28-year-old Vivian Williams was jailed on April 24 on an outstanding warrant charging her with vandalism. Police say she went to the home of Ms. Mozingo uninvited and began to yell and scream at her. Ms. Mozingo attempted to get her purse in order to leave so the situation didn’t escalate. As she walked toward her car, Vivian reportedly threw a bottle of Jameson Whiskey through the rear window, shattering it. She also slashed and shredded her two front tires.

Joel Demon charged with punching girlfriend in face

35-year-old Joel Demon was jailed earlier this month after assaulting his girlfriend, Jean Utley, who also makes frequent appearances on the booking log. She says he punched her in the face on April 2, placing her in fear. Officers documented visible injuries to her face and located Demon a short distance away from their Wilma Rudolph Blvd. hotel room. He also had drug paraphernalia on him at the time of his arrest.

20-year-old Corian Reed admitted to breaking out the window of his ex-girlfriend’s apartment on April 5. Sheandrea Perkins told police she was talking to Corian on the phone when he threatened to come to break her window. Approximately an hour later, her window was broken. As officers arrived on the scene, she called Corian on speaker phone. During that call, he admitted to the vandalism and offered to pay for the damage, which was estimated at $200.

John Graham Jr. charged in domestic assault off ex-girlfriend, Shania Ann Hand

37-year-old John Graham Jr. was jailed on April 4 after an altercation with his ex-girlfriend and roommate, Shania Ann Hand. She told police he became upset when she was on the phone with a friend and took her phone twice, each time slamming it against a wall. The second throw destroyed the phone, leaving it shattered and bent. She says he also threatened to “beat her,” which placed her in fear. He reportedly drew back his hand as if to backhand her but did not follow through. He was located nearby when police arrived and denied anything else happened other than a verbal altercation.

John Barrs scheduled to appear in court for road rage rampage incident

48-year-old John Barrs is scheduled to appear in court later this month after he went on a road rage rampage last year on I-24. Troopers say in August of 2022, Barrs was driving a black GMC Denali in the left lane and attempted to merge due to an upcoming lane closure for construction when he sideswiped a black Mercedes Benz. Footage from a TDOT truck dash camera shows him impacting the other vehicle and driving alongside the Mercedes until he purposely struck the victim’s car a second time. He caused $12,000 in damage and was charged with felony vandalism and reckless endangerment. He is set to appear in court on April 27.

Brittany Williams charged after destroying her husband’s belongings in a rage

27-year-old Brittany Williams was jailed on Mar 10th after vandalizing her husband’s belongings at his home on Stafford Street. DeShawn Williams reported his door being broken and items being missing. Police observed items thrown all over the house. Chemicals were poured on the floor, and cologne bottles were broken. Mrs. Williams cut up a jean jacket with a kitchen knife that belonged to Mr. Williams. The Ring Camera showed Mrs. Williams coming to the home and leaving with several duffle bags. Mr. Williams claims that the bags were full of all his clothes. The Williams are still married but legally separated and no longer living together.

20-year-old Jerniqua Mitchell was charged with vandalism on Tuesday for an incident that took place on September 10th on Spicer Drive. The father of her child, MyArie Shannon, has a brother who witnessed Mitchell in his brother’s room alone around 11 pm. This wasn’t alarming to him because she had access and permission to be there without Shannon before. However, when Mitchell left the house, Shannon’s brother went into the room to check on things, and it was in complete disarray, with clothes and items scattered everywhere. 32-year-old Gabrielle Guiles was charged with domestic assault and vandalism Monday morning after smacking her boyfriend in the face and cutting up his debit cards at her home on Prewitt Lane. James Neal told police that he woke up hearing his girlfriend Gabriella crying and saying she was going to lose her apartment. When he walked into her room to see why she was upset, she slapped him in the face. While he was packing his things to leave, she took his wallet, cut all his debit cards, then went outside and keyed his car. When police questioned Guiles, she told them Mr. Neal had shoved her down multiple times, and she didn’t know how the cards were damaged.

On 02/18, Officer Weber responded to a vandalism report at S 12th St. Johnson, and ex-girlfriend Stephanie Rodriguez, had an argument that led to Johnson causing property damage. The damage includes a hole in the living room wall, a full-size standing mirror, and dell computer speakers that Johnson poured twisted tea on. During the altercation, Stephanie ran out of her apartment and called emergency services because she believed the situation would have worsened if she had stayed. The victim also stated that Johnson had been drinking.

Bruce Tidwell pulls deputy into cell with him and bites his leg at Montgomery County Jail

22-year-old Bruce Tidwell was found slumped over his steering wheel on the side of the highway. On 02/19/2023, Officer Wright responded to a welfare check After THP Trooper Crysel was unable to get a response from Tidwell, who was passed out over his steering wheel. After banging on the window and shouting, Tidwell was able to exit the vehicle but was so intoxicated he fell asleep while standing up and staggered around. He would not comply with sobriety tests, and the decision was made to take Tidwell into custody. Once Tidwell was told he was being handcuffed, he started to fight back violently, causing himself and the officer to fall to the ground in a struggle. He was finally escorted to the patrol car.

The officer opened the door to remove a bag and Tidwell kicked the door shut on him causing the officer to fall and causing damage to the inside of the vehicle. Tidwell was finally taken to booking. Once there, Deputy Cornett responded to deputy needs assistance call. Upon arrival Tidwell was kicking at other deputies and screaming, “I AM NOT STAYING IN THIS CELL!” He wrestled the deputy into the cell with him. During this time, he also bit the deputy in the leg.

28-year-old Ashley Price was sitting in the middle of Fallow Circle when officers responded to multiple calls about her causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. She was extremely intoxicated and became irate after her mother, Lora Smith, deemed her too drunk to drive and took her keys away from her. Her mother then locked her out of the house, leaving Ashley in the attached garage. Upset she was unable to drive, she vandalized items inside the garage, including stored decorations, and then covered the driveway in items she threw from the garage. She shattered the ring video doorbell in the process. The damage was estimated to be $2,600. A search incident to her arrest revealed a prescription bottle of Phentermine issued to Leo Moody.

Officers responded to the Mossy Oak Circle address just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, where Amy Reynolds explained she had just helped her boyfriend of two years load all of his belongings into his vehicle after they had spent the day arguing. After everything was outside, she locked the door. Moments later, the doorbell rang, and she didn’t answer it as she had no desire to continue the argument. Darnell then kicked through the front door, destroying it and the frame, retrieved his cell phone, and left the property.

Michael Alexander knocks the teeth out of stepson Robert Wilson’s mouth

45-year-old Robert Hale Wilson was arrested and charged with punching his stepfather, Mike Alexander, in the face and breaking his glasses. Robert told police his stepfather started yelling at him for no reason and pushed him, causing his replacement teeth to fly out. Robert also told police he “flew his arms up to block, and that was how Mr. Alexander’s glasses flew off his face.” Police arrested both of them for roles in the scuffle and charged them with domestic assault.
