24-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Chelsea Messmer was jailed on October 21st after assaulting her husband at their home on Freedom Drive. She advised that she told her husband, Joseph Messmer, that he needed to move out. She then began helping Joseph pack his belongings by putting them on the ground in front of the dresser. Chelsea asked Joseph to pack what was in the bedroom last so he didn’t wake up their son. She then noticed Joseph carrying the child and asked him multiple times to give her the baby so she could feed him. But Joseph would not give up the child, so she started prying his fingers apart to get the child from him.

Jeffery Henry charged with harassing his wife after being told to stop

60-year-old Jeffery Henry was jailed on October 13th after continuing to send pointless messages to his wife, Lanora Henry, after she made it very clear that she did not wish to be contacted by him. Due to the repeated contact after being told to stop, a magistrate issued a warrant for his arrest, charging him with harassment.

Kimberly Jimenez charged with domestic assault of her brother-in-law

24-year-old Kimberly Jimenez was jailed on October 11th after assaulting her brother-in-law on Tiny Town Road. When officers arrived, they spoke with Jovani Blas, who stated he and his wife, Ashley Jimenez, had gotten into an argument at the store, and his sisters-in-law Norma and Kimberly Jimenez came to the house to pick her up. Jovani was taking things out of the car and tossing them to the ground. He then grabbed his child, a year old, and Kimberly grabbed him by the throat and pushed him back. She stated that judging by how Jovani was acting, she was afraid he would throw the child out of the car, and she did what needed to be done to stop him.

Ashaunna Pillow brandishes handgun at fiancé after tracking him via his phone

26-year-old Ashaunna Pillow was jailed on October 7th after threatening her fiancé with a gun on Timberline Way. Ms. Pillow flagged down officers and told them that she tracked her fiancé’s phone and went to confront him about personal relationship issues, and when he came out of the house, he hit her in her face, causing her to stumble backward and reach out to grab ahold of his necklace. Lenhart Harper stated that Ms. Pillow went to the house and was beating on the door, so he came outside and tried to talk to her, but she became irate and ripped off his necklace. She then went to her car and pointed a gun at him, which was located by officers in her trunk.

Andrea Parker smashes ex-boyfriend’s truck with metal club & rips out controls

33-year-old Andrea Parker was jailed on October 9th after her ex-boyfriend reported that she smashed his truck windows with a metal club. Police responded to Kraft Street and spoke with Robert Smith, who added that Ms. Parker also ripped off controls inside his truck. The estimated value of the damage was around $500. The metal club was found inside Ms. Parker’s purse, and she was taken into custody.

Harry Clark & Samantha Clark indicted on child rape charges; multiple victims

34-year-old Harry Clark was booked into the Montgomery County jail on October 17th after being indicted by the Grand Jury for fourteen counts of statutory rape of a 16-year-old between September 17th, 2022, and December 9th, 2022. This also includes three counts of solicitation and sexual exploitation of a minor when he forced another 15-year-old to watch sexual activity between December 22, 2022, and February 17, 2023.

His wife, 32-year-old Samantha Clark, was indicted on six counts for knowingly facilitating these heinous offenses between November 5th, 2022, and December 3rd, 2022.

Soldier Ashleigh Nelson slaps her boyfriend in the face during argument

22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Ashleigh Nelson was jailed on October 7th for slapping her on-and-off boyfriend in the face after an argument turned violent at his apartment on Wallace Boulevard. Mr. Emmanuel Simmons advised officers that Ms. Nelson had left his apartment after the incident. Police didn’t observe any injuries to Mr. Simmons’ face and couldn’t contact Ms. Nelson at the time, so she was determined to be the primary aggressor due to the report.

Kira Cavanaugh admits to drinking prior to DUI arrest

21-year-old Kira Cavanaugh was jailed on October 7th after police pulled her over for swerving in and out of lanes on Fort Campbell Boulevard. She smelled strongly of alcohol and admitted to drinking a few hours prior. Kira performed poorly on sobriety tests and blew a .066% BAC on a breathalyzer that was given an hour after the initial traffic stop. She was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Tovio Hardy “bucks up” on stepson, assaults him with cane

56-year-old Tovio Hardy was arrested for a domestic assault on October 16th after he and his stepson, Maurquel “Keno” McCottry, got into a physical altercation at his Kirby Drive address. McCottry stated that he arrived at the residence due to his stepsister no longer feeling comfortable due to arguments she had with Hardy. McCottry states that Hardy met him at the door and “bucked up” towards him before hitting him multiple times with his cane. The victim then states he was forced to tackle Hardy backward down the stairs to keep himself from being attacked further. Ms. Hardy, the defendant’s daughter, had advised she had intervened to stop the fight.

Hardy states that McCottry arrived and began banging on his door, demanding to know where Ms. Hardy was. The defendant then states that he let him into the home where the fight began, with Hardy being forced to hit his stepson with his cane. While doing so, Hardy states that the victim tackled him down the staircase, forcing him to shove McCottry off of himself. No marks were noticed on the victim, and the defendant had abrasions on his elbow. Due to both parties alleging physical assault and no primary aggressor being determined, both parties were charged with domestic assault.

