21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Garrison Meadows was booked on September 2nd when police observed a pickup truck speeding down Dover Road, going 68 mph in a 45mph zone. Police followed the truck as it sped through the Circle K parking lot. This was when the police turned on their emergency equipment to make a traffic stop, but the vehicle picked up speed, leaving the officer behind on Lafayette Road. Further down the road, the officer found the truck in a yard crashed into a parked vehicle. Meadows was identified as the injured driver in the front seat. There was also an injured female in the passenger seat and an unresponsive male in the backseat. Meadows admitted to drinking but refused to perform sobriety tests and was transported to Tennova ER.

Alishaa ‘Peachy’ Dabney jailed after police pursuit; marijuana in a stitch satchel

24-year-old Alishaa Dabney, AKA Peachy, was jailed on September 14th after a vehicle pursuit in her Audi A4 on Lafayette Road after she failed to stop at a stop sign. Once the officers activated emergency equipment, Dabney sped away until eventually coming to a complete stop on Anita Court. While placing Ms. Dabney into custody for the chase and traffic violation, officers observed a male passenger in the vehicle. He stated that he told Ms. Dabney to stop several times during the chase, but she refused. A strong odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle, according to police. A search yielded a “Stitch” satchel bag containing 24.9 grams of marijuana and two loaded guns, one of which didn’t have a serial number. Dabney was sluggish and had bloodshot eyes. She admitted to being under the influence and to being in possession of marijuana and firearms.

Breanne Nixon charged with public intoxication at liquor store

36-year-old Breanne Nixon was jailed on July 31st when an employee at Ebenezer’s Liqors and Wines reported that she was causing a disturbance at the business. When police arrived at the store, they observed Nixon showing obvious signs of impairment. While being questioned, Nixon ran outside, trying to enter her vehicle, but police apprehended her and placed her into custody.

Devan Tanksley charged after recklessly riding motorcycle without helmet or tags

22-year-old Devan Tanksley was jailed on June 8th after police attempted to pull him over for riding his motorcycle without a helmet on 41-A. Tanksley also didn’t have visible tags attached to his bike. When he noticed he was being pulled over, he drove off but eventually looped his way back to officers. It was discovered Tanksley’s license had been suspended since October 2022 for failing to pay his fines.

Soldier Kenneth McCormack flees from police on his motorcycle just before 3 a.m.

24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Kenneth McCormack was jailed on April 9th after taking off on the police when they tried to pull him over for speeding on his motorcycle. An officer saw McCormack going 67 mph on Dover Road at 2:40 a.m. When the officer turned on his lights and siren, McCormack sped off trying to avoid being pulled over. The Officer turned off his emergency equipment and saw McCormack pull into Mr. Billy’s Bar and go inside. The officer followed and was able to identify McCormack by his clothing. He would not give the officer his Driver’s License, but he was able to be identified by cross-referencing from a prior incident on his motorcycle within the city.

Joel Demon charged with punching girlfriend in face

35-year-old Joel Demon was jailed earlier this month after assaulting his girlfriend, Jean Utley, who also makes frequent appearances on the booking log. She says he punched her in the face on April 2, placing her in fear. Officers documented visible injuries to her face and located Demon a short distance away from their Wilma Rudolph Blvd. hotel room. He also had drug paraphernalia on him at the time of his arrest.

Alexis Johnson flees from police and wrecks car, leaves marijuana behind

19-year-old Alexis Johnson was doing donuts in a parking lot when Clarksville Police activated their lights and attempted to stop her. She fled the area and later wrecked her car at the Speedway on Providence Blvd. She fled on foot from the car and ran behind the Speedway, and was unable to be located. Officers searched the abandoned vehicle, which was registered to Johnson, and located 19 grams of marijuana. Johnson eventually came to the police station and wrote a statement in which she admitted to driving the wrecked car and fleeing from police.

Hubert Bell faces drug charges after traffic stop in Clarksville

33-year-old Hurbert Bell was arrested for various drug charges after a traffic stop this week. On Feb 28th, Officer Tudor initiated a traffic stop on Concord Dr. for a black Mercedes S550 that ran a stop sign at Charlemagne Blvd and Ft Campbell Blvd. When Bell was approached, he advised the officer that he didn’t have a driver’s license because it was suspended. When the officer asked if there were any illegal drugs in the vehicle, he said he had marijuana in the car. Bell consented to a vehicle search. The officer found five airtight zip-locked plastic pouches that said premium cannabis flower weighing 3.5 grams each, a pack of swisher sweets cigarillos, cigar wraps, and a rolling tray. When searching Mr. Bell’s person, a white pill identified as 10mg Oxycodone was found.

