Christopher Guadarrama pinches ex-girlfriend’s eyelashes during altercation

23-year-old Christopher Guadarrama was involved in a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Rosalia Alvarado, at the Garnet Village Townhouses on Huntco Drive late February 3rd. Alvarado informed law enforcement that she left their child in the care of Guadarrama while she went to pick up his sister. When Alvarado returned to their apartment, she heard their child crying and questioned Guadarrama about how long the child had been crying. Guadarrama began yelling and cursing at her, then left the home. After Guadarrama left, Alvarado locked all the doors of the house. Shortly after Alvarado did this, Guadarrama started banging on the door and windows until he was let back inside. Once Guadarrama was allowed back inside, he continued to yell and curse at Alvarado, even accusing her of being drunk. Guadarrama then took multiple wine bottles to the back porch and broke them. When Guadarrama came back inside, he became more physical with Alvarado by pinching her eyelashes, poking her in the eye, and pushing her to the floor. Once Alvarado was on the floor, Guadarrama mounted her, forcing Alvarado to push him off of her. Guadarrama then slapped Alvarado in the face after she pushed him off. Christopher Guadarrama was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on February 9th.

40-year-old Amber James was involved in an altercation with her daughter, Kyron Brown, at the Taco Bell on Madison Street late February 9th. Officers made contact with Brown, who stated that while she was on the way to a job interview at Taco Bell, she got into an argument with James. Brown advised that James struck her in the stomach and her face, knocking her glasses off. James was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on February 9th.

Spencer Gibson jailed for stalking wife after multiple vandalism incidents

31-year-old Spencer Gibson was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Denisha Cox, at McDaniel Road on September 15th, 2023. During an argument, Gibson started to grab his belongings and pack his stuff. While he was gathering his items, he told Cox that he would “break her teeth and beat her up.” Gibson then threw a candle, shattering a TV in their bedroom. Then, Gibson entered the living room and flung a toy into another TV. Gibson attempted to hit Cox, but she moved back and walked out. This led to Gibson throwing the house key at her and leaving the residence.

On September 26th, Cox reported that Gibson shattered the rear glass window of her grey Chevy Malibu. Cox informed law enforcement that she received a message from Gibson the next day on her daughter’s phone, stating, ” Your mom won’t be happy when she gets home.” When Cox arrived, she found that Gibson had poured bleach on all of her clothes and the clothing of one of her children. Cox noted that Gibson hadn’t lived at their home for “a few weeks” and had left with his property.

On November 11th, Gibson returned after trying to contact Cox all day and trying to start another argument. Gibson arrived at her residence and attempted to use his key to open the door, but Cox locked the deadbolt, causing Gibson’s key to break off in the door. This agitated him, leading him to say he would vandalize her car. Instead of doing that, Gibson threw a rock at her front window, shattering it. Spencer Gibson was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault, aggravated burglary, stalking, and vandalism.

Amanda Knight hits grandmother’s pacemaker during argument

29-year-old Amanda Knight was involved in an altercation with her 72-year-old grandmother, Diana Leudenberg, at Walmart on February 9th. Officers made contact with Leudenberg, who stated that she had an argument with Knight. While Knight was driving, she struck Leudenberg in her chest, where her pacemaker was located. While searching Knight’s vehicle, officers found a grinder with green residue inside. Amanda Knight was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

DeAngelo Richardson hides inside house after being evicted

32-year-old DeAngelo Richardson was found hiding at Chisum Court after being evicted on February 9th. Officers arrived to serve an eviction order of protection on Richardson. Law enforcement received information that Richardson’s car was still in the garage of his house. Movement was heard inside the house after knocking and ringing the doorbell multiple times. More information was provided to officers that one of Richardson’s phones had its location on and was pinged as inside the home. An officer repeatedly spoke with Richardson on the phone and advised him to answer the door, but he refused. After continuously negotiating with Richardson, the officer eventually got him to open the door. DeAngelo Richardson was taken into custody and charged with resisting arrest and contempt.

