20-year-old Willie Earl Luckett was charged with aggravated burglary, driving without a license, no insurance, and two counts of felony possession of schedule I drug with intent to sell on December 29th after allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend the day before. According to police, Shatroy Williams woke up on December 28th to her ex-boyfriend Willie Luckett standing over her, grabbing her by the hair and hitting her on the head several times before grabbing her neck until she “felt his nails digging into her skin around her throat”. Shatroy told police she couldn’t breathe but didn’t lose consciousness and when she tried to get up he pushed her down onto the bed again before leaving.

Isis Taty Navarro charged after biting boyfriend’s bicep, calls 911 on herself

30-year-old Isis Tatiana ‘Taty’ Navarro-Cruz says she called 911 on her boyfriend, Chris Fuoco, to report he hit her because he was also calling 911 to report that she assaulted him. When officers arrived at this dispute between two grown adults, Taty says the couple was arguing face to face when their faces touched. She says it was intentional, and Chris says it was accidental. Taty told police that even if it was an accident, she didn’t like anyone in her space and reacted by slapping him. Chris says she has a history of destroying his things when she becomes upset, and she walked toward the garage door, which is where he stores a classic car he just received from his father. As he blocked the door to the garage, she reportedly bit his bicep. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody. Officers confirmed that Chris initially made a call to 911 but ended the call, he stated he didn’t want her to get into trouble.

24-year-old Misty Dawn Ham has had a year-long argument with her cousin, Sara Simon. Simon reportedly slept with Misty’s husband, William Cody Ham, causing the family feud. Last week, Misty and Cody arrived at Simon’s home, where Misty confronted Sara. As Sara retreated back inside the home, Misty reportedly grabbed Sara by her hair, bringing her to the ground. 28-year-old Zachary Daniel McHugh was charged with domestic assault on December 31st after police say he put his great-uncle Randall in a headlock and assaulted him. What started as a verbal argument turned physical when Zachary grabbed his uncle Randall by the hair, who was naked at the time, forced him into a headlock, striking him in the face multiple times while dragging him down the stairs and throwing him to the floor of the house they share on Fieldstone Drive. Police report that Randall had multiple injuries to his head and knee but refused medical attention.

30-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Joshua Michael Strunk was charged with DUI on December 29th. Police say they were called to the Screaming Eagle Cigars on Ft. Campbell Blvd after Joshua was stopped by an employee as he was driving away because he appeared intoxicated. He was sitting in his car with the engine running when officers arrived and admitted to having “a few” alcoholic beverages earlier in the evening. According to police, Joshua was unsteady on his feet, had watery, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and blew a .168% BAC on a breathalyzer.

He says she then grabbed the firearm and had it down at her side, and went downstairs to confront him about the affair. He disarmed her during the argument and physical altercation and secured the gun in his vehicle until the police arrived. 21-year-old self-proclaimed “Party God” Decorius Lamar Simpkins was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on December 20th after he failed to appear for a July court date, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The original charge stems from a citation issued in June, when he was 20 years old, charging him with underage possession of alcohol and marijuana.
