25-year-old Dorothy Elliott is jailed on a $1,000 bond after police say she forced her father’s bedroom door open and demanded him to give her a cigarette. Her father, Arllie Elliott, told her to leave his bedroom multiple times, however, she refused. He recorded the interaction on his phone, which shows her then pushing him onto the bed and punching him. When interviewed, she wasn’t aware there was a recording and claimed that she never assaulted her father.

David Rose charged in domestic assault of elderly mother #arrested

56-year-old David Rose was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging him with the domestic assault of his mother, Peggy Rose. She called authorities to report her son had been placing her in fear of being harmed by him. In the most recent incident, she reported that David placed both of his hands on her shoulders and became verbally aggressive, then moved his hands from her body to the chair and shook it for a period of time. She states this placed her in fear of being harmed. Officers took out a warrant for Rose’s arrest, and he avoided attempts at contact. He was eventually booked into custody on March 5th.

Chrystal Trahan charged after pushing husband down flight of stairs, fleeing with their child

Joseph Trahan is in the middle of a divorce from his 36-year-old wife, Chrystal Trahan. He told police she called early Sunday morning, just after 7 a.m., asking to pick up their child in common and he explained the child was still sleeping and told her no at this time. He then went to take a shower and during that time she used a key she retained after moving out to enter the home and told her to leave when he realized she was inside the home unannounced. An audio recording of the incident captured her threatening to “beat his a–” before she pushed him to the ground, causing him to land on the child. A witness who was also at the residence confirms that Chrystal then pushed Joseph down a flight of stairs before grabbing the child and fleeing the scene.

Orlesha Wynn charged with attacking her ex-lover with a frying pan, slashing him with a knife, lying to police.

Clarksville Police say 23-year-old Orlesha Wynn reported that the father of her child, Brandon Calloway, had assaulted her at their shared apartment. Once at the scene, both parties were separated and interviewed, along with an independent witness. Police determined it was actually Wynn who first shoved her former lover into a washing machine, sliced his leg with a knife, and struck him with a frying pan. She then tossed the frying pan through the window of their shared vehicle.

Kemiees McClellan faces felony charge after lying to police about someone stealing her car

27-year-old Kemiees McClellan is free on a $10,000 bond after Clarksville Police say they caught her in a lie. On March 7th, she reported her car as stolen to CPD, stating someone took it while she warmed up her vehicle — it was 65 degrees at 6 a.m. that day, and above 40 degrees at 6 p.m., with the sun out all day long. Hours later, police contacted her to let her know her vehicle had been recovered. During an interview, she admitted to lying about the auto theft and stated she had given someone access to the vehicle and they had simply not returned it as soon as she desired.

Commissioned Officer Lane Wilmoth charged in “crazy” assault of wife with multiple witnesses

Police responded to Golden Eagle Way on March 1st, where a man pointed them in the direction of where a man had been “acting crazy”, but had just fled the scene. Officers met with Diana Wilmoth, who explained she and her husband, 29-year-old Hobert Lane Wilmoth, were estranged and he was at her home when she arrived there. Her roommates had to physically restrain Lane from attacking her, and she fled out the back door where he then chased her while she was calling 911 stating they may not get there quick enough, as he was threatening to kill her.

He grabbed the phone and destroyed it against a wall. There were multiple witnesses, and she told police this happens “all the time” and she never reported it. Wilmoth is a Commissioned Aviation Officer at Fort Campbell.

Deputies say 33-year-old Sequayah Lewis was reportedly upset that her boyfriend, Cortavis Marable, had been talking to the mother of his children and refused to relay all of the details of the conversation to her. Cortavis says she retrieved a black handgun and chambered a round, making him fear for his safety. She then swapped the gun for a knife, acting as if she was going to stab him. She fled before police arrived and a warrant was issued for her arrest, charging her with aggravated domestic assault, and a commissioner set the bond at $15,000.

Nashville Fire Dept. Paramedic Nicholas French charged with domestic assault in Clarksville

38-year-old Nashville Fire Department Paramedic Nicholas French was arrested at his Clarkville home after his girlfriend, Amanda Wenzel, says he was intoxicated and took her phone from the nightstand and hit her in the face with it while trying to use her face to unlock the phone so he could read her text messages. He reportedly then grabbed her and placed both arms behind her back and shoved her face into a wall. He is currently using vacation days for his assigned NFD shifts until the matter is adjudicated.

Clarksville is holding a listening session about parking — but they didn’t invite anyone to attend

Just before 4 p.m. Monday, the City of Clarksville quietly added a meeting to the events calendar for Tuesday at 5 p.m. — a “listening session” where they want to hear input from the public about the downtown parking options, except they didn’t tell anyone. In fact, at least one parking commission member was caught off-guard about the timing, as it happens at the same time the Mayor and one commission member have to be inside the City Council chambers for their own meeting.

So on Tuesday, at 5 p.m. the Mayor’s Parking commission will hold a listening session to decide the public’s input on parking, but the Mayor nor some of the commission will be in attendance, and they hope you won’t either, because they made no formal notice or announcement, despite promises from Parking Director Michael Palmore there would be a public outreach campaign to notify the public of the meeting, as he stated during a conversation last week when discussing the listening session.

APSU Officer Levi Grub charges teen with felony drug possession for marijuana during a traffic stop

Austin Peay Police Officer Levi Grubb says he observed 18-year-old Najee Brogdon driving a white Kia Optomi without headlights at 6:15 p.m. on February 27th. He conducted a traffic stop and says he immediately smelled marijuana. Brogdon admitted there was a black satchel with weed inside, and Officer Grubb found 22 grams of the green leafy goodness. He is charged with felony drug possession, and a commissioner set his bond at $10,000.