Davone Starks punches girlfriend in eye, caught with Percocet in pocket

26-year-old Davone Starks was involved in a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Diamond Tankard, at Alexander Boulevard. Tankard called 911 as soon as Starks showed up at her residence. Tankard told officers that Starks punched her in the eye, leaving a mark. Once Starks made contact with law enforcement, he informed them that he had a Percocet that was prescribed to him in his pocket. A search of Starks yielded a folded-up dollar bill that contained a white powdery substance. Starks also could not prove that he was prescribed Percocet. Davone Starks was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and simple possession/casual exchange. The couple also has a previous history of domestic violence.

Diamond Tankard resists arrest after violating conditions of release

20-year-old Diamond Tankard was seen resisting arrest at Alexander Boulevard on February 9th. Tankard called 911 advising that her ex-boyfriend, Davone Starks, was at her residence and had left before officers arrived. The National Crime Information Center confirmed that a COR was on file for Tankard and that she was forbidden from having any contact with Starks. After verifying the COR, Tankard closed the door and refused to open it for officers. Once officers were able to open the door, an officer attempted to take Tankard into custody. Tankard then refused to place her hands behind her back when told to. After a struggle, Diamond Tankard was taken into custody and charged with charged with contempt and resisting arrest. The couple also have a previous history of domestic assault.

Taylor Ray threatens to kill himself after assaulting father during argument

30-year-old Taylor Ray was booked on February 9th for assaulting his father on Excell Road. Police were met by Taylor’s parents, Jerry Ray and Mrs. Ray, who alleged an assault occurred between Jerry and their son Taylor. According to Mr. and Mrs. Ray. they received a text message from Taylor stating that he locked himself in the bathroom with a handgun and wanted to kill himself. Officers attempted to contact Taylor, fearing for his safety, but Taylor had put a dresser against his door, barricading himself inside. Further investigation discovered that an argument between the father and son occurred, which turned physical. Taylor slammed a door during the argument, breaking the handle and creating a hole in the door. Taylor then confronted his father with a “bearhug” and shoved him to the couch. Taylor refused to open the door for officers, and negotiation took place for approximately a half hour before Taylor was taken into custody for assault.

Brandy Bauer threatens roommate with knife during argument

45-year-old Brandy Bauer had an altercation with her roommate, Bardomlano Sixto, at their residence on Power Street in the early hours of February 8th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Sixto, who advised that he and Bauer had argued. He explained that during the argument, Bauer went into the kitchen and grabbed a knife before stepping toward him. Then, Bauer dropped the knife and pushed him onto the ground. Bauer was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault.

Andrew Lewis accidentally fires his gun, bullet ricochets into neighbors’ home

29-year-old Andrew Nevin Lewis negligently discharged his 9mm handgun in his residence on Tylertown Road late February 8th. When officers arrived, Lewis admitted to accidentally firing his gun. The bullet went through his clock, bedroom wall, kitchen door, and kitchen wall before stopping in the side wall of his neighbor’s house. Lewis’ neighbors, Patricia and Earl Babcock, told officers they had no injuries and their house had no damage. Lewis was taken into custody for two counts of reckless endangerment.

DUI: Jeffrey Waller found unconscious in vehicle on I-24

45-year-old Jeffrey Waller was jailed on February 7th after officers observed him parked on the right shoulder of I-24. When officers arrived, they noticed the driver and passenger slumped over sleeping. Officers knocked and banged on the window to wake them, but neither of them would wake up. Officers called for another unit and an ambulance and finally got into the vehicle. The passenger woke up once the police got inside the vehicle. Officers had to administer Narcan and sternum rubs until the driver finally awoke. Waller was identified as the driver. Waller was slurring his speech and seemed very incoherent. Waller nearly fell out of the vehicle while exiting and could not hold himself up. Waller was drooling as officers helped him walk to the patrol vehicle. Waller was taken into custody and was transported to Tennova for a suspected overdose. Waller was charged with DUI on February 7th.

Christopher Duggins jailed after attempting to remove seats of repossessed car

40-year-old Christopher Duggins was jailed on February 7th after stealing from Wolff Auto Sales on Providence Boulevard. The complainant stated that Duggins took the third-row seat out of a vehicle they had repossessed from him. The complainant explained she allowed Duggins to get his property out of the car. She said Duggins was upset and believed they lied about him not making payments. Duggins then attempted to remove the seats from the vehicle. Duggins only managed to take out the third-row seats before she called 911. The seats were estimated to cost $2,000 to be replaced.

