Duo jailed after brawl over infidelity — Jacob Shumway & Jamie O’Bryant

36-year-old Jacob Shumway was arguing with his girlfriend, 29-year-old Jamie O’Bryant, over adultery allegations on October 14th. Officers responded to a call for service at Viewmont Dr. regarding a domestic dispute. O’Bryant spoke with officers as they arrived and stated that she and Shumway were arguing before he went to sleep and that she took his phone and found dating applications on it while he slept. Then, O’Bryant told officers that she woke up Shumway, confronting him about what she found and that he pushed her onto the couch and, when she got up, pushed her onto the floor. Shumway spoke with officers and stated that once he went to sleep after a verbal altercation, he was woken up by O’Bryant scratching the back of his neck, yelling at him about the dating applications. Officers observed scratches on Shumway’s neck. A primary aggressor could not be determined, so both parties were taken into custody for domestic assault.

Harry Clark & Samantha Clark indicted on child rape charges; multiple victims

34-year-old Harry Clark was booked into the Montgomery County jail on October 17th after being indicted by the Grand Jury for fourteen counts of statutory rape of a 16-year-old between September 17th, 2022, and December 9th, 2022. This also includes three counts of solicitation and sexual exploitation of a minor when he forced another 15-year-old to watch sexual activity between December 22, 2022, and February 17, 2023.

His wife, 32-year-old Samantha Clark, was indicted on six counts for knowingly facilitating these heinous offenses between November 5th, 2022, and December 3rd, 2022.

Soldier Ashleigh Nelson slaps her boyfriend in the face during argument

22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Ashleigh Nelson was jailed on October 7th for slapping her on-and-off boyfriend in the face after an argument turned violent at his apartment on Wallace Boulevard. Mr. Emmanuel Simmons advised officers that Ms. Nelson had left his apartment after the incident. Police didn’t observe any injuries to Mr. Simmons’ face and couldn’t contact Ms. Nelson at the time, so she was determined to be the primary aggressor due to the report.

Kira Cavanaugh admits to drinking prior to DUI arrest

21-year-old Kira Cavanaugh was jailed on October 7th after police pulled her over for swerving in and out of lanes on Fort Campbell Boulevard. She smelled strongly of alcohol and admitted to drinking a few hours prior. Kira performed poorly on sobriety tests and blew a .066% BAC on a breathalyzer that was given an hour after the initial traffic stop. She was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Bianca Frias jailed for violating bond conditions of drinking alcohol at her home

30-year-old Bianca Jazmin Frias violated her conditions of release at Silver Fox Ln. in the evening hours of October 5th. Officer Barnes responded to a call for service regarding a possible violation of bond conditions. Frias was visibly intoxicated as Barnes arrived. Frias has an active COR on file from a previous domestic assault involving her spouse, Stephen Burke, that prohibits her from possessing or consuming alcohol. Frias was taken into custody, and her 12-year-old son was left in the care of Burke.

Kyjuan Schambers jailed after hit-and-run crash

21-year-old Kyjuan Schambers was the driver responsible for multiple injuries in a three-vehicle accident on Purple Heart Pkwy. on October 3rd. Officers witnessed a white Kia Sedan speeding down 101st Airborne Division Pkwy. shortly before responding to a wreck involving the same vehicle. Three cars were damaged, and as officers arrived, they observed two Glock handguns and blue pills, later identified as Oxycodone, in plain view of the unoccupied Kia Sedan. Officers determined the Kia Sedan to be the at-fault vehicle as witnesses stated that the Kia was traveling at a high speed before rear-ending a car, causing them to hit the car in front of them.

A passenger and a driver were transported to Tennova for medical attention and were able to identify Schambers as the driver of the Kia. Officers confirmed that the Kia was registered to Schambers and that his license was “eligible for reissue.” Schambers was arrested on October 5th for reckless endangerment, unlawful carrying of a weapon, simple possession, leaving the scene, and driving without a license.

