Steven Burney indicted for food stamp fraud by Grand Jury

56-year-old Steven Burney has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on charges of food stamp fraud. An indictment that was returned in March alleges that Burney illegally used a food stamp card to which he wasn’t entitled at a local Kroger for groceries totaling over $100. At the time of his arrest on the indictment, Burney was found to have seven Oxycodone pills in his pocket.

Corian Reed breaks out window of ex-girlfriend’s apartment

20-year-old Corian Reed admitted to breaking out the window of his ex-girlfriend’s apartment on April 5. Sheandrea Perkins told police she was talking to Corian on the phone when he threatened to come to break her window. Approximately an hour later, her window was broken. As officers arrived on the scene, she called Corian on speaker phone. During that call, he admitted to the vandalism and offered to pay for the damage, which was estimated at $200.

39th BEB Soldier Johnathan Young II charged with DUI after running a stop sign

21-year-old 39th BEB Bull-Strike Soldier Johnathan Michael Young II failed to stop at a stop sign late in the evening on April 4 and caught the eye of a deputy in the area. A traffic stop was conducted on the red Chevy Cruze on Garrettsburg near Hwy 374. Young reportedly reeked of alcohol and admitted to consuming “three beers” prior to driving. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.

John Graham Jr. charged in domestic assault off ex-girlfriend, Shania Ann Hand

37-year-old John Graham Jr. was jailed on April 4 after an altercation with his ex-girlfriend and roommate, Shania Ann Hand. She told police he became upset when she was on the phone with a friend and took her phone twice, each time slamming it against a wall. The second throw destroyed the phone, leaving it shattered and bent. She says he also threatened to “beat her,” which placed her in fear. He reportedly drew back his hand as if to backhand her but did not follow through. He was located nearby when police arrived and denied anything else happened other than a verbal altercation.

Jacquilyne Allen shows up to ex-boyfriend’s house & assaults him as he opens the door

22-year-old Jacquilyne Allen is charged with the domestic assault of her ex-boyfriend, Gacoby Nightingale, after an incident on April 4. She reportedly appeared at his home unexpectedly, and when he came to the door, she began to punch and assault him. She fell to the ground in her fit of rage, and as he attempted to help her stand up, she punched him multiple more times. There is a video doorbell recording of the incident.

Adam Drumgoole charged with DUI after crashing Infiniti Coupe

28-year-old Adam Drumgoole was jailed on March 31st after crashing his Infiniti coupe into a guard rail while intoxicated near I-24 and Trenton Rd. Police noticed Adam had slurred speech and was confused when answering questions. He told police that he came from a friend’s house and had four beers about two hours before the incident. Adam agreed to sobriety tests which he performed poorly on, and blew a .128% BAC on a Breathalyzer.

Cheyenne Evilsizer attacks ex-boyfriend at Sudden Service gas station

20-year-old Cheyenne Evilsizer was jailed on March 31st after attacking her ex-boyfriend at a Shell gas station on Riverside Drive. Police spoke with the store manager, who said she tried to break up a fight between Tyzek McCorkle and Evilsizer. Witnesses told police that they saw McCorkle walking away and Evilsizer running up to him, punching and slapping him. The video footage from the gas station surveillance confirmed the witness accounts.

Daniel Richmond attacks girlfriend in Wendy’s drive-thru

45-year-old Daniel Richmond was jailed on April 1st after punching his girlfriend in the head in a Wendy’s drive-thru on Cunningham Lane. Shanie Madrid told police that Richmond got irritated in the drive-thru and asked her to leave, but she refused, so he punched her in the side of her head six times. Police saw Madrid with redness on her head where she was punched. After the incident, Richmond fled the scene, but police located him on Freestone Drive. Richmond told police that Madrid kicked him in the car, and that’s why he punched her. Richmond was determined to be the primary aggressor and placed into custody.

Del Powers pulls a pistol on neighbor during dispute over property line

58-year-old Del Powers was jailed on April 1st for allegedly threatening to shoot his neighbor after an argument about their property line on Sawmill Road. Mr. Powers told police that there had been some dispute about the property line with his neighbor Mr. John Kieselbach. Powers said that his neighbor got into his face and he shoved him back. That’s when Kieselbach punched Powers in the face, knocking him back a few steps. Powers said that his friend Gary Hall was with him, and after getting punched in the face, he gave him his pistol to keep away from him. Mr. Kieselbach told police that Powers pulled out his pistol and told him he was going to shoot him and his son but then gave the pistol to Mr. Hall and said take this before I shoot him and his son. Mr. Kieselbach’s teenage son corroborated his father’s statement.

33-year-old LeeJerricus Bullock was jailed on April 1st after shoving his girlfriend around their home on Westfield Court. Police spoke with Stephanie Mejia, who stated that her boyfriend shoved her several times, and she pulled a knife out on him because she was in fear due to a previous assault. She called the police before she left and explained that she couldn’t leave immediately because she was naked at the time of the assault.

Corey Johnson jailed over $16 drywall damage

18-year-old Corey Johnson was jailed on April 2nd after trespassing at a construction site on Center Road. Police responded to a call stating that two people were on the roof of the apartments being built. Johnson was initially issued a trespassing warning for the property; however, after the property manager walked through the building, he found damage to the drywall that wasn’t there before. When police tried to take Johnson into custody, he resisted arrest by locking his arms so he couldn’t be handcuffed. He also kicked the patrol car while he was being placed in the back seat. The property manager estimated the cost of the drywall to be $16.

Corron Wilson pulls gun on girlfriend when he can’t find his phone, per report

21-year-old Corron Wilson was jailed on April 1st after pulling a gun out on his girlfriend when he couldn’t find his phone. Police responded to Royster Lane and spoke with Shakya Harris, who told police that she and her boyfriend argued because he couldn’t find his phone. He then pulled a gun from his pocket and started waving it around, telling Shakya that he would hit her with it if she didn’t give him his phone. Shakya told Wilson she didn’t have his phone, and he pushed her in the chest. Shakya fell to the ground, and Wilson left before the police arrived.

Patrons take keys & gun from Dustin Carter after he falls asleep drunk at a Scooter’s Pub

33-year-old Dustin Carter was Jailed on April 2nd after falling asleep while sitting at the bar at Scooters Pub and being aggressive with staff. Police responded to the pub and spoke with Jason Meadows, a customer who told police Carter fell asleep at the bar, threw up in the bathroom, and then tried to get in his car and leave. The other customers tried to get Carter an Uber ride so he could get home safely, and he became irate when they took his car keys so that he couldn’t drive himself home. Jason noticed that Carter had a Glock 19 on his hip, so he took it, emptied the chamber, and placed it in the back office. When police saw Carter, he was clearly intoxicated, with bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and a strong odor of alcohol on his breath.

Toussunt Trammell charged in assault of child over spilled milk & cereal

26-year-old Toussunt Trammell was watching his one-year-old niece at his grandmother’s house on the morning of March 29. The child spilled a bowl of cereal, upsetting Trammell. He reportedly smacked the child twice with excessive force, then grabbed her by both arms, picked her up, and shoved her into the couch. Trammell told police he only ‘lightly smacked’ the child, despite the grandmother being a witness to the assault.
