20-year-old Willie Earl Luckett was charged with aggravated burglary, driving without a license, no insurance, and two counts of felony possession of schedule I drug with intent to sell on December 29th after allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend the day before. According to police, Shatroy Williams woke up on December 28th to her ex-boyfriend Willie Luckett standing over her, grabbing her by the hair and hitting her on the head several times before grabbing her neck until she “felt his nails digging into her skin around her throat”. Shatroy told police she couldn’t breathe but didn’t lose consciousness and when she tried to get up he pushed her down onto the bed again before leaving.

Lisa Breslow, 68, charged with DUI after “two glasses of wine” prior to driving
68-year-old Lisa Robin Breslow says she had “two glasses of wine” before driving on Dover Road with a tail light that wasn’t working and at an irregular rate of speed. As she weaved a traffic stop was conducted and she was visibly intoxicated, according to officers. She was transported to booking and charged with DUI.
Isis Taty Navarro charged after biting boyfriend’s bicep, calls 911 on herself
30-year-old Isis Tatiana ‘Taty’ Navarro-Cruz says she called 911 on her boyfriend, Chris Fuoco, to report he hit her because he was also calling 911 to report that she assaulted him. When officers arrived at this dispute between two grown adults, Taty says the couple was arguing face to face when their faces touched. She says it was intentional, and Chris says it was accidental. Taty told police that even if it was an accident, she didn’t like anyone in her space and reacted by slapping him. Chris says she has a history of destroying his things when she becomes upset, and she walked toward the garage door, which is where he stores a classic car he just received from his father. As he blocked the door to the garage, she reportedly bit his bicep. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody. Officers confirmed that Chris initially made a call to 911 but ended the call, he stated he didn’t want her to get into trouble.
Misty Ham attacks her cousin, Sara Simon, for sleeping with her husband, Cody Ham
24-year-old Misty Dawn Ham has had a year-long argument with her cousin, Sara Simon. Simon reportedly slept with Misty’s husband, William Cody Ham, causing the family feud. Last week, Misty and Cody arrived at Simon’s home, where Misty confronted Sara. As Sara retreated back inside the home, Misty reportedly grabbed Sara by her hair, bringing her to the ground. Charles Simon Jr. & Sr., relatives of Sara, pulled Misty off of Sara, and Misty and Cody left the residence. Later that day, Misty was taken into custody at her residence and charged with domestic assault. Misty says she’s innocent and never touched Sara.
Zachary McHugh places his naked great-uncle in a headlock & assaults him
28-year-old Zachary Daniel McHugh was charged with domestic assault on December 31st after police say he put his great-uncle Randall in a headlock and assaulted him. What started as a verbal argument turned physical when Zachary grabbed his uncle Randall by the hair, who was naked at the time, forced him into a headlock, striking him in the face multiple times while dragging him down the stairs and throwing him to the floor of the house they share on Fieldstone Drive. Police report that Randall had multiple injuries to his head and knee but refused medical attention.
Alexis Williams punches and kicks ex-boyfriend in face during assault
23-year-old Alexis Tara Williams is charged with the domestic assault of her ex-boyfriend, Justin Diaz. After police arrived at the scene, Diaz was able to provide a video of the altercation, which showed Alexis assaulting him by punching and kicking him in the face. Officers documented a black eye on the victim’s face and took Alexis into custody.
Candace Quarles charged in assault of girlfriend during NYE argument
Police say 26-year-old Candace Marie Quarles was having an argument with her girlfriend, Shaylin Navarro, about their relationship on New Year’s Eve. The verbal disagreement escalated when Candace reportedly threw a cell phone at Shaylin and pushed her in the chest. Shaylin says Candace then slapped her in the face twice. Shaylin suffered a black eye, a busted lip, and several abrasions to the side of her head. Officer took Candace into custody, charging her with domestic assault.
Khalil Titington charged after breaking ex-girlfriend’s door while collecting money owed
Jasmin Winter says her 29-year-old ex-boyfriend, Khalil Shaqquan Titington, came to her home on New Year’s Eve to collect money from her. After she paid him what he was owed, she shut the door, leaving him standing outside. He banged on the door, demanding to be let back inside, and she refused to answer or acknowledge him any further. He then threw a glass bottle through the glass portion of the door in a rage, causing it to shatter. Officers arrived and he admitted to the vandalism.
Autumn Ferrier too drunk to function at Oneal’s on Madison Street
22-year-old Autumn Faith Ferrier was charged with public intoxication just after 3 a.m. on New Year’s day at Oneal’s bar on Madison Street in Clarksville. Officers say she was visibly upset and had a hard time comprehending the current circumstances. She was extremely intoxicated, according to police. She was given multiple opportunities to find a sober ride away from the location but refused all assistance.
