41-year-old Levi Kenneth Alexander Stewart says he “lost control” when he strangled his wife until she couldn’t breathe on November 21. Diane Stewart says she and Levi were arguing over intimacy issues and the death of her ex-husband when Levi suddenly pushed her onto the couch when she attempted to stand up. He placed his hands around her neck until she could no longer breathe for a few moments. Moments later, she was able to flee to a neighbor’s home to call police. Bond conditions prevent Levi from using or owning any weapons until trial, except for military duties.

Soldier Joshua Dagrin casually walks away from DUI crash after injuring woman

26-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Joshua Dagrin, who was recently named the ‘Iron Warrior of the Week’ of the Rakkasans, crashed his vehicle into another vehicle at 17th and Broadway in Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning and casually walked away from the scene. The injured driver of the other vehicle stated she watched Dagrin walk away from the accident, and Dagrin’s passenger, Danielle Caron, confirmed that Dagrin was the driver. He was located up the street and admitted he drank “a couple of beers” before driving. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.

Jeremy Snyder told police that he had been drinking with his 22-year-old girlfriend, Fort Campbell soldier Ana Lin Jackson, and got into a verbal dispute that quickly became physical. He says she began to hit him on the chest and grabbed his neck and grabbed his genitals during the assault. Officers observed marks and scratches all over his body due to the assault. Ana stated she had been drunk, and there had been an initial dispute and volunteered she had started a second argument.

Soldier Zach Braley charged with drag racing; speeding 91 mph in a 55 mph zone

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Zachary Jeffrey Braley is charged with drag racing and speeding after a THP Trooper observed him driving one of four vehicles traveling together and approaching him at a high rate of speed, eventually reaching 91 mph in a 55 mph zone on Hwy 374 between Peachers Mill Road and Whitfield Road. Trooper Cadena stopped Braley, who was driving the lead vehicle, at 1 a.m. and placed him into custody.

27-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Dakota Blake Herrod was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant issued when he failed to appear for a traffic citation in July. The original June citation charges him with traveling at 68 mph in a 45 mph, with no proof of insurance, and driving on a suspended license. He told the officer his cruise control was set at 64. When he didn’t appear for his July court date, a failure to appear warrant was signed.

Solider Markita Hollis charged in felony aggravated assault of their significant other

27-year-old Markita Denita Hollis is charged with the felony aggravated assault of their significant other, Blair Smith. The victim called 911 after she said the couple had a verbal argument that was escalating, but Hollis attempted to take the phone away from her. During the struggle, Hollis reportedly grabbed the hood of the victim’s clothing, restricting her breathing. She says Hollis then grabbed an item and attempted to hit her with it. Hollis says they was only attempting to take the phone as they were paying for it.

Fort Campbell Soldier Colin Brown charged with drag racing, fleeing police at 115 mph

20-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Colin William Brown was one of two vehicles observed by a THP Trooper to be drag racing near Planet Fitness on Fort Campbell Blvd. The Trooper caught up with them near Dover Crossing while using emergency lights and sirens. Brown, who was driving a blue Infiniti, turned off his lights and ‘blacked out’ his vehicle, and fled from the trooper in excess of 115 mph on Dover Road. He then drifted around a dead end and came back toward the trooper and alluded him, escaping into the night. The car was traced back to Colin Brown, and multiple warrants were issued for his arrest. He was booked on those charges on October 28th.

Soldier La’Joy Curry charged with assaulting her lover while her husband records it all

What in the #thruple? 22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier La’Joy Unique Curry told police that her friend & sexual partner, Lester Johnson, had assaulted her on October 30th on Tynewood Drive.

Police arrived, and she explained she was visiting Johnson’s apartment and found another woman’s clothing in his apartment. She claimed Johnson hit, choked, and shoved her around the apartment.

Police note that her husband recorded the entire altercation between his wife and her lover, and the video did not support her account. The video revealed La’Joy Curry was the assailant and punched, kicked, and shoved her lover, Lester Johnson, while her husband looked on.

Aidan Lidgard charged in burglary of Woodlawn Mini Storage units

19-year-old Aidan Geoffrey Lidgard is charged with five counts of burglary after police say he cut the lock from the front gate of Woodlawn Mini Storage and from multiple units within the property. Police say Lidgard, along with a passenger, spent just under two hours at the property. Four units belonging to Randall Paschall had the locks cut but didn’t appear to have anything missing. A unit belonging to Ray Jones had multiple tools taken, valued at $1,300.

David admitted to consuming a “couple beers” While at the Electric Cowboy. Officers say he reeked of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He would later blow a 0.159% BAC, nearly double the legal limit.

Jacob Gregorek charged with marijuana possession & speeding in Clarksville

22-year-old Jacob Ryan Gregorek was pulled over for speeding 21 mph over the speed limit Saturday night and told the officer he had smoked earlier but had no marijuana or drugs in the car when the officer noted he could smell marijuana. He eventually consented to a search of his vehicle after multiple more denials that anything was inside the vehicle, and the officer located 17 grams of marijuana in the console. Gregorek explained he was from Virginia, where he says they’re allowed to have small personal amounts.

Fort Campbell Soldier Eric Gonzalez charged in assault of girlfriend… yet again

Just three months after the last aggravated domestic violence charge against 42-year-old Eric Gonzalez was dismissed with costs when the victim didn’t testify, Clarksville Police yet again responded to the Sikorsky Lane residence this week. The same victim, Allison Hansen, advised she and Gonzalez, who is her boyfriend of seven years, had a physical altercation during which he head-butted her and punched her in the face. Officers documented injuries, and as they were attempting to detain Gonzalez for questioning, he refused to be cuffed and grabbed the vest of a Clarksville police officer, and attempted to twist him around to evade being detained.

Additional officers arrived, and Gonzalez was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and resisting arrest. In the prior incident, police found Hansen hiding in a closet on the lower level of the home after he had pointed a pistol at her head, upset that she was out later than he approved of.

He says the argument escalated, and she began to hit him repeatedly and spit on him. He told police that when he attempted to block the spray of spit, he may have accidentally made contact with her face. She says that during the altercation, he punched her in the jaw with a closed fist. Due to both parties alleging the other instigated the physical assaults, both were jailed.

Officers arrived to find his sports car wrecked, and Branam stated he had just “lost control.” He was visibly intoxicated and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
