29-year-old Aaron Hillis was booked on November 6th after officers observed a gray Nissan Versa with a non-functional brake light. When the officers approached the car, they immediately smelled the odor of alcohol and saw a handgun clearly in the center console area. They asked Hillis to step out of the vehicle and consent to field sobriety tests. He was visibly intoxicated and performed poorly on sobriety tests. DUI: 19-year-old Logan Blackmon runs stop sign while speeding on Dunlop Lane

19-year-old Logan William Blackmon failed to stop at a stop sign and sped off at Dunlop Lane on the night of October 28. Officers noticed this, conducted a traffic stop, and smelled a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Blackmon. They asked Blackmon if he consumed any alcohol, and he admitted to having three beers, consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample that resulted in 0.122% BAC. DUI: Felipe Gomez charged after swerving lanes on 101st Airborne Division Parkway

23-year-old Felipe Gomez was found swerving lanes on 101st Airborne Division Parkway by police officers on the night of October 21st. When Officer Bolden walked up to the vehicle, Bolden noted Gomez’s bloodshot eyes as well as a strong odor of alcohol. When questioned, Gomez admitted to consuming alcohol before driving. This prompted law enforcement to search his vehicle, finding multiple open containers of alcohol. Gomez then consented to a field sobriety test, performed terribly, and was taken into custody. DUI: Jabbar Bell charged after having “1-2 shots of Tequilla” before driving

21-year-old Jabbar T. Bell was jailed on October 21st after a routine traffic stop for a non-operational headlight. Police were patrolling the area and observed Bell’s black Nissan sedan traveling on Providence Boulevard. When officers pulled behind Bell’s vehicle, they also observed the vehicle did not have a functioning tag light as well. Upon conducting a traffic stop and speaking to Bell, it was observed that Bell had “bloodshot” eyes and a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. When questioned, Bell admitted to having “1-2 Shots” of Tequila. Upon further inspection, A clear Taco Bell cup with red liquid smelling of alcohol was found in Bell’s center console. Bell was then requested to perform SFSTs, where he performed poorly and was placed under arrest.

30-year-old Ashley Zachariason was jailed on October 22nd after police observed her red buick going 72 mph down Warfield Boulevard, normally a 50 mph zone. 19-year-old Fort Campbell 15U Chinook mechanic Carson Dempsey was driving his grey Ford F-150 on the afternoon of June 10 when he passed a sheriff’s department deputy at 75 mph in a 55 mph zone while swerving all across the road. Soldier Eddie Brown pulled his penis out in front of magistrate and urinated on floor after arrest

A patron of the troubled Electric Cowboy flagged down nearby police in the early morning hours of April 30 to report his friend, 22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Eddie Brown, was about to drive away after drinking heavily, and they were unable to stop him. Officers located Brown in his Nissan Sentra after he drove up beside them as they were searching for him in the parking lot. He admitted, through slurred words, that he had been drinking prior to driving. Inside his Sentra, officers found two open bottles of Seagram’s Escapes Italian Ice alcoholic drinks. Brown had a mouth full of chewing tobacco, which he was ordered to spit out before being placed into the patrol car.

Once at booking, while standing at the magistrate’s window, Brown recreated the scene from the car and once again pulled out his penis and urinated all over the floor. A the time of his arrest, Brown was out on bond from a February DUI arrest.

39-year-old Weston Briggle was jailed on April 8th after he flipped his Kia on Mountain Road with two children inside.
