Police tackle Kiyanna Allen to ground after she catches her boyfriend with another woman

On the morning of September 17th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Godwin responded to a call of a fight in progress at Palmer Drive from an uninvolved resident in the apartment complex. Upon arrival, Officer Godwin observed 28-year-old Kiyanna Allen in the parking lot, yelling towards the apartments. It was reported that Allen was upset and witnessed her boyfriend entertaining another female. When Allen witnessed her boyfriend and the other female outside, she sprinted across the street to confront the two. Allen had to be tackled to the ground in order to stop assaulting them. Allen was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

DUI: Army Engineer Juston Silcox vomits on himself, inside car, after “two drinks”

33-year-old Geospatial Engineer Technician Juston Silcox was jailed on September 16th after police observed a gray pickup truck speeding down Fort Campbell Boulevard. Silcox was driving 63 mph in a 45 mph zone. His eyes were watery, and he had thrown up on himself. He told officers he had two alcoholic drinks and consented to sobriety tests. He performed poorly and was taken into custody. When officers searched his vehicle, they observed vomit all over the inside and outside of the car door.

DUI: Kayla Collins blows 0.257% BAC on way home; had”two beers at work”

On September 17th, on Warfield Blvd., Officer Williams observed a blue Honda driving on the far-right shoulder that matched the description from a recent call to 911 regarding reckless driving. Officer Williams conducted a traffic stop once he followed the blue Honda and witnessed it struggle to maintain its lane. During the traffic stop, 29-year-old Kayla Collins, driver of the blue Honda, stated she was on her way home from work while showing visible signs of impairment and forgetting to retrieve her I.D after Officer Williams asked for it. She then stated she had two beers while at work before consenting to provide a breath sample, where the reading was .257% BAC, more than triple the legal limit.

Thruple Throwdown: Michele Harris assaults girlfriend in front of their boyfriend

38-year-old Michele Harris argued with her girlfriend, whom she slapped despite their boyfriend stepping between them to break it up. Police spoke to the girlfriend, Stephani Douthit, who told them the scenario and stated they were arguing before Michele slapped her. After she was slapped she said that she pushed Michele and their boyfriend, Nicholas Smith, away from her and went outside to their porch. At that time, Michele stepped in front of her, stretched her arms out to block the doorway, preventing Stephani from exiting. Michele admitted to slapping Stefani but denied blocking the exit. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

Alishaa ‘Peachy’ Dabney jailed after police pursuit; marijuana in a stitch satchel

24-year-old Alishaa Dabney, AKA Peachy, was jailed on September 14th after a vehicle pursuit in her Audi A4 on Lafayette Road after she failed to stop at a stop sign. Once the officers activated emergency equipment, Dabney sped away until eventually coming to a complete stop on Anita Court. While placing Ms. Dabney into custody for the chase and traffic violation, officers observed a male passenger in the vehicle. He stated that he told Ms. Dabney to stop several times during the chase, but she refused. A strong odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle, according to police. A search yielded a “Stitch” satchel bag containing 24.9 grams of marijuana and two loaded guns, one of which didn’t have a serial number. Dabney was sluggish and had bloodshot eyes. She admitted to being under the influence and to being in possession of marijuana and firearms.

Randy Harris jailed after lying to police about who was driving during a crash

42-year-old Randy Harris was jailed on September 5th after lying to police about the details of a crash on Fort Campbell Boulevard. He told police that he was the driver during the crash, but it was later discovered that he was the passenger. Harris was trying to cover for the driver, a female with a suspended license and a warrant for burglary.

Soldier Tahjier Clayton pushes wife off couch, to the door, when she refuses to leave

26-year-old Infantryman Tahjier Clayton was jailed for assaulting his wife after an argument on Sinclair Drive on September 7. Police responded to the apartment building and spoke with Mariah Clayton, who said that during the argument, her husband wanted her to leave, but she refused and was pulled off the couch by her shirt and pushed toward the door. She refused to write a statement.

Giavonna White charged in 3 a.m. DUI crash after leaving club

26-year-old Giavonna White was jailed on September 10th after being in a vehicle accident in the 700 block of Riverside Drive just before 3 a.m. Officers observed bloodshot, glossy eyes and smelled alcohol coming from her breath. She told them she only had a Lemon Drop shot prior to driving. White consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and was taken into custody. This was her first DUI.

Brichelle Ellis jailed after assaulting a woman in her home

30-year-old Brichelle Ellis was jailed on September 10th after running into a home at Summit Heights to assault a woman. The victim stated that she was initially jumped by several people, and when the fight was finally broken up, Ellis entered her home and assaulted her during a final battle. Ellis had to be pushed out of the residence and was taken into custody.

Breanne Nixon jailed for public intoxication in downtown Clarksville

36-year-old Breanne Sky Nixon was jailed on September 9th for attacking people randomly in a parking lot at Public Square in downtown Clarksville. Two male victims stated that she walked up to them and began pushing them for no apparent reason. Two additional witnesses on the scene said they saw Nixon run up to the two men and push them. When police spoke with Nixon, they noticed visible signs of intoxication, and she admitted to having a couple of drinks. They deemed her to be a danger to herself and others, and she was taken into custody.