Magic mushrooms found at home of soldier John Simmons, who hits dog with shovel

32-year-old John Simmons was involved in multiple offenses from February 5th to the 6th. Law enforcement received information that two dogs were being abused at Simmons’s residence on Donna Drive. One of the two dogs he owns, a husky mixed breed named Bandida, sustained tremendous injuries, causing the dog to be unresponsive but still conscious. Another one of the dogs he owns is a pit bull named Hercules, which was said to have been hit in the head with a shovel by the owner, causing swelling, bruising, and bleeding.

Officers made contact with Debra Sterback, who lived next door to Simmons; she stated that she looked outside her bedroom window and saw Simmons dragging the husky out of the house on a leash and that the dog looked lifeless. Sterback also mentioned that Simmons attached the leash to a lead and left the dog out. She then advised that she visually witnessed Simmons go towards the back of the house, retrieve a spaded shovel, walk towards the edge of the property where the pit bull was leashed, and hit it on the top of its head…

DUI: Chance Decker caught driving his Dodge Ram while smoking marijuana

28-year-old Chance Decker was jailed on the night of December 31st, 2023, for driving recklessly on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and 101st Airborne Division. Officers pulled over a silver Dodge Ram pickup truck for driving without lights on. Officers could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle as they approached it. Decker consented to perform field sobriety tests, which he did poorly on. In Decker’s car, officers found a cigarette with a green leafy substance inside. The substance field tested positive for THC/Marijuana. Decker was then read implied consent and refused to provide a blood sample. A search warrant was secured, and officers acquired a blood sample from Decker. Decker was placed into custody and charged with DUI.

Maryah Jones charged with child neglect after leaving 2-year-old child alone in vehicle

24-year-old Maryah Jones was seen leaving her two-year-old child in her car unattended at the Fort Campbell Boulevard Walmart on December 29th, 2023. Officers arrived to find that the vehicle was unlocked with the vehicle still running. While officers were trying to find the car’s owner, Jones walked up and claimed it. Jones told officers she went in with a friend who needed to use the bathroom. Jones stated that she made small purchases while her friend was in the restroom. Jones said she hadn’t been gone for more than 5 minutes. Walmart provided video evidence of Jones arriving at 2:22 p.m., exiting her car by herself at 2:24 p.m., and returning to her vehicle at 2:37 p.m. Maryah Jones was taken into custody and charged with child abuse and neglect.

Tylea Martin caught stealing $16 worth of merchandise at Walmart

23-year-old Tylea Martin was caught shoplifting at the Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard on December 29th, 2023. Walmart employees observed Martin hiding merchandise in her purse. The value of the items amounted to $16. Before shoplifting at this location, Martin had been banned from all Walmart stores in the United States on March 30th, 2023. Tylea Martin was taken into custody and charged with theft.

Diontre Franklin crashes car fleeing from police during traffic stop, caught with multiple drugs

24-year-old Diontre Franklin was involved in a head-on collision at the intersection of Needmore Road and Pin Oak Road on December 28th, 2023. An officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Franklin because his tail lights were not functioning. Franklin fled the stop at a high rate of speed but swerved out of his lane and hit a motorist head-on. 15.8 grams of Fentanyl were found on his person, along with $440 in cash. Franklin also had a pill bottle with the prescription torn off that contained oxycodone pills and Adderall substitute pills. Diontre Franklin was taken into custody and charged with evading arrest, possession without prescription, due care, suspended license, light law, and two counts of Schedule II drugs.

DUI: Bradley Huff has two Jack and Cokes at Oneal’s Bar and Grill before crashing car

22-year-old Bradley Huff was involved in a car crash at the intersection of Madison Street and Richview Road on December 29th, 2023. Huff was driving and rear-ended a vehicle at the intersection. When officers made contact with him, Huff had trouble explaining the accident and finding his registration. While the interview was underway, officers could smell the odor of alcohol on his breath. Huff stated that he was heading home from ONeal’s Bar and Grill, where he consumed two “Jack and Cokes.” Huff was then asked to perform some field sobriety tests, which he executed poorly. Bradley Huff was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and due care.
