24-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Joshua Troy Wilson was sitting in his Chevy Silverado at the Electric Cowboy just before 1 a.m. Friday and had opened his door to vomit on the ground. Officers who were responding to another call at the location observed this and check on his welfare. Wilson admitted to drinking too much at the troubled establishment and remained too drunk to find anyone to transport him home. He was transported to jail and charged with public intoxication.

Ethan Murphy jailed after leaving Electric Cowboy in taxi and drunkenly walking back

22-year-old Ethan Dakota Murphy was found stumbling down Clay Lewis Road after leaving the Red Roof Inn property on Holiday Drive. Daryl Brewer made the call to 911 as he followed Murphy in a taxi. Brewer stated he had given Ethan a ride from the Electric Cowboy to the Red Roof Inn after police had responded to the trouble nightclub and advised that Ethan find a ride home. After getting out of the taxi at the motel, Ethan stated he was walking back to the Electric Cowboy to get his truck and began his drunken stagger down the road. Officers arrived and once again gave him an opportunity to get a motel room for the night and sleep it off, be he refused and stated he was walking to his truck. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Staff at Rookies Sports Bar had to call 911 after 24-year-old Ivy Hanna was so intoxicated that she took up residence on the floor of the bar. Javonte Mallard avoids DUI charge, stands outside of his vehicle as police arrive

Staff at Mr. Billy’s Bar & Grill on Dover Road on January 2nd called police to report that 29-year-old Javonte Aquinton Mallard had been disorderly at the bar and was now drunk driving home. Officers located the reported car en route to the bar; however, it was unoccupied at an intersection. Nearby was the car’s owner, Mallard, standing outside the vehicle. Officers say Mallard was visibly intoxicated and admitted to drinking Corona beers at the bar. He was issued the notice of criminal trespass from the bar at their request and advised to continue walking home, which was a short distance away. Instead, he attempted to walk back toward his abandoned vehicle and raised his voice at officers. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Isabelle Elkins charged after ‘tweeking’ at Dodge’s Chicken & knocking on random doors

22-year-old Isabelle Hope Elkins was arrested Monday afternoon for public intoxication. According to police, Isabelle had been causing a disturbance all day, having been kicked out of Dodges service station on Ft. Campbell Blvd earlier that day when attempting to purchase items without money and scaring customers because of her appearance while “tweeking” inside the store.

That Monday afternoon, it all came to a head when cops responded to a call at a private residence off Charlemagne Blvd. Allegedly, Isabelle was banging on the front door, asking for help but appeared to be on drugs. When officers questioned her, she said, “she was being chased by her boyfriend” all the way from Dodge’s Chicken, but officers spoke with the employees of Dodge’s, who stated she was by herself. Due to the appearance of being under the influence of a controlled substance as well as causing multiple public nuisances, she was taken into custody and transported to Montgomery County Jail for booking.

Michael Waynick charged with public intoxication on Cunningham Lane

51-year-old Michael Dwayne Waynick was arrested last Wednesday afternoon after officers responded to a call of public intoxication on Cunningham Ln. According to Clarksville Police, Mr. Waynick was found sitting on the curb of Cunningham Ln with a spilled beer can next to him and smelling of alcohol. Paramedics were already on the scene, and Mr. Waynick stated he needed no medical attention and was fine.

After police asked him if there was anyone he could call to come to pick him up, Mr. Waynick responded he was just going to his brother’s house and then pointed across and down the street. Police then helped Mr. Waynick to his feet and waited quite some time for him to collect his belongings, at which point he began walking across the street only to fall over immediately. After multiple attempts to help a fellow human being, the police had no choice but to arrest Mr. Waynick for public intoxication.

45-year-old Barry Dale Ward had too much to drink at the Electric Cowboy Saturday morning and made it to the rear seat of his vehicle, where he was sleeping it off with the door open. Jacob Turner, a bouncer at the troubled nightclub, called Clarksville Police to report the man asleep in his car. Officers arrived at 3:47 a.m. to find Ward still asleep in the backseat of a vehicle and had to shake him multiple times to wake him up. Officers asked Ward to call someone to get him, but he told the officer to do it for him and then told them to take him to jail. Clarksville Police Officer Robert Swanson found 21-year-old Jason Andrew Zamora sitting on a bench with his friend, Danny Falcon, outside Tattoo Technique on Franklin Street just after 1 a.m. Friday. Clarksville Police responded to the MAPCO at 2099 Wilma Rudolph Blvd on August 27th to find 28-year-old Connor Lawson House, who has been covered for his multiple prior arrests in Nashville, hiding in the bathroom eating a bag of chips he didn’t pay for. Management reported he had come into the store multiple times today and hid in the store’s restroom while eating and drinking food he took from the shelves without paying for it. 21-year-old Ruth Valdez was drinking with her friends all night at an apartment on Tiny Town Road when she decided she was going to drive home at 6:15 a.m. Sunday. Her friends called 911 when she attempted to leave in her vehicle while still extremely intoxicated. Officer arrived. As officers arrived and detained her, she hit Officer Malone and then began kicking the windows and partitions inside the patrol car. Due to her level of intoxication, she was transported to Sango ER where she managed to slip one of her handcuffs. There was a struggle in the hospital while attempting to get her hands cuffed behind her back for transport to jail, as she actively resisted all efforts.

Just before 3 a.m. Friday, Clarksville Police found 22-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Kameron Tillmon “shirtless, shoeless, and with cockleburs stuck to his sweatpants” as he banged on the door of an apartment as he attempted to open it on Oak Arbor Court. Police say he reeked of alcohol and had been in front of other nearby apartments, too. He was unable to tell officers where he was coming from, going to, or why he was there. Due to his level of intoxication, he was transported to booking.
