Jasmine Peralta jailed after shooting bullet through person’s ceiling while cleaning her gun

23-year-old Jasmine Peralta was jailed after shooting through her Liberty Homes apartment on August 29th. When officers arrived, they spoke with the person living beneath Peralta. She stated that a round had been shot through her bedroom ceiling while she was inside the room. While looking at the hole found in the victim’s bedroom, officers found a spent shell casing on the ground. Officers later made contact with Peralta, who stated that while she was trying to clean her gun, her finger was on the trigger. Peralta stated because of this, she accidentally discharged a round from the gun. Peralta was then taken into custody for reckless endangerment and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

Vanessa Frantzman pulls gun on boyfriend, aims at his face

29-year-old Vanessa Lynn Frantzman had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Jake Heidt, at their Donelson Drive residence around 3 a.m. on May 26th. Heidt told responding officers that he and Frantzman had an argument, which escalated when she picked up a gun from the nightstand and attempted to chamber a round multiple times before pointing it at his face. When he tried to disarm her, she struck him in the back of the head, leaving a large welt. When officers spoke with Frantzman, she changed her story multiple times and was eventually taken into custody for aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Andre Gentry flees into woods after friend speeds down Tiny Town Road

23-year-old Andre Gentry, an employee of New Life Church, was seen in a vehicle with Amari Quarles, who was recklessly driving on Tiny Town Road on April 10th. Quarles was observed speeding down Tiny Town Road and then turning onto Pembroke Road, where he continued to speed. This prompted law enforcement to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle. Deputies pursued the car with their emergency lights and sirens activated. However, the vehicle continued to speed off for two minutes before stopping at the end of Arvin Drive.

When the car came to a stop, both Quarles and Gentry exited the vehicle and ran into the woods. Another deputy was able to capture Gentry nearby. Deputies searched the car and found two handguns, 190.49 grams of marijuana, scales, and small baggies. One of the handguns inside the vehicle was reported stolen in Clarksville. A search of Andre Gentry’s person yielded another 8.4 grams of weed. Andre Gentry was taken into custody and charged with evading arrest, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, possession of marijuana, theft of property, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Amari Quarles caught with 190 grams of marijuana after speeding on Tiny Town Road

20-year-old Amari Quarles was seen recklessly driving with Andre Gentry on Tiny Town Road on April 10th. 19-year-old Dawan Williams caught with stolen gun,14 grams of marijuana

On November 10th, 19-year-old Dawan Williams was pulled over by Officer Darrius Robinson of the Clarksville Police Department for a tint violation. However, Williams’ vehicle also had the aroma of marijuana coming from his car. A search of the vehicle revealed a backpack containing marijuana that was individually packed in a mason jar, a loaded Glock .40 handgun with an extended magazine, apple bags, ripped grocery bags, ripped sandwich bags, vacuum seal bags, a digital scale, latex gloves, a grinder, rolling papers, cigarillo packs, and an ashtray.

A search through the NCIC revealed that the Glock was stolen from Metro Nashville, Tennessee. During an interview after he was taken into custody, Williams claimed ownership of everything and admitted to selling marijuana for money. Williams was taken into custody and charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, theft of property, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Justin Barkey caught with marijuana in vehicle, blames girlfriend

22-year-old Justin Richard Barkey was stopped by police for a headlamp infraction on October 26th. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and noticed a strong odor of marijuana as they approached the driver’s side door. Barkey stated his girlfriend had been smoking marijuana, and the smell was on his clothes because of it. There was probable cause to search his vehicle, and officers located 14 grams of marijuana, a digital scale, cigarillos, 13 Vicodin pills, and a Glock 21 pistol. Officers later found that Barkey’s license was also suspended/revoked. Barkey was taken into custody for unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended/revoked license, simple possession, schedule VI drug violations, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

Michael McRell charged after firing shots outside apartment

21-year-old Michael Sean McRell reportedly “fired shots” at Parkway Place on October 25th. Officers arrived and observed multiple shell casings from a firearm lying on the ground in front of the doorway of McRell’s apartment, as well as a rifle near the front door and a jar of marijuana. McRell consented to officers searching his apartment, and they located vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana, a digital scale, and $3,236.00. McRell was taken into custody for possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and schedule IV drug violations.

Davion Dozier jailed: 9.5 zips of marijuana found during theft investigation

19-year-old Davion Dozier was booked on an outstanding warrant from April 5th when Michael Matlock reported his 2019 Nissan Sentra had been burglarized. Matlock advised that his wallet, identifying documents, and Tile Tracking device had been stolen. On August 23rd, a warrant was issued to search Dozier’s home on Montrose Drive for a burglary investigation. The search yielded Matlock’s missing items plus 256.8 grams (9.5 zips) of marijuana, a Glock 19X, a barrel to another Glock, a digital scale, and several other wallets belonging to other victims. The serial number to the barrel of the Glock was reported stolen from another vehicle burglary.