Trio charged after high-speed chase: Diamond Robinson, LeAndreonna Robinson, & Antoine Maupin

Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a silver Chrysler 200 on I-24 as it was traveling 107 mph on February 13. Inside the vehicle was 19-year-old Diamond Robinson, 20-year-old Le’Andreonna Robinson, and 20-year-old Antoine Maupin. The trio increased speed, and a chase began onto Wilma Rudolph at 85 mph, where they blacked out the vehicle and eventually lost control into a field off Trenton Road. 28-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Jerod Hauck was jailed early Sunday morning after drunkenly fleeing from officers on Trenton Road. Officers initially received a call that Hauck was stumbling down the roadway just after 5 a.m., and they canvassed the area looking for the man. He was found in the parking lot of Jenkins and Wynne and ran from officers when they gave him commands to stop. Hauck fell down multiple times while attempting to run away, but was eventually taken into custody.

Bryan Boisvert charged in Home Improvement Fraud Scheme

37-year-old accused home improvement fraudster Bryan Boisvert was found hiding in his attic crawl space when deputies took him into custody on February 3 after his wife allowed them inside to search. He was jailed on a warrant charging him with home improvement fraud. In 2022, he was operating under the name of ‘AAA Home Improvements’ and ‘A Home Improvements’ and agreed to build a tiny house for Angel Fleites. She paid Boisvert $15,000, and after several months no progress had been made, and she requested a refund of her deposit. He initially agreed to refund her money but never followed through. He is charged with Home Improvement Fraud.

18-year-old Dillon Robert Kane Duke was identified by “several family members” as being the person who broke into a home less than a block away from his own on Jan 23. Joshua Williams and Franqui Nicolis provided police with a home security video that showed a young white male in a hoodie taking things from their home, and several of his family members quickly identified him, leading to a warrant being issued for his arrest.

Marci Hoogerwerf flees from Clarksville Police, says she “didn’t feel safe”

Clarksville Police say 39-year-old Marci Hoogerwerf refused to stop for police when they attempted to stop her to investigate a hit-and-run that had just occurred in the parking lot of Drake’s on South Hampton Place on January 27. She was driving a black Lexus, which matched the description from the incident. As an officer also noticed she was driving on tags that expired in March of 2022 he activated his emergency equipment neart Trenton Road and Caney Lane. She refused to stop and continued to drive to her home on Sierra Court. As she exited the vehicle in her driveway she was taken into custody. Hoogerwerf stated she “didn’t feel safe,” and wanted to get home to her children. She was charged with felony evading arrest and driving an unlicensed vehicle.

Princess Ashford flees from officers after road rage incident

29-year-old Princess Ashford was involved in a road rage incident on January 23 near the Shell Sudden Service on Alfren Thun Road just before 6 p.m. As she was speaking with officers, she was told she was being detained and was not free to leave. Moments later, Ashford jumped in her white Nissan Versa and fled the scene while driving on a suspended license. Warrants were issued for her arrest, which she was later booked on.

Austin Mellender jailed for felony auto theft & two handguns

18-year-old Austin Michael Mellender is jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond charged with the theft of a 2020 Ford Escape from Rheann Vera. Officers located him inside the vehicle with two male juveniles, ages 13 and 14, on Pageant Lane with 15 grams of marijuana and a loaded .22 magnum revolver, which was also reported stolen. He attempted to flee during the arrest but was captured after a brief foot chase. A search also revealed a 9mm handgun in the pocket of his hoodie. During an interview, it was learned all three individuals participated in the vehicle theft.

Eddie Hampton charged after family spat with brother, petty police make arrest

When Clarksville Police Officer Daniel Smith responded to a family squabble Tuesday evening, he would eventually charge 19-year-old Eddie Mark Hampton with underage drinking, possession of a cigarillo, possession of less than 0.5 oz of marijuana, and domestic assault. The reason for the call? Eddie was reportedly arguing with his brother, Ethan Hampton, and “shoved him.” according to a police report. Ethan then pushed him to the ground and out the door of the residence.

Officers located Eddie just down the street and took him into custody for the assault. During the arrest, they located the tiniest amount of marijuana and a cigarillo. Eddie says his brother tackled him, but he did not remember shoving his brother. He says his family gave him the alcohol he was drinking, and the family says he brought it with him to the house.

Fort Campbell Soldier Colin Brown charged with drag racing, fleeing police at 115 mph

20-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Colin William Brown was one of two vehicles observed by a THP Trooper to be drag racing near Planet Fitness on Fort Campbell Blvd. The Trooper caught up with them near Dover Crossing while using emergency lights and sirens. Brown, who was driving a blue Infiniti, turned off his lights and ‘blacked out’ his vehicle, and fled from the trooper in excess of 115 mph on Dover Road. He then drifted around a dead end and came back toward the trooper and alluded him, escaping into the night. The car was traced back to Colin Brown, and multiple warrants were issued for his arrest. He was booked on those charges on October 28th.

Amir McCain (FlipPhoneShwty) jailed after fleeing police during April traffic stop

21-year-old Amir Shadon McCain, locally known as rapper FlipPhoneShwty) was jailed this week after being on the run for five months on multiple warrants, including a felony evading arrest/flight charge. In April, an officer was conducting a traffic stop on a Nissan Altima driven by McCain, and as he walked near the vehicle, McCain sped away and was able to evade police until they gave up the chase. Multiple warrants were issued for his arrest, and he was jailed on September 22nd after a new traffic stop for speeding. He is free on a $24,000 bond.