Bailey Sellars attacks and punches his father in argument over job training

20-year-old Bailey Sellars fought with his dad, Corey Carroll, over online training for a job on the morning of October 5th. Officers were dispatched to Kestrel Dr. regarding a domestic dispute and spoke with Sellars as they arrived. Sellars told officers that he and Carroll got into an argument over a job he was supposed to be doing, which turned physical shortly after. Officers spoke with Carroll, and he stated that he confronted Sellars about not doing his online training, telling him, “Come outside” and that he would “beat his ass.”

Officers reviewed footage from the house camera on the back porch and observed Sellars walk out, turn around, get in a fighting stance, and lunge toward Caroll, shoving him into a wall as he came outside. Caroll got up and got pushed again off the porch into the wall as he proceeded towards Sellars. Sellars can be seen on the front porch camera walking to the front as Caroll follows, and then another argument ensues. Officers observed Sellars punching Carroll numerous times in the head and body before bringing him to the ground, punching him twice via camera. Sellars was placed into custody for domestic assault.

Soldier Felipe Garcia charged with DUI after running red light

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Felipe Garcia ran a red light at the intersection of Lafayette Rd. and Ft. Campbell Blvd in the early morning hours of September 29th. Officers initiated a traffic stop after witnessing the silver Chevrolet Silverado stop in the middle of the intersection, running the red light. Garcia was visibly intoxicated when officers approached the driver’s side and admitted to drinking when asked. Garcia was arrested for driving under the influence and failing to obey traffic control devices after consenting to sobriety tests and performing poorly.

30-year-old Griffin Evans was shirtless while confronting people outside of the troubled Electric Cowboy club on the night of October 13th. Officers responded to a call for service regarding an intoxicated individual at N. Riverside Dr. and observed Evans walking around the parking lot without a shirt on. Evans was visibly intoxicated as officers spoke with him and could not find a ride home, so was taken into custody for public intoxication.

E-5 Jesus Salcido-Villar charged with DUI after Tiny Town Road traffic stop

22-year-old Ft. Campbell E-5 Seargeant Jesus Salcido-Villar was driving on Tiny Town Rd. with an inoperable headlight in the wee hours of September 30th. THP Trooper Hickmon initiated a traffic stop on a gray Dodge Ram with a driver’s side headlight out and observed Salcido-Vallar visibly intoxicated as he approached the driver’s side. Salcido-Vallar initially denied consuming any alcohol, then consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Salcido-Vallar fell asleep in the patrol car shortly after being taken into custody for his second driving under the influence offense, driving on a revoked license, and violation of the implied consent law.

Soldier Banachek Villanueva-Flores charged with DUI after leaving Electric Cowboy club

24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Banachek Villanueva-Flores was caught driving under the influence for the second September in a row. Officer Ventura was dispatched to Washtopia for a call regarding a possible drunk driver in the early morning hours of September 29th. As officers arrived, Villanueva-Flores was seen throwing up outside his vehicle and told them he was coming from the troubled Electric Cowboy before consenting to sobriety tests and performing poorly. There was no proof of insurance provided by Villanueva-Flores, and he refused to provide a blood sample even after a warrant was issued and he was transported to the ER, so they held his arm down to get a sample by force. Villanueva-Flores was charged with driving under the influence and having no proof of insurance.

Jayden Wiggins, 18, charged with nicotine vape after fleeing from police

18-year-old Jayden Wiggins was caught in a foot pursuit with a “nicotine” vape in his pocket on Crossland Ave. in the early hours of October 10th. Officer Nolan responded to a call regarding a single-car accident with occupants fleeing on foot towards Boillin Ln. Wiggins was walking down Boillin Ln. and began to run when Officer Nolan activated his blue lights. Wiggins did not comply when asked to stop running and was caught shortly after. Officer Nolan found a tobacco vape in the front pocket of Wiggins after searching him and taking him into custody. Wiggins was charged with evading arrest and prohibited purchase of tobacco by minors.

