Sequayah Lewis charged with pulling gun & knife on boyfriend after he talked to his child’s mother

Deputies say 33-year-old Sequayah Lewis was reportedly upset that her boyfriend, Cortavis Marable, had been talking to the mother of his children and refused to relay all of the details of the conversation to her. Cortavis says she retrieved a black handgun and chambered a round, making him fear for his safety. She then swapped the gun for a knife, acting as if she was going to stab him. She fled before police arrived and a warrant was issued for her arrest, charging her with aggravated domestic assault, and a commissioner set the bond at $15,000.

DUI: Man crashes car after “4-5 beers” at Electric Cowboy — Jacob Sauer arrested

Police say 24-year-old Jacob ‘Jake’ Sauer had just left the Electric Cowboy when he crashed his Honda CRV at 11:40 p.m. Friday. Responding officers say there was an obvious smell of alcohol about Sauer, who admitted to having “4-5 beers” at the bar. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was booked into custody for DUI.

Coral Heazlit assaults her boyfriend after he pours her vodka down the drain

Ronnie Gregory says his girlfriend, 29-year-old Coral Heazlit, punched him when he took her liquor away. He says she drank almost a half-bottle of vodka before he began to pour it down the drain of the sink and she assaulted him. Officers documented bruises on the victim.

23-year-old 1-33 CAV War Rakkasan Cole Allen Hager is charged with slapping his wife in the face after she threatened to leave and go to a friend’s home because he was berating her and calling her derogatory names. Nashville Fire Dept. Paramedic Nicholas French charged with domestic assault in Clarksville

38-year-old Nashville Fire Department Paramedic Nicholas French was arrested at his Clarkville home after his girlfriend, Amanda Wenzel, says he was intoxicated and took her phone from the nightstand and hit her in the face with it while trying to use her face to unlock the phone so he could read her text messages. He reportedly then grabbed her and placed both arms behind her back and shoved her face into a wall. He is currently using vacation days for his assigned NFD shifts until the matter is adjudicated.

APSU Officer Levi Grub charges teen with felony drug possession for marijuana during a traffic stop

Austin Peay Police Officer Levi Grubb says he observed 18-year-old Najee Brogdon driving a white Kia Optomi without headlights at 6:15 p.m. on February 27th. He conducted a traffic stop and says he immediately smelled marijuana. Brogdon admitted there was a black satchel with weed inside, and Officer Grubb found 22 grams of the green leafy goodness. He is charged with felony drug possession, and a commissioner set his bond at $10,000.

Soldier Hunter Crum charged with DUI in parking lot of Rookies Sports Bar

Police say 21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Hunter Crum was at Rookies Sports Bar and after about 4 drinks got into an argument with a female, and decided to leave the bar in an attempt to de-escalate the disagreement. As he got into his vehicle to leave, he damaged her car when attempting to back out of a parking spot. Officers located him sitting at the bar and he was charged with DUI. He blew a 0.157% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Jonathan Collier charged with felony drug possession & distribution during traffic stop

25-year-old Jonathan Collier was the driver of a vehicle owned by Maurice Stegall, who was riding in the backseat, with Tad Wilkinson in the front passenger seat. When police stopped the vehicle due to both tail lights not functioning, everyone denied ownership of a backpack in the backseat which contained marijuana, scales, baggies, and cigarillos. Collier is one of the three now charged with felony drug possession with intent to distribute, and is free on a $26,000 bond. 34-year-old Ricky Grundy is charged with aggravated assault after his girlfriend, Johanna Guadalupe, says an argument between the couple became physical when he grabbed her by the neck, lifting her up, and forcing her to the floor of the living room while keeping his hands around her neck to restrict her breathing. She says he slammed her into multiple pieces of furniture before eventually letting her go, at which time she called 911 and he fled the residence.

Sam’s Discount Tobacco Robbery case to be tried after nearly a 7-year wait — Marquis Moultrie in custody

After nearly a 7-year wait, 28-year-old Marquis Moultrie is in the Montgomery County Jail, charged with the 2015 aggravated robbery of Sam’s Discount Tobacco. Police say he forced his way inside while carrying a pistol, injuring the store owner. He threw the register to the ground when he couldn’t get the cables free to flee with it. After fleeing to South Carolina in 2015, he faced new charges and a prison sentence there for pointing and presenting a firearm, petit larceny, assault and battery 1st degree, burglary 1st degree, burglary 2nd degree, grand larceny, probation violation, failure to stop for blue lights and fleeing to evade arrest. He was eventually arrested in South Carolina in September of 2018 on all of those warrants.

24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Corbin Chenoweth Bailey was so intoxicated at the Electric Cowboy he was asked to leave by security. Despite attempting to get him to call a friend or rideshare, he insisted on getting in his car. Police arrived to attempt to get him to find an alternate way home, and noticed he had already vomited beside his car, and refused to exit the vehicle. After an extended period of time, he exited and they attempted to get him to find an alternate way to get home. He still refused, and when they told him they’d have to take him into custody for public intoxication, he backed up against a wall to prevent officers from cuffing him.

22-year-old Mariah Irvine was stopped on Fort Campbell Blvd just before 4 a.m. due to a tag that expired in November of 2021. 28-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Benjamin Kern is charged with stalking his estranged wife using an Apple AirTag placed inside the car seat of their child to track her whereabouts. During an interview with police, Kern admitted to placing the AirTag in the car seat. There was an existing military order of protection in place at the time of the incident.
