40-year-old Christopher Collins, an employee within the US Department of Defense, was booked on October 25th after assaulting his wife on Fairhaven Drive. Anna Collins was on the phone with dispatch, who advised the officers en route that she was being punched. When officers arrived, they observed Anna with a large bruise on the right side of her face along with her right eye almost swollen shut. She explained that she had turned over in bed, and her hand touched her husband’s neck and ear area. He then punched her numerous times in the face, back, and kidney. When police spoke with Collins, he said that while in bed, his wife twisted his ear, and he got mad, so he began hitting her. Officers observed Collins with busted and bloody knuckles. Both were transported to the Tennova Emergency Room to treat their injuries.

Jessica Landrum assaults husband during heated argument
38-year-old Jessica Lynn Landrum was involved in a domestic altercation with her husband, Ryan Landrum, at Woodtrace Court on November 4th. Jessica Landrum looked to be visibly intoxicated when officers arrived on the scene. She stated that her husband had pushed her and held her against her will. Officers found Jessica to have no visible injuries. Ryan Landrum stated the argument became heated, and she repeatedly poked him in his face while sitting in his lap. This caused both Jessica and her husband to fall off the couch. She then rushed at him and began to punch him in the face, so he held her down to prevent her from harming him. He then went to his bedroom to separate himself. Jessica followed him and forced her way into the bedroom, causing him to push her out of the room in self-defense. His face was flushed where he stated she had struck him. Officers spoke with her again, and she admitted to placing her finger in his face but stated she never punched the victim. Landrum was found to be the primary aggressor, taken into custody, and charged with domestic assault.
Gabrielle Vradenburg harasses man, posts several photos of him
19-year-old Gabrielle Vradenburg was booked on October 27th after Ethan Yeiter reported that he told Gabrielle not to contact him several times. Despite Mr. Yeiter’s request, Gabrielle has posted several photos of Mr. Yeiter on social media with threatening captions for no legitimate reason.
DUI: Martina Jones drinks tequila before causing wreck
22-year-old Martina Kaylee Jones was found on the scene of a wreck with injuries; she told officers that she had a couple of shots of tequila before driving. When officers observed Jones, they noticed that she was highly intoxicated and had a strong smell of alcohol. Jones consented to field sobriety tests, which she performed terribly. Jones later consented to get her blood drawn and was kept at the hospital on a psych hold. Jones was taken into custody and charged with DUI.
Tonya Bennett advertises sexual services online; charged with prostitution
45-year-old Tonya Lee Bennett was offering sexual services in exchange for money via the “escort” website, Skipthegames.eu, as Special agents conducted a prostitution operation on October 26th. An advertisement was in the “men seeking female escort” section for Clarksville, TN, posted on October 12th headed: “Nice Pretty Tight Pussy Ready and Waiting.” There were numerous sexual acts and a phone number listed in the ad that an undercover agent was able to text Bennett through. The UC and Bennett agreed to meet at the Super 8 Motel for a thirty-minute visit with another female for $360.00 and an extra $50.00 to use no condom. The UC arrived at the motel and met with Bennet and Stephanie Smith, the other individual in the contract. Bennett and Smith were placed into custody for promoting prostitution after admitting to the contract, posting the ad, knowing about the website, and the transactional arrangement.

Michael McRell charged after firing shots outside apartment
21-year-old Michael Sean McRell reportedly “fired shots” at Parkway Place on October 25th. Officers arrived and observed multiple shell casings from a firearm lying on the ground in front of the doorway of McRell’s apartment, as well as a rifle near the front door and a jar of marijuana. McRell consented to officers searching his apartment, and they located vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana, a digital scale, and $3,236.00. McRell was taken into custody for possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and schedule IV drug violations.