Jasmine Gross spits on husband multiple times, tries to drag him from house

36-year-old Jasmine Gross was jailed on October 15th after reportedly assaulting her husband at their home on Eldos Trace Circle. When police arrived, Jasmine told them she wanted her husband out of the house and wanted a divorce. Thurman Gross told police that he and his wife were arguing, and she stated she wanted him gone. She then went downstairs about two feet away from him and spat on him. She got closer and spat on him again. Thurman stated his wife spat on him approximately six times, followed by trying to forcefully remove him from the house by pulling his shirt and ripping it off of him. Officers found the ripped shirt in the trash and placed Jasmine into custody.

Daequan Walton charged with DUI after “one beer and one shot”

21-year-old Daequan Walton was jailed on October 15th after driving his vehicle off the road. Officers responded to the intersection of Swift Drive and Charlotte Road, where Walton stated that he was traveling when he received a phone call, took his eyes off the road as he answered, and ended up running off the road and crashing. Police observed Walton visibly intoxicated, and he admitted to drinking one beer and one shot. He consented to sobriety testing, performed poorly, and was taken into custody.

He advised that he and his wife went to eat at Casa Blanca, where she had too much to drink. She began punching and scratching him in the face and tried to break his glasses.

Kelly Leo Desir jailed after lying to police about stolen laptop for insurance claim

27-year-old Kelly Leo Desir reported that his Macbook Pro was stolen out of his vehicle on June 11th and filed an insurance claim with USAA stating his property was stolen. On June 26th, Desir sent a photo of the “stolen” laptop to USAA for their investigation. Their investigators used the embedded metadata from that photo to determine it was actually taken after the laptop was supposedly stolen. He admitted to the USAA investigator that the laptop was in a repair shop and was not stolen. USAA turned those transcripts over to police, who issued a warrant for Desir’s arrest.

35-year-old John Brimeyer was jailed on September 27th after reportedly strangling his wife, Ashly Brimeyer, until she lost consciousness on Needmore Road. Little additional information was released on the incident, and Brimeyer was taken into custody and transported to booking. 23-year-old Austin Sweet was jailed on September 28th after an officer observed him swerving on Wilma Rudolph in his black Dodge Charger. Once pulled over, he told police that he had four drinks at the bar before driving. Police allege that Sweet smelled of alcohol, was unsteady, and had glossy eyes. He consented to sobriety tests but performed poorly and was taken into custody.

25-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Braxton Wells was jailed on September 23rd after police responded to calls of a black Dodge Challenger sitting in the turning lane on Riverside Drive to 2nd Street for a few light cycles. Police asked Wells to step out of his vehicle and immediately smelled alcohol coming from his body. He had watery eyes and was unsteady on his feet. Wells admitted that he was drinking while at the troubled Electric Cowboy and performed poorly on sobriety tests. Police found a thermal mug filled with alcohol during the vehicle search.

Tatyana Allen jailed for yet another fraud scheme in Clarksville

28-year-old Tatyana Allen told police she didn’t have enough money in her bank account when she met William Babcock to purchase a set of wedding rings in the parking lot of Crunch Fitness on August 30. He has advertised the rings on Facebook Marketplace, and Allen responded to the listing. She offered to pay him via CashApp, and the transaction was ‘pending’ in the parking lot when they completed the transaction. Sometime later, the transaction was returned and did not complete. Babock filed a report with the police, who contacted Allen for a formal interview. She stated she took the rings to Cash America Pawn the following day, where she received $150 for them. She told detectives she has had enough money to buy them back and return them but has spent it on other purchases instead.

A warrant was issued for her arrest, and she was taken into custody on September 19, charged with felony theft. Allen has a long history of fraud and worthless check-related arrests in the past. Tatyana Allen is the daughter of current City Council member Wanda Allen and Former City Council member and local pastor David Allen.

Tawin White charged with DUI after driving on two flat tires

67-year-old Tawin White was driving her vehicle with both her passenger side tires flat and the side of her car heavily damaged down New Providence Blvd on September 21st. Clarksville Police Department Officer LaJoie conducted a traffic stop and smelled alcohol on Tawin. She said she had two drinks earlier while with her friends and was unsure what she hit with her vehicle. Officer LaJoie stated that she had signs of intoxication, she had urinated on herself, and he could not have her perform sobriety tests nor read her implied consent due to the language barrier. She was then arrested for her first DUI.

Luis Delvalle assaults officer after drinking at Revel House in Clarksville

In the early morning hours of September 21st, 23-year-old Luis Delvalle was found at a Mapco on top of his friend after his car, parked at the Revel House, would not start, and he rode there with them. Clarksville Police Department Officer Binkley pulled the two apart and told Luis to sit in the back of the car. Luis could not stand alone and had slurred speech before Officer Binkley asked him questions he could not answer. While the officers spoke to Luis, he became aggressive, so they attempted to handcuff him, but he resisted. After he was handcuffed, Officer David searched him, and Luis kicked him in the leg.

Fort Campbell Soldier Garrison Meadows crashes car after fleeing from police

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Garrison Meadows was booked on September 2nd when police observed a pickup truck speeding down Dover Road, going 68 mph in a 45mph zone. Police followed the truck as it sped through the Circle K parking lot. This was when the police turned on their emergency equipment to make a traffic stop, but the vehicle picked up speed, leaving the officer behind on Lafayette Road. Further down the road, the officer found the truck in a yard crashed into a parked vehicle. Meadows was identified as the injured driver in the front seat. There was also an injured female in the passenger seat and an unresponsive male in the backseat. Meadows admitted to drinking but refused to perform sobriety tests and was transported to Tennova ER.
