Sebastian Shaw indicted after destroying computer files of former employer

30-year-old Sebastian Shaw, a former employee of Appleton Harley Davidson, has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury after reportedly deleting company files and withholding social media logins after he was terminated in July. Shaw was hired to do marketing for the business and was terminated in late July. Court records allege that in apparent retaliation, he destroyed and damaged their internal computer system, customer files, and company emails, causing over $10,000 in losses to the company. The Grand Jury met on November 7, and Shaw was taken into custody on two felony counts of computer fraud and vandalism the following week.

Illana Jackson steals over $700 in merchandise at CitiTrend

30-year-old Illiana Jackson was caught stealing at CitiTrend on November 13. The manager observed Jackson stealing merchandise and money from the cash registers via false returns. Jackson was seen scanning the bar codes of clothes, ripping the tags off, and then taking the money for herself. She was also caught taking various clothing items to her car without paying. This occurred for two months, and the things she stole were valued at around $720. Jackson was taken into custody and charged with theft of property – conduct involving merchandise and alleging embezzlement breach of trust.

Akirah Venerable assaults woman with friend, punches her in face

20-year-old Akirah Venerable was seen with her friend, Madison Brooks,  jumping Ms. Thompson at Georgia Ave on November 12th. Thompson was walking home when Brooks approached her and pulled her hair, causing her to fall. When she fell, Venerable got on top of her and began punching her in the face, which caused bruises on her eye and abrasions on her upper lip. Venerable was taken into custody and charged with assault.

Hugh Thames lies to police about girlfriend overdosing on crack

44-year-old Hugh Thames Jr was at Marathon Gas station on November 5th when he was giving CPR to a female who was overdosing. Officers arrived and asked Thames if he knew the female, and he told them he didn’t. He said to them that he noticed her collapse on the street and drove her to the gas station to get help. Officers picked up Thames’s personal information while he led them to the initial place where he found her. Thames’s information didn’t come up, so they asked again for his social security number, and he gave them a different number. It was discovered that Thames had multiple non-extraditable warrants in other states. This led to officers asking for consent to search his room, which he granted. While at the hotel, Thames told officers that he had crack cocaine in the room as well as where to find it. Officers also found devices that Thames claimed were used to “push crack.” Thames also told them that the female that he was giving CPR to was his girlfriend, who was overdosing on the crack they were smoking. She fell over and hit her head, so he grabbed her and rushed to the hospital but had to make a stop at the gas station when she became unresponsive. Thames was taken into custody and charged with false report, simple possession/casual exchange, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and criminal impersonation.

38-year-old James Crouse was arguing with his girlfriend, Nicole Hesketh, on November 6th when he punched her in the face. When he was confronted by law enforcement, Crouse told them that his girlfriend hit him in the face, both displayed redness on their cheeks. Crouse was determined to be the primary aggressor. Levita Bates hits car, tells driver that it “wasn’t a big deal”

26-year-old Levita Eliza Bates was driving her White Hyundai on October 1st when she backed into a car and drove away. The owner of the vehicle she hit was able to contact her, but she told him that it “wasn’t a big deal” and left without leaving any information. The owner of the car was able to take a picture of Bates’s license plate and provide it to law enforcement. Law enforcement discovered the White Hyundai was registered to Bates. The car’s owner and the passenger could identify Bates after being shown a photograph of her. Bates was taken into custody and charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

Jacqueline Ogren punches husband for watching sex scene in movie

59-year-old Jacqueline Ogren was watching a movie with her husband on November 8th. When an implicit scene was shown, her husband showed interest in the scene. Ogren became enraged at her husband’s interest in the scene, so she began to punch her husband in the back of the head as well as his back. The following day, Ogren had a verbal altercation with her son, telling officers that he didn’t want to go to work or go to school. During the argument, which became heated at that point, Ogren threw a stitching canvas at him, hitting him and the plate of food he was eating. Ogren was taken into custody and charged with two counts of domestic violence.