Soldier Zachary Hayes body-slams wife and breaks into neighbor’s house
21-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Zachary William Hayes was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife, Emma Hayes, at State Line Road on October 26th. Emma advised officers that she found something on Zachary’s phone and tried to talk to him about it. Then he began cursing at her, and in response, she turned off his PlayStation. She stated that he began to walk towards her, and she put her hands up in self-defense, so he grabbed her by the hand, threw her over his shoulder, and body-slammed her. She told deputies that her hips hit the couch, her face hit the floor, and she got up and ran over to their neighbor’s, Jonni Contreras’, house. Officers then spoke with Zachary, who told them that Emma found things she didn’t like on his phone, became angry, and began to hit him but insisted he did not hit her at any moment. Officers observed discoloration on the left side of Emma’s face, correlating with her statements, and deemed Zachary as the primary aggressor.
Contreras told officers that Emma got into a fight with Zachary, so Emma came to her house with her son to be in a safe location. Then Contreras stated she heard a knock on the door and opened it, thinking it was her husband, but it was Zachary. He forced himself into Contreras’ house as she was blocking the door, snatched his son out of Emma’s hands, and refused to leave after being asked several times. Zachary William Hayes was taken into custody for domestic assault and aggravated burglary.
Theodore Tell chokes and kicks multiple dogs; charged with animal cruelty
24-year-old Theodore Tell, an employee at Dirt Cheap, was arrested on October 26th for two counts of aggravated animal cruelty on Cunningham Lane. Officer Davis received a call for service from Tell’s property manager regarding alleged animal abuse. Officers observed two videos showing Tell choking and kicking two different dogs, confirming the reports.
Christian Harrison jailed after harassing former employer via text, email, social media
26-year-old Christian Harrison was jailed Saturday morning, charged with harassment. Arrest records show that Harrison was terminated from his job in mid-October, after being employed for nineteen days. After initially being told to stop sending unwanted communications to his former employer, records show that Harrison continued to email, text, and send messages via social media, using both his personal account, and a secondary account. He acknowledged that he should not be sending messages, even stating, “This is not harassment” in some of the text. A magistrate signed the warrant for harassment after an initial police report was filed. Harrison was reportedly upset about a sign-on bonus, which he no longer qualified for since his employment only lasted nineteen days.
Ricky Potter found passed out after drinking liquor on city bus
41-year-old Ricky Potter was found by law enforcement after there was a report about a passenger being passed out on the city bus. The officer observed Potter, with bloodshot eyes, slumped over in a seat reeking of alcohol. When searched, officers found a half-empty liquor bottle in Potter’s backpack. This would be Ricky Potter’s second time being arrested this year. Potter was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Soldier Arctavious Clark assaults his wife during argument
23-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Arctavious Clark pushed and fought his wife during a verbal altercation on October 25th. Clark did so while his wife tried to leave their Ringgold Road home, which left scratches on her face and arms. She told officers that Clark finally left when she called 9-11. When officers approached Clark, he said there was no altercation, and he didn’t understand how she got those scratches. Clark was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
DUI: Kwadwo Kyei swerves between lanes on Fort Campbell Blvd
30-year-old Kwadwo Kyei was swerving between lanes on Ft. Campbell Blvd. in the early hours of October 22 as officers observed him driving less than 20 mph in a 45-mph zone and initiated a traffic stop. Officers observed Kyei to be visibly intoxicated when they approached the driver’s side. Kyei consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample which resulted in 0.117% BAC. Kyei was taken into custody for DUI, officers were also advised that Kyei had a pending DUI charge from about a year ago.
Soledad Roman jailed after punching husband in the face during argument
49-year-old Soledad Roman began arguing with her husband, Bobby Morrow, on October 14th. The argument started when Bobby picked up Roman because she had been calling him all day asking for a ride. During their argument, Roman punched Morrow in the face and headbutted him, causing him to bleed. Bobby was then able to separate from her and call 911. Roman fled the scene but was seen walking northbound on Oak Street towards Providence Boulevard. Roman was then caught and taken into custody. She has been charged with aggravated domestic assault.