21-year-old Jalen Smith and Noemi Rodriguez-Smith, his wife, were arguing about a phone before things turned physical on the night of October 3rd. Officers were dispatched to Barry Dr. regarding a domestic dispute and spoke with his wife, Noemi Rodriguez-Smith, who told officers that after an argument ensued, Smith became angry and pushed her to the ground. Officers observed minor injuries on Smith’s wife that she says were from the push. Smith was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Kendra Johnson jailed after assaulting boyfriend and waking up neighbors

35-year-old Kendra Johnson was arrested for domestic assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest on October 3rd.  Officer Atwell was dispatched to Raven Rd. regarding a call about Johnson and her boyfriend, Dennis Thomas, in their front yard screaming at each other. Officers observed Johnson sitting in a Chevrolet Malibu as they arrived and stated that she was uncooperative and agitated, so they decided to go inside the home to speak with Thomas, which made her even more uncooperative. Johnson continued to disobey the officers’ orders and began resisting when placed in handcuffs. Officers stated that once Johnson was in custody, she refused to answer any questions. Officers spoke with Thomas, who stated that he and Johnson were having an argument that turned physical once she started pushing and grabbing at him. Neighbors and witnesses stated that they saw Johnson trying to grab Thomas out of the car as he tried to leave. Johnson was mirandized and still refused to tell her side of events. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

Dimitri Cardona assaults girlfriend; she was upset he texted another woman

29-year-old Dimitri Cardona was arrested for domestic assault on October 2nd. Officers arrived and spoke with Nicole Haedad, Cardona’s girlfriend, who stated that she and Cardona were having a verbal argument that turned physical. Haedad stated Cardona became irate and started yelling after she confronted him about texting another woman. She told officers that when she tried to leave the room, Cardona told her to leave the house and followed her around his home before pushing her into the foyer onto the stairs. Officers noticed abrasions on her right shoulder and red, irritated skin on her left elbow. When officers spoke with Cardona, he stated he and Haedad were arguing, and when she started speaking too loudly, he was trying to grab her to get her out of the house. Cardona admitted to pushing Haedad once he was able to grab her.

26-year-old aspiring OnlyFans creator Crystal “Star” McNeely was arrested for domestic assault on October 1st. Officer Joshua Godwin was dispatched to Professional Park Dr. regarding a domestic in progress. Witnesses stated they observed Star McNeely hit her boyfriend, Eric O’Connor, as they argued. McNeely’s boyfriend stated he was arguing with her when she struck him on the left side of his face and neck. Officers saw no visible injuries, and McNeely’s boyfriend declined to write a statement. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

Ian Donovan pushes wife, twists her arms during assault, per report

36-year-old Ian Donovan was arrested on October 16th after he assaulted his wife and reportedly left visible marks on her a couple of days prior. On October 14th, officers responded to a domestic incident that had already happened at a residence on Liverworth Road. The victim, Jessica Donovan, had fled the residence to her sister’s home on Maureen Drive following the altercation. Mrs. Donovan told police that her husband had pushed her multiple times before she was forced to the ground.

After that, Mrs. Donavan stated that she attempted to push him away, but he grabbed her arm and twisted it behind her back. Shortly after that, she fled the residence at Liverworth to her sister’s home due to fear for her life. Deputies on the scene stated that it didn’t appear Donovan had any noticeable injuries. Police attempted to make contact with Mr. Donavan, but he was unresponsive. Due to one party’s statement being made and police being unable to hear the other side, a warrant was issued, and Ian was taken into custody.

Tovio Hardy “bucks up” on stepson, assaults him with cane

56-year-old Tovio Hardy was arrested for a domestic assault on October 16th after he and his stepson, Maurquel “Keno” McCottry, got into a physical altercation at his Kirby Drive address. McCottry stated that he arrived at the residence due to his stepsister no longer feeling comfortable due to arguments she had with Hardy. McCottry states that Hardy met him at the door and “bucked up” towards him before hitting him multiple times with his cane. The victim then states he was forced to tackle Hardy backward down the stairs to keep himself from being attacked further. Ms. Hardy, the defendant’s daughter, had advised she had intervened to stop the fight.

Hardy states that McCottry arrived and began banging on his door, demanding to know where Ms. Hardy was. The defendant then states that he let him into the home where the fight began, with Hardy being forced to hit his stepson with his cane. While doing so, Hardy states that the victim tackled him down the staircase, forcing him to shove McCottry off of himself. No marks were noticed on the victim, and the defendant had abrasions on his elbow. Due to both parties alleging physical assault and no primary aggressor being determined, both parties were charged with domestic assault.