Murray Hunter passenger in drug & gun-filled car that fled from police

35-year-old Murray Hunter was booked on July 14th after being involved in a car chase that ended in the parking lot of Wagon Wheel on Fort Campbell Boulevard. Zachary Clark was the driver during the chase. Unknown pills were found in his pockets that were later identified as Percocets and Xanax. A search of the vehicle yielded 5.7 grams of fentanyl, 46.6 grams of marijuana, a loaded Ruger 5.7, a loaded Kel-Tec PMR, and a loaded Glock 36 in the backseat. Hunter was a passenger in the backseat in arm’s reach of the items found during the search. Hunter is a convicted felon.

Kyro Quinto swallows cocaine and regurgitates it during traffic stop

29-year-old Kyro Quinto was jailed on March 21st after swallowing a bag of cocaine when police pulled him over on Providence Boulevard and Oak Street. As officers approached Quinto during the traffic stop for an illegal u-turn, they noticed a pink baggie on the passenger’s seat. Quinto took the baggie of suspected cocaine, put it in his mouth, and swallowed it. Officers asked Quinto what he just swallowed, and he ended up throwing it back up. They tested the regurgitated substance, which was positive for cocaine, totaling 3.6 grams. Under the driver’s seat was a Glock 19, and a pink bag with marijuana. A black back was located on the floor in the second row with $1,710. There was a blue bag containing Xanax.

22-year-old Jhaquintes Demarcus Johnson has been indicted by a March Montgomery County Grand Jury on multiple charges stemming from 2022 drug activity. On September 21, he was found with 180 grams of cocaine, marijuana, multiple loaded firearms, and more than $5,000 in cash on Shearor Street in Clarksville, along with drug paraphernalia – including baking soda, sandwich bags, a razor blade, a grinder, cup with residue, cigarillos, a pipe, digital scales, a rolling tray, and a pill bottle. He flushed drugs down a toilet during a raid that day and possessed a firearm. During the raid, he was also found to possess N-Cyclohexyl Methylone, an analogue of Methylone, a controlled substance, along with Oxycodone, crystal methamphetamine, and amphetamine.

On August 27, he conspired to purchase a kilogram of cocaine from Anthony Powell. On September 21, he was found to possess over 100 grams of cocaine and $10,000 in cash on Shearor Street, along with a microwave, baking soda, spoons, a razor blade, a rolling tray, sandwich bags, a vacuum sealer with bags, and rolling papers. He is also accused of flushing drugs down a toilet on that day, along with possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.

Floyd Johnson indicted in Clarksville’s largest cocaine distribution racket

37-year-old Floyd Rodriguez Johnson has been indicted by a March Montgomery County Grand Jury on multiple charges stemming from 2022 drug activity. Detectives say that, along with others, he conspired to sell more than 300 grams of cocaine between July and September. Johnson reportedly delivered cocaine to Christopher George Douglas Coleman on Shearor Street on July 5th. He conspired to buy a kilogram of cocaine from Anthony Powell on East College Street on July 6th. He then delivered cocaine to another party on July 7 on Peachers Mill Road.

He then conspired to buy a kilogram of cocaine from Anthony Powell and Domonique Powell on East College Street on July 14. He then sold cocaine to another person on Shearor Street on July 18. Floyd, along with another person, then conspired to buy a kilogram of cocaine from Anthony Powell on Verkler Drive on July 22. On July 26, he made another cocaine sale on Shearor Street to Erica Vashane Kelly, and again on August 14. Johnson then bought another kilogram of cocaine on East College Street on August 15. On August 19, he made another sale of cocaine to Christopher Winters on Shearor Street.

A day later, he sold and delivered cocaine to Shemar Wesley on Shearor Street. On August 27, he conspired to purchase a kilogram of cocaine from Anthony Powell. On September 3, Johnson and another person conspired to purchase another kilogram of cocaine from Anthony Powell and Antonio Powell. On September 6, he reportedly bought a kilogram of cocaine from Anthony Powell. Days later, on September 10, he purchased another kilogram of cocaine from Anthony Powell. Johnson made another sale of cocaine on September 21. On that same day, he was found to possess over 100 grams of cocaine and $10,000 in cash on Shearor Street, along with a microwave, baking soda, spoons, a razor blade, a rolling tray, sandwich bags, vacuum sealer with bags, and rolling papers. He is also accused of flushing drugs down a toilet on that day, and possessing a firearm while being a convicted felon.

Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a silver Chrysler 200 on I-24 as it was traveling 107 mph on February 13. 28-year-old Alexus Unique Bush & 34-year-old Arsenio Dontrell Chandler face multiple charges after Clarksville Police executed a search warrant and recovered 5.89 pounds of Fentanyl, 338 grams of marijuana, 64 grams of methamphetamine, scales, baggies, and handguns. The warrant was executed at the Montgomery Commons apartment belonging to Alexus Bush. Just prior to the raid, officers observed Arsenio Chandler arrive and depart from the location, and he had a key to the residence.