DUI: Michael Kite has 6 beers before driving

33-year-old Michael Kite was found at the scene of a one-vehicle crash on November 8. When Officer Tyler Irvin made contact with the driver, Kite, he could smell the aroma of an alcoholic beverage coming from him, as well as his eyes being bloodshot. Kite told the officer that he had “2 beers per game and played three games” while bowling. So, the officer conducted field sobriety tests, which Kite performed poorly. Kite was then transported to Tennova for medical clearance and a blood draw. Kite was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Randi Franklin punches husband, tells officers “If I did hit him, I do not remember.”

On November 10th, 37-year-old Randi Kristen Sisto Franklin ran into her husband, Joseph Franklin, who had a couple of drinks, which caused her to become very angry. This led to the two arguing in their laundry room when Joseph attempted to go to the garage, but Randi struck him in the nose. When questioned by the reporting officer, Randi said, “If I did hit him, I do not remember.” Franklin was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence.

James Pridemore drives stolen vehicle, caught with meth and heroin

31-year-old James Pridemore was found in a stolen Volkswagen Passat on November 10th. Pridemore was seen with two females in said vehicle. When Deputy E. Dube detained them, Pridemore admitted to having meth, heroin, and needles. When conducting a probable cause search, the deputy found a small backpack Pridemore said was his. In the bag, he located multiple needles, a baggie of meth, and a baggie of heroin. The car was confirmed stolen from Metro Nashville and was valued at around $4500. Pridemore was taken into custody and charged with possession of stolen property, methamphetamine violation, and simple possession/casual exchange.

19-year-old Dawan Williams caught with stolen gun,14 grams of marijuana

On November 10th, 19-year-old Dawan Williams was pulled over by Officer Darrius Robinson of the Clarksville Police Department for a tint violation. However, Williams’ vehicle also had the aroma of marijuana coming from his car. A search of the vehicle revealed a backpack containing marijuana that was individually packed in a mason jar, a loaded Glock .40 handgun with an extended magazine, apple bags, ripped grocery bags, ripped sandwich bags, vacuum seal bags, a digital scale, latex gloves, a grinder, rolling papers, cigarillo packs, and an ashtray.

A search through the NCIC revealed that the Glock was stolen from Metro Nashville, Tennessee. During an interview after he was taken into custody, Williams claimed ownership of everything and admitted to selling marijuana for money. Williams was taken into custody and charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, theft of property, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Cody Cox found lying in middle of road, tells officers he had “a couple of 8.1s and they fucked my ass up.”

43-year-old Cody Cox was found lying in the middle of the road on Hilton Dr. in the early afternoon of November 10th. When officers arrived, EMS was already on the scene attending to Cox. The officers shortly spoke to Cox, smelt the aroma of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, and observed his constant slurring of speech. Cox admitted to officers that he had drunk “a couple of 8.1s, and they fucked my ass up.” He also added that he was on his way to get more beers from the store. Cox was deemed a threat to himself and placed under arrest. Cox was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

DUI: Jesus Castaneda drives on wrong side of road after having “two beers”

35-year-old Jesus Castaneda was seen swerving all over the road on November 10th when he began traveling east in westbound lanes. A traffic stop later ensued because Castaneda continued his pursuit on the wrong side of the road. When officers made contact with Castaneda, they observed that he was highly intoxicated, and Castaneda admitted to having “two beers” before driving. He was later asked to get out of the car and almost fell due to being inebriated. The officer then requested a field sobriety test, but Castaneda declined and was taken into custody. In a probable cause search, the officer found two unknown pills that were sent for testing. Castaneda was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Tyemick Wallace drunkenly looks for girlfriend at Days Inn Hotel

31-year-old Tyemick Wallace was seen banging on his room door at Days Inn Hotel on November 9th. Law enforcement was contacted and arrived to see Wallace’s door open and him sitting on his bed. Officers smelt the scent of an alcoholic beverage radiating from him upon establishing contact with him. Wallace began to act belligerent and aggressive with officers during their investigation, giving officers the belief that he couldn’t be by himself. Wallace was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Adriana Paniagua-Sostenes gets into fight with boyfriend