J’Deshawn Duncan stopped for window tint; police find stolen gun & Marijuana

19-year-old J’Deshawn Duncan was jailed on September 9th after being pulled over on Riverside Drive for having illegal window tints. The front windows were 17%, and the back was 5%; the legal percentage is 35 and above. While officers spoke with Duncan and front-seat passenger Tyson Mullins, they could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Duncan was asked to step out of the vehicle, and officers could smell raw marijuana coming from his person. A vehicle search was conducted, which yielded a tied-off baggie of marijuana in the front seat and a Glock handgun with an extended mag under the seat. There were 16 rounds in the magazine and one in the chamber. A check through NCIC showed the pistol was stolen out of Davidson County.

A working pistol light/laser and a digital scale were also found under the driver’s seat. In the center console, a fully loaded 9mm Glock magazine was located. Duncan admitted to the pistol being his but denied knowing anything about the narcotics or accessories.

Aalure Cooke drags wife by her hair during argument

25-year-old Aalure Cooke was booked on September 8th after an argument with her wife turned violent on Kelly Lane. Dyarah McNeil told police that she and her wife argued about custody issues when she became upset and grabbed her by her shirt, tearing it in the process. Cooke then dragged McNeil into the living room by her hair. Cooke was placed into custody and transported to Montgomery County jail.

DUI: Cassidy Ricci blows 0.164% BAC after leaving Electric Cowboy bar

24-year-old Cassidy Ricci was jailed on September 8th after police observed a black Infiniti SUV in the middle of the road not moving. While speaking with Ricci, officers could smell alcohol coming from her and the vehicle. She told officers that she was coming from the troubled Electric Cowboy bar and consented to sobriety tests. She performed poorly and was taken into custody. Once at booking, she blew a .164% BAC on the breathalyzer.

Soldier Austin Hagerty charged with assaulting his wife as she wants time away from him

26-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Austin Hagerty was jailed on September 8th after assaulting his wife when she tried to leave for Kentucky with their son. Kayla Haggerty told police that she and her husband were in the process of getting divorced and had been arguing constantly. To avoid arguing all weekend, she decided she would stay with her parents, who live near Fort Knox. Kayla came home from work and began packing bags for their child and herself.

Austin told her she wasn’t going anywhere with their son due to him having to get stitches removed at BACH the next day. Kayla then called BACH to ask about getting the stitches removed, which they advised could be done by an urgent care or on post at Fort Knox. Kayla grabbed her bags and began going downstairs, where Austin followed and continued telling her she wasn’t taking his son anywhere. She finally made her way out the door and to the car, where she placed her son in his seat. Austin reached over her while she was bent over and grabbed her and his son’s arm, causing them to spin out of the vehicle.

Chadd Hembree jailed after stealing a tiller from his neighbor

40-year-old Chadd Hembree was jailed on September 5th after stealing from his neighbor. The victim stated that she had numerous items stolen from her property. She showed police a photo that was taken by a trail cam. The picture showed Hembree on a ladder looking into her residence. When police spoke with Hembree, they saw a spray-painted tiller beside his trailer. He admitted that he was the one who stole it from the shed in his neighbor’s backyard. The value of the tiller was $150.

Daniel Miller charged with punching his uncle, Gary Miller, in the face

30-year-old Daniel Miller was jailed on September 5th after reportedly assaulting his uncle on August 24th. Gary Miller arrived at the Sheriff’s Office to report that his nephew had hit him in the face and punched him multiple times while dragging him away from a residence on Hooks Lane. Gary’s injuries are consistent with his statement, and Daniel was determined to be the primary aggressor.

Jill Endsley jailed after assault of her stepdaughter

59-year-old Jill Endsley was jailed on August 30th after Joshua Endsley reported that she assaulted his sister on Bradley Street. Nicole Endsley-Olalde told police that her stepmother, along with other members of her family, had come to her house to help her move. She and her stepmother got into a dispute about some of her property being moved around, and then she was pushed. Nicole said she pushed her stepmother back, and her boyfriend, Alibmo Escamilla, separated the two.

Carlos Ulysses Aegueta strangles girlfriend during argument over relationship

38-year-old Carlos Argueta was booked on August 30th for assaulting his girlfriend on Terrier Way after an argument about relationship issues. According to Mary Wolfenbarger, their argument turned violent when Carlos lunged at her and strangled her with both hands until she couldn’t breathe. Mary tried to get away from Carlos but tripped over a footstool and fell, causing him to fall on top of her.

Once Carlos was on top of Mary, he wouldn’t let her up. When she was finally able to move, she ran to the front door to escape, but he caught her and slammed the door, so she quickly ran to the backdoor and was able to exit and run to the neighbors for help. No one answered at the first house she went to, so she ran to another neighbor, Nora Manning, who called 911 after hearing Mary screaming for help.

While the neighbor called the police, Mary saw Carlos leaving their house with their 4-year-old son. She ran over to the vehicle Carlos put their son in and hit it repeatedly while screaming to give her son back, but he left before police arrived. Officers later spoke with Carlos over the phone and advised he turn himself in at the station.
