56-year-old Suanne McCormack was found outside her home in the late evening hours of October 22nd after she fought with her daughter. McCormack told officers that all that happened was a small argument with her daughter over soap and essential oils, but upon investigation, officers learned that this dispute led to McCormack hitting her daughter in the face. Officers then approached her daughter about the situation, which led to her telling them that McCormack not only hit her in the beginning but also pulled her hair and threw various items at her face, threatening to throw larger objects. McCormack was then taken into custody for domestic violence.

DUI: Ashley Zachariason found drinking Crown Royal while speeding on Warfield Boulevard

30-year-old Ashley Zachariason was jailed on October 22nd after police observed her red buick going 72 mph down Warfield Boulevard, normally a 50 mph zone. Officers caught up with the vehicle as it merged onto Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. A traffic stop was conducted behind Lowes Drive, where they could smell alcohol coming from Ms. Ashley’s breath. She admitted having a few drinks earlier that night while celebrating her 30th birthday. She consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and was taken into custody. While searching her vehicle, officers located a nearly empty, opened bottle of Crown Royal. Police noted that after several minutes of yelling from Ms. Ashley and applying scratch marks to the forms with a pen, she was transported to the Magistrate’s office.

23-year-old David Arthur Hernandez was involved in a domestic dispute with his sister Luz Hernandez, on N. Riverside Dr. in the early hours of October 22. Officers spoke with Luz, who advised them that she and David got into an argument over car keys because he was drunk and trying to drive. David reportedly pushed Luz when she took the keys from him. David Arthur Hernandez was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Clarksville man hid cameras in neighbor’s bathroom & bedroom for four months

36-year-old Matthew Ian Williams faces multiple charges after he placed multiple cameras in his next-door neighbor’s home and watched them over a period of four months. Kristen Cress found the first camera hidden under a dresser drawer on October 25, pointing to an area where she usually gets undressed near the closet. She alerted her husband, Michael Cress, and a search revealed a second camera located above the shower in the bathroom. The cameras, which operated via Wi-Fi and could be viewed 24/7 via a phone app, also saved the footage on SD cards; upon reviewing the footage, detectives observed their neighbor, Matthew Ian Williams, who captured himself installing the cameras and moving them around and taking them in and out of the home on multiple occasions. Williams had access to the home as he often cared for their pets when they were away or working long hours. The footage went back to July 2023 and included videos of their three-year-old child while in the bathroom.

Apryle Miller charged with DUI after swerving between lanes on Tiny Town Road

50-year-old Apryle Renee Miller was observed swerving between lanes on Tiny Town Rd. on October 21st. Officers initiated a traffic stop and observed Miller to be visibly intoxicated when they spoke to her. Miller consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample that resulted in 0.138% BAC. Officers also found a half-empty bottle of vodka under Miller’s seat. She was then taken into custody for driving under the influence and an open container violation.

Yveline Lucate charged with domestic assault after biting husband during dispute over purse

33-year-old Yveline Lucate bit Sender Pierre, her husband when he picked up her purse on October 21st. Officers were dispatched to Needmore Road. for a call regarding a domestic disturbance and spoke with the couple as they arrived. Pierre advised officers that a physical altercation ensued when he picked up Lucate’s purse to find the keys to their vehicle. Lucate reportedly bit Pierre on the left tricep after snatching her purse from him. Officers observed a visible bite mark, swelling, and minor bleeding on Pierre’s left tricep. Lucate told officers that she bit Pierre so he would let go of her purse because he was throwing items out of it. Officers deemed Lucate as the primary aggressor, and she was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Elizabeth Brodsky charged with domestic assault after biting brother

19-year-old Elizabeth Brodsky was jailed on October 21st after an argument between siblings turned violent at their home on Ballygar Street. Adam Brodsky told officers that he and his sister were arguing over pizza and chicken wings when Elizabeth picked up a fork and threatened to stab him with it. Adam said at this point, his sister lunged toward him, and as he tried to push her away, she grabbed his shirt, ripped it, bit him on his hand and started kicking him. Officers observed Adam’s ripped shirt and redness on his hand. When questioned, Elizabeth admitted to the assault.