28-year-old Adriana Paniagua-Sostenes was at a friend’s house on November 12th when a fight broke out between her and her boyfriend, Jose Gonzalez-Bravo. When police arrived, she told them that Gonzalez had become angry and started to attack her and punched her in the eye, causing her eye to become swollen. But when officers contacted Gonzalez, he told them the exact opposite. He said that he was hanging out at a friend’s house, and Sostenes got angry and started attacking him, which left bleeding on the left side of his face. Gonzalez also said that while he did punch her, it was to get her off him. Officers couldn’t ascertain the primary aggressor because while there was a witness, they didn’t see the beginning but saw both going at it with each other. Sostenes was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

CMCSS Employee Arnell Wilson shoots multiple people with his father

27-year-old CMCSS employee Arnell Jamal Wilson was seen shooting at people with his father, David Wilson, on November 10th. Officers obtained ring camera footage of 2 males with firearms; David and Arnell matched the descriptions. During a recorded phone call, Arnell admitted to shooting the AR-style pistol toward a light-skinned black male with curly hair. Arnell said that he fired because the light-skinned man shot at him first, but when Arnell had a conversation with law enforcement, he never told anyone that he was shot at. Calvin Brown, who was at the scene, said that he was grazed by a projectile, leaving an injury on his right knee. Three females and Evertt Hopkins were in the area when the shooting happened, and they said the Wilsons were shooting in their direction. When interviewed, Arnell immediately lawyered up in contrast to his dad, who admitted to shooting the gun and said that Arnell shot the Rifle-style firearm. Wilson was taken into custody and charged with five counts of aggravated assault.

Robert White hides behind truck, tells officers he had “quite a bit” to drink

25-year-old Robert White was jailed on November 10th police responded to Horace Crow Drive for a welfare check on a man hiding behind a truck. When the caller approached Mr. White, he stumbled away. When police arrived, they observed White to be unsteady on his feet, smelling of alcohol, and slurring as told officers that he had “quite a bit” to drink. He explained that he had been drinking liquor that night. He was deemed a danger to himself and was placed into custody. During a pat down, officers discovered a loaded Glock 43 9mm handgun tucked in his waistband.

Ketania Hall punches boyfriend in face during infidelity dispute

19-year-old Ketania Auree was jailed on November 11th after police responded to a fight on Lexington Drive. Upon arrival, police observed Jeremiah Mann and Ketania outside. Ketania was irate, yelling about her boyfriend kicking her out of the apartment. She stated that he was outside with friends and had left his phone in the room they shared together. She went through his phone and discovered he was cheating on her with other women. She confronted him by standing at the door, preventing him from entering the bedroom, and began punching him in the face. Ketania told police that Jeremiah pushed her to avoid being hit. Jeremiah’s mother was in a neighboring room and heard the commotion. She tried to separate the couple, but Ketania became aggressive, yelling at the mother to put her hands on her. Ketania also has a previous history of domestic assault, with a previous incident being as recent as May 2023.

23-year-old Christian Polk was jailed on November 11th after he threatened to shoot his sister over an argument about their pets. Destiny Polk advised that she saw a holster on Christian and was in fear for her life, so she got away from him and called the police. DUI: Christian Montes attempts hit and run, ends up in ditch

21-year-old Christian Montes was booked on November 12th after a hit and run on Needmore and Whitfield Road. Montes, The driver of a black Honda Civic, hit a black Toyota 4 Runner and left the scene. The driver of the Toyota was able to get a good look at Montes’ license plate and told officers that the driver of the Honda was acting oddly. Montes was found in his vehicle in a ditch on the side of East Trenton Road. He smelled like alcohol and had an open container in his car. He performed poorly on sobriety tests and was transported to Tennova for a blood sample. This is Montes’ second DUI. It was later discovered that he was also driving on a revoked license as of August 26th, 2023, for failure to maintain financial responsibility.
