Isaac O’Brien charged in late-night DUI with Espolòn Tequila bottle in vehicle

21-year-old Isaac O’Brien was parked on the side of Lylewood Road late Friday night when Corporal Richard Byers stopped to assist him, believing he was having issues with his vehicle. As he spoke to O’Brien, he said he reeked of alcohol and had slurred speech. He declined having consumed any alcohol but performed poorly on field sobriety tests. An open bottle of Espolòn Tequila was in the passenger seat. O’Brien was transported to Tennova Sango for a blood draw and then to booking at the Montgomery County Jail.

Layton Jackson charged with 5th DUI after being found asleep behind the wheel

42-year-old Layton William Jackson was found unconscious in the driver’s seat of his running vehicle, slumped over the center console on December 16th on N. Woodson Rd. Responding officers conducting a welfare check were able to awaken Jackson, who reeked of alcohol. Officers found five open containers of mini vodka bottles inside the vehicle. This is his 5th DUI, with prior convictions in 2008, 2014, 2014, and 2022.

Ortega Regules popped for DUI while traveling 70 in a 40 mph zone

Sporting a popped collar even in his mugshot, 32-year-old Ortega Aquilino Regules faces multiple charges after deputies say he was traveling 70 mph in a 40 mph zone while intoxicated. The traffic stop occurred on Providence Blvd as Regulas was driving his 2009 Nissan Altima. Police say he reeked of alcohol and admitted to consuming “two beers” before driving. Once at booking, it was learned he also had an outstanding warrant from 2019, also for DUI.

John Marihugh charged with 2 a.m. DUI on Madison Street in Clarksville

Clarksville Police Officer Matthew Johnson conducted a traffic stop on a blue Lincoln MKZ just after 2 a.m. on August 29th near the 1900 block of Madison Street. The driver, 36-year-old John Patrick Marihugh, reportedly reeked of alcohol, and when asked how much alcohol he had consumed, he stated “enough” while an open and partially consumed Miller Lite can sat in the driver’s door beside him. Though he agreed to perform field sobriety tests, they had to be stopped for his own safety due to his level of intoxication.

Clarksville Police say they found 31-year-old Timothy Jones incredibly drunk and passed out behind the wheel of his running Honda RTS while parked in front of Mickey’s Downtown Clarksville. It took several knocks on the window to wake Jones, who was unable to exit the vehicle on his own due to his level of intoxication. Inside the vehicle, officers found a bottle of Teremana Tequila in the center cup holder.

Clarksville Police pulled over 21-year-old Jada Turner just at 3 a.m. as she was swerving into oncoming traffic. 23-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Marquan Tabron was found asleep behind the wheel of his Ford F-150 just after 1 a.m. near Tiny Town Road and Green Acres Drive. As the officer approached he was able to remove the keys from the running vehicle before waking up the sleeping soldier. Inside the truck was an open Bud light in the center console area. Tabron admitted to drinking prior to driving and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He blew a 0.106% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Luke Chowning charged with DUI after drinking White Claws & nearly hitting an officer

29-year-old Luke Chowning, who works at the Rascon School of Combat Medicine at Fort Campbell, nearly collided with a Clarksville Police officer in his vehicle on March 23rd just after 4 p.m. When a traffic stop was conducted, he stated he consumed “a lot” of alcohol and admitted he was drunk. DUI: Special Forces soldier Christopher Malone jailed, can’t make bond after crash

22-year-old Fort Campbell 5th Special Forces Group 2nd Battalion Soldier Christopher Ryan Malone was driving on the wrong side of Dunlop Lane Tuesday evening when he crashed into a ditch, according to officials and a witness. Malone initially told the deputy he crashed because “I have bald tires and fell asleep”. During that conversation, the deputy noticed he smelled of alcohol, which he later admitted to drinking. Several open beer cans were found in cup holders and strewn throughout the vehicle. A handgun was also located in his possession.

Man admits to drinking, actually PASSES field sobriety tests — Zla Holder

Clarksville Police say 30-year-old Zla Holder failed to completely stop at a stop sign on the night of February 12th while driving his silver Ford F-150. As officer Steven Davis initiated a traffic stop and approached the vehicle, Holder fled the vehicle and ran behind a row of houses in the neighborhood. He was located soon after and gave consent to search his vehicle. Officers located an open bottle of Jameson, an open can of Mike’s Twisted Tea, two empty bottles of brandy, and 0.99 grams of marijuana.

Holder admitted to drinking at the casino earlier and consuming some of the Twisted Tea drink. Police say that “due to his ability to run while evading arrest, and successful completion of field sobriety tests” he was not charged with DUI.

32-year-old Philip Thomas faces multiple charges after first responders pulled him from his crashed vehicle just after 9 p.m. Saturday. He rolled the 2013 GMC pickup after striking a guard rail, according to authorities, who found an open 1.75 L bottle of Maker’s Mark with only 1/4th of the whisky still in the bottle. Thomas, who had urinated on himself, told police had only had “one drink” at a friend’s house earlier.