Christopher Parsons charged with assault of girlfriend during an argument over money
21-year-old Christopher Devine Leevelt Parsons was reportedly arguing with his girlfriend, Shaniyah Myers, over money on January 2 when he pulled her back into the apartment as she attempted to leave. The victim says he then pushed her against a wall and onto a bed as the argument escalated. Parsons admitted to grabbing her and pulling her back inside and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Mariah Cox accused of “spitting a loogie” on the father of her child
27-year-old Mariah Amanda Cox was charged with domestic assault on December 28th after reportedly spitting on the father of her child, Corey Stallard. Corey told police that Mariah “spit a loogie at him, hitting him in the face” as he arrived at 4:30 that morning to pick up his daughter from Mariah, who denied spitting on him.
Fort Campbell soldier Joshua Strunk charged with DUI at Screaming Eagle Cigars
30-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Joshua Michael Strunk was charged with DUI on December 29th. Police say they were called to the Screaming Eagle Cigars on Ft. Campbell Blvd after Joshua was stopped by an employee as he was driving away because he appeared intoxicated. He was sitting in his car with the engine running when officers arrived and admitted to having “a few” alcoholic beverages earlier in the evening. According to police, Joshua was unsteady on his feet, had watery, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and blew a .168% BAC on a breathalyzer.
Sherryl Hollis bites son in front of officers who responded to 911 call
58-year-old Sherryl Denise Hollis was charged with domestic assault and resisting arrest on December 30th after police responded to a possible suicidal subject at her apartment on Cobalt Drive. Police say Sherryl bit her son, Brandon, as she was upset he called 911 and he was attempting to calm her down. As officers were conducting their investigation and decided to place her under arrest for the domestic assault, she resisted arrest by placing her hands to her chest, planting her feet, and refusing to sit, requiring officers to pull her into the squad car to be transported to Montgomery County Jail.
Miranda Spurr charged in assault & headbutting, making threats to family
29-year-old Miranda Lynn Spurr was charged with two counts of domestic assault on December 28th. According to police, Miranda reportedly headbutted her husband, Shaun Spurr, and his brother, William, while arguing with them. Shaun told police she yelled, “I will kill you,” and “I will slit your throats,” after he and his brother barricaded themselves in a bedroom and used a dresser to block the door. Miranda told police, “I was just trying to scare them,” before being taken into custody and transported to Montgomery County Jail for booking.
Paula Northcutt pulls gun on husband, who she says is having an affair
57-year-old Paula Jeanice Northcutt is charged with aggravated assault after reportedly threatening her husband with a gun for having an affair. Paula told police she knew her husband had been having an affair as recently as three days ago and when he came home around 4:30 a.m. and went to bed downstairs. He says she then grabbed the firearm and had it down at her side, and went downstairs to confront him about the affair. He disarmed her during the argument and physical altercation and secured the gun in his vehicle until the police arrived. She admitted to having a couple of glasses of wine before he got home while “thinking about the situation” and placed his things outside the home after the argument.
Tessa Travis: magic mushrooms, marijuana, MDMA, guns, and cash, oh my!
23-year-old Tessa Nicole Travis is free on a $70,000 bond after Clarksville Police raided her home on December 28th to execute a search warrant. Inside the home, agents seized marijuana, MDMA, smoked blunts, THC vapes, THC edibles, THC wax, THC drinks, and over 100 grams of psilocybin mushrooms. Paraphernalia was also located, including rolling rays with residue, grinders, multiple phones, bongs, and plastic baggies. Cash, a shotgun, and a Glock handgun were also seized. A co-defendant, Brent Davis, was also charged.
Tegan McGregor pulls gun on fiancée Ashley Meece during argument on Christmas Eve
26-year-old Tegan Ann McGregor was charged with aggravated assault on Christmas Eve after her fiancé, Rossview Middle School teacher Ashley Meece, says she threatened to kill her after grabbing the victim’s Glock 43X handgun from the dresser. The couple reportedly had a verbal argument over “personal issues” that escalated quickly as Tegan pulled the gun from the holster. There was a brief struggle for control of the handgun, but Ashley was able to wrestle it away from Tegan before police arrived.
Patrick Wedding — drunk and disorderly in downtown Clarksville
26-year-old Patrick Lee Wedding was charged with public intoxication just before midnight on December 26th in front of Blackhorse Pub & Brewery on Franklin St in downtown Clarksville. He reportedly put his hands on officers who were responding to a fight call. He was heavingly intoxicated and became a public annoyance, according to officers, as he reeked of alcohol and had trouble standing. He was given multiple opportunities to go home with a friend, but Wedding became more aggressive and combative toward officers and was taken into custody.
Thomas Ryan Farrell — too drunk at Strawberry Alley
31-year-old Thomas Ryan Farrell was charged with public intoxication on Dec. 17th after police were called to Strawberry Alley Ale works as they reported a “male wearing a green shirt was highly intoxicated and harassing customers.” Officers located Farrell, and he was given multiple opportunities to get a ride home but was uncooperative.
Clarksville ‘Party God’ Decorius Simpkins charged after house party gone wrong
21-year-old self-proclaimed “Party God” Decorius Lamar Simpkins was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on December 20th after he failed to appear for a July court date, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The original charge stems from a citation issued in June, when he was 20 years old, charging him with underage possession of alcohol and marijuana. Officers encountered him at a house party that the police shut down.