Soldier Chelsea Messmer charged with domestic assault of her husband during dispute

24-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Chelsea Messmer was jailed on October 21st after assaulting her husband at their home on Freedom Drive. She advised that she told her husband, Joseph Messmer, that he needed to move out. She then began helping Joseph pack his belongings by putting them on the ground in front of the dresser. Chelsea asked Joseph to pack what was in the bedroom last so he didn’t wake up their son. She then noticed Joseph carrying the child and asked him multiple times to give her the baby so she could feed him. But Joseph would not give up the child, so she started prying his fingers apart to get the child from him.

When officers arrived, they spoke with Jovani Blas, who stated he and his wife, Ashley Jimenez, had gotten into an argument at the store, and his sisters-in-law Norma and Kimberly Jimenez came to the house to pick her up. Jovani was taking things out of the car and tossing them to the ground. He then grabbed his child, a year old, and Kimberly grabbed him by the throat and pushed him back. She stated that judging by how Jovani was acting, she was afraid he would throw the child out of the car, and she did what needed to be done to stop him.

Ashaunna Pillow brandishes handgun at fiancé after tracking him via his phone

26-year-old Ashaunna Pillow was jailed on October 7th after threatening her fiancé with a gun on Timberline Way. Ms. Pillow flagged down officers and told them that she tracked her fiancé’s phone and went to confront him about personal relationship issues, and when he came out of the house, he hit her in her face, causing her to stumble backward and reach out to grab ahold of his necklace. Lenhart Harper stated that Ms. Pillow went to the house and was beating on the door, so he came outside and tried to talk to her, but she became irate and ripped off his necklace. She then went to her car and pointed a gun at him, which was located by officers in her trunk.

Andrea Parker smashes ex-boyfriend’s truck with metal club & rips out controls

33-year-old Andrea Parker was jailed on October 9th after her ex-boyfriend reported that she smashed his truck windows with a metal club. Police responded to Kraft Street and spoke with Robert Smith, who added that Ms. Parker also ripped off controls inside his truck. The estimated value of the damage was around $500. The metal club was found inside Ms. Parker’s purse, and she was taken into custody.

Duo jailed after brawl over infidelity — Jacob Shumway & Jamie O’Bryant

36-year-old Jacob Shumway was arguing with his girlfriend, 29-year-old Jamie O’Bryant, over adultery allegations on October 14th. Officers responded to a call for service at Viewmont Dr. regarding a domestic dispute. O’Bryant spoke with officers as they arrived and stated that she and Shumway were arguing before he went to sleep and that she took his phone and found dating applications on it while he slept. Then, O’Bryant told officers that she woke up Shumway, confronting him about what she found and that he pushed her onto the couch and, when she got up, pushed her onto the floor. Shumway spoke with officers and stated that once he went to sleep after a verbal altercation, he was woken up by O’Bryant scratching the back of his neck, yelling at him about the dating applications. Officers observed scratches on Shumway’s neck. A primary aggressor could not be determined, so both parties were taken into custody for domestic assault.

34-year-old Harry Clark was booked into the Montgomery County jail on October 17th after being indicted by the Grand Jury for fourteen counts of statutory rape of a 16-year-old between September 17th, 2022, and December 9th, 2022. This also includes three counts of solicitation and sexual exploitation of a minor when he forced another 15-year-old to watch sexual activity between December 22, 2022, and February 17, 2023.

His wife, 32-year-old Samantha Clark, was indicted on six counts for knowingly facilitating these heinous offenses between November 5th, 2022, and December 3rd, 2022.

Soldier Ashleigh Nelson slaps her boyfriend in the face during argument

22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Ashleigh Nelson was jailed on October 7th for slapping her on-and-off boyfriend in the face after an argument turned violent at his apartment on Wallace Boulevard. Mr. Emmanuel Simmons advised officers that Ms. Nelson had left his apartment after the incident. Police didn’t observe any injuries to Mr. Simmons’ face and couldn’t contact Ms. Nelson at the time, so she was determined to be the primary aggressor due to the report.