Samuel Odle resists arrest after walking in the middle of Fort Campbell Blvd
58-year-old Samuel D Odle was walking in the middle of Fort Campbell Boulevard on the night of October 20th as officers were dispatched and found him walking on a concrete median. Odle told officers he had been walking in the roadway and acknowledged that he was honked at by drivers who passed him. When officers were trying to determine if Odle was impaired, he attempted to walk away and ignore their commands. Odle pulled away and refused to put his hands behind his back when officers were trying to arrest him. Officers were able to detain Odle and placed him in custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Nathan Ruiz accuses wife of cheating; traps her in bathroom
28-year-old Nathan Ruiz began arguing with his wife, Brianna Ruiz, about the state of their relationship as she was preparing their children for trunk or treat on October 20th. This led to Nathan grabbing her phone to go through it, looking for any sign of infidelity while preventing her from taking it back. Brianna attempted to call the police with Nathan’s phone, but he took the phone back before she could call. Nathan then proceeded to block Brianna in the bathroom so she couldn’t go anywhere unless she answered him. Officers arrived to their home on Castle Pickney Lane and questioned the couple, who shared the same stories. Ruiz was taken into custody and charged with false imprisonment and interfering with emergency services.
Landon Talley lies about having diabetes after police find meth in his vehicle
36-year-old Landon Wayne Talley was pulled over on Providence Boulevard for a hands-free violation on the morning of October 20. Talley spoke with officers and told them that he only was holding the phone while it was on speakerphone and not using it. He then provided an expired identification card and did not have insurance for his car. Deputies deployed a K9 unit, got a positive indication, and searched Talley’s vehicle, where a spoon with “white powder” was found. The powdery substance field tested positive for methamphetamine. In addition to this, officers also found used and unused insulin needles, and a dose vial labeled “Trenbolone Acetate, 100mg/10mL Dose Vial, Intramuscular Only.” Talley told officers that he was diabetic but could not answer any diabetes-related questions, so he was taken into custody for driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, not having proof of insurance, methamphetamine violations, simple possession, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Tremaine Drayton assaults girlfriend for looking through his phone
20-year-old Tremaine Lebron Drayton was booked on October 20th for assaulting his girlfriend after she tried to look through his phone. Police responded to Country Inn and Suites and spoke with Kierra Cooper, who stated that Drayton grabbed her by the collar, began throwing her around, and hit her in the side. When police questioned Drayton, he stated that he and Cooper only argued.
Semiko Bartlett repeatedly honks horn in husband’s driveway refusing to leave; jailed for trespassing
43-year-old Semiko Vantrece Bartlett was taken into custody on October 21 for an active warrant issued on June 30 for criminal trespassing and violating the conditions of her release. On June 30, Officers were dispatched to Donna Dr. regarding a disturbance. They spoke with William Bartlett, Semiko’s husband, who told them that Semiko showed up at his house honking her horn continuously in the driveway. Mrs. Bartlett reportedly refused to leave and continued to honk her horn until shortly before officers arrived. Officers were advised that Semiko has an active COR with William listed as the victim, and she also has an active criminal trespass order.
Kolby Coleman charged after threatening staff at St. Bethlehem Elementary; “Get your kids, ’cause I’m gonna air this place out!”
27-year-old Kolby Mikal Coleman was disorderly at St. Bethlehem Elementary School around noon on October 26th. School Resource Officer Woods spoke with police and advised them that a parent of a child, Coleman, was yelling profanities around the children and was asked to leave by staff. Coleman then stated, “Get your kids, ’cause I’m gonna air this place out!” which was heard by several other parents and staff members, causing them to fear for their safety as he went to the parking lot across the school where officers met him. Coleman was placed into custody, then his wife consented to a search of his vehicle. This search yielded a small amount of marijuana that he admitted belonged to him. Coleman was charged with disorderly conduct and simple possession.
