the roadway and impacted a tree.

THP Trooper Michael Hickmon observed a silver vehicle driven by 29-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Kevin Benjamin Lozano-Cruz traveling at 63 mph in a 40 mph zone on Fort Campbell Blvd on Saturday. As he conducted a traffic stop, the officer reported Lozano-Cruz had bloodshot, watery eyes, and reeked of alcohol. He admitted to consuming one shot of alcohol 25 minutes prior to the interaction and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He was transported to the Sango ER for a blood test and then booked into jail for DUI 2nd, as he had a prior DUI conviction in 2017.

He admitted to drinking “4-5 shots of vodka” prior to driving. After performing poorly on field sobriety tests he was transported to booking.

When police arrived and interviewed Fisher, he stated, “I remember driving and taking a left turn at a curb and then waking up”. When asked if he had been drinking, Fisher responded: “one beer at the Electric Cowboy.” Officers say he performed poorly on field sobriety tests and reeked of alcohol.
