Kathleen Webster says she’s been sharing a room with 48-year-old Jenifer Christine Bess at the InTown Suites near Exit 11 since September of last year. She says last Friday night, she was arguing with Bess when Bess threw a cord at her, sticking her in the face. Police arrived on the scene and took Bess into custody for domestic assault.

Soldier Ana Jackson grabs boyfriend’s genitals during drunken assault

Jeremy Snyder told police that he had been drinking with his 22-year-old girlfriend, Fort Campbell soldier Ana Lin Jackson, and got into a verbal dispute that quickly became physical. He says she began to hit him on the chest and grabbed his neck and grabbed his genitals during the assault. Officers observed marks and scratches all over his body due to the assault. Ana stated she had been drunk, and there had been an initial dispute and volunteered she had started a second argument.

Soldier Zach Braley charged with drag racing; speeding 91 mph in a 55 mph zone

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Zachary Jeffrey Braley is charged with drag racing and speeding after a THP Trooper observed him driving one of four vehicles traveling together and approaching him at a high rate of speed, eventually reaching 91 mph in a 55 mph zone on Hwy 374 between Peachers Mill Road and Whitfield Road. Trooper Cadena stopped Braley, who was driving the lead vehicle, at 1 a.m. and placed him into custody.

Drunk Man arrested while sleeping it off in car at The Electric Cowboy — Barry Ward

45-year-old Barry Dale Ward had too much to drink at the Electric Cowboy Saturday morning and made it to the rear seat of his vehicle, where he was sleeping it off with the door open. Jacob Turner, a bouncer at the troubled nightclub, called Clarksville Police to report the man asleep in his car. Officers arrived at 3:47 a.m. to find Ward still asleep in the backseat of a vehicle and had to shake him multiple times to wake him up. Officers asked Ward to call someone to get him, but he told the officer to do it for him and then told them to take him to jail. Officers charged him with public intoxication and transported him to booking.

Eric Taylor charged with pushing his wife during 2 a.m. argument

Amy Taylor told police she was pushed by her 38-year-old husband, Eric Michael Taylor, at 2 a.m. Monday at their Ridge Meadow Drive residence. Officers also arrived to find a variety of items thrown into the front yard by Eric, who was reportedly intoxicated during his interaction with police. Due to this and the prior history of domestic violence incidents with Eric as the defendant, he was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Underage DWI: Jennifer Forsythe charged after 2 a.m. crash on Riverside Drive

Clarksville Police noticed two vehicles had pulled into the smoke shop on Riverside Drive just after 2 a.m. Saturday, and stopped to check on them, as bother vehicles had their flashers active. It was immediately clear the two vehicles had been involved in a crash. One of the drivers, 20-year-old Jennifer Forsythe, reeked of alcohol and was visibly intoxicated. She admitted to consuming “a few drinks” before driving, and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.

Rocquell Dawkins charged with beating teen with hanger, wooden spoon, until both broke

34-year-old Rocquell ‘Roxcy’ Andrea Dawkins, who with her husband owns the Jamrok Buffet in Clarksville, is charged with child abuse after police say she beat her 16-year-old stepson with a clothes hanger until it brown, then beat him with a wooden spoon until it also broke. Officers documented injuries to the child’s head, neck, and arms. She became upset that a younger child had viewed a sexual video on a cell phone, which was sent by the 16-year-old’s friend.

Jennifer Lynn Poole charged with throwing plate of food at her husband

39-year-old Jennifer Lynn Poole is charged with domestic assault after police say she threw a plate of food at her husband, Zach Poole, during an argument Thursday evening. When police arrived at the home on Blue Bliar Trace, Poole stated he grabbed her and caused her to throw the place at her husband. After interviewing the husband and having Jennifer reconstruct where they were standing, she was determined to be the primary aggressor and had thrown the plate at her husband when she became upset with him.

Strawberry Alley Ale Works: Issued Permit Revocation Warning Letter & moldy strawberries

After an October 17th routine inspection, the Department of Health is processing permit revocation warning letters for repeated health code violations that remain unresolved after multiple repeat inspections at Strawberry Alley Ale Works in downtown Clarksville, where they received a score of 73. After the warning letters, the restaurant could be ordered to stop operating if the same violation remains unresolved on the next inspection.

Additionally, 100 pounds of food was embargoed during the most recent inspection. Other violations included moldy strawberries, the dish machine wouldn’t get hot enough to properly clean, and eight-day-old guacamole in the prep line cooler.

Fort Campbell Soldier Dakota Herrod booked after failing to appear for traffic citation

27-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Dakota Blake Herrod was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant issued when he failed to appear for a traffic citation in July. The original June citation charges him with traveling at 68 mph in a 45 mph, with no proof of insurance, and driving on a suspended license. He told the officer his cruise control was set at 64. When he didn’t appear for his July court date, a failure to appear warrant was signed.

Solider Markita Hollis charged in felony aggravated assault of their significant other

27-year-old Markita Denita Hollis is charged with the felony aggravated assault of their significant other, Blair Smith. The victim called 911 after she said the couple had a verbal argument that was escalating, but Hollis attempted to take the phone away from her. During the struggle, Hollis reportedly grabbed the hood of the victim’s clothing, restricting her breathing. She says Hollis then grabbed an item and attempted to hit her with it. Hollis says they was only attempting to take the phone as they were paying for it.

Heather White follows husband to gym, traps him in car, assaults him

After an argument at their home, 32-year-old Heather Lee White followed her husband, Christopher White, to the Crunch Fitness on Fort Campbell Blvd, where he went so things would calm down at home. He told police that as he was in the parking lot, she approached his vehicle and blocked him in from the driver’s side, demanding they discuss the argument as she wasn’t finished. He attempted to crawl out the passenger side, but she grabbed his shirt and pulled him back into the vehicle, scratching him in the process. While she was pulling on his shirt, he attempted to get free from her and broke her left index finger in the process.

Eddie Hampton charged after family spat with brother, petty police make arrest

When Clarksville Police Officer Daniel Smith responded to a family squabble Tuesday evening, he would eventually charge 19-year-old Eddie Mark Hampton with underage drinking, possession of a cigarillo, possession of less than 0.5 oz of marijuana, and domestic assault. The reason for the call? Eddie was reportedly arguing with his brother, Ethan Hampton, and “shoved him.” according to a police report. Ethan then pushed him to the ground and out the door of the residence.

Officers located Eddie just down the street and took him into custody for the assault. During the arrest, they located the tiniest amount of marijuana and a cigarillo. Eddie says his brother tackled him, but he did not remember shoving his brother. He says his family gave him the alcohol he was drinking, and the family says he brought it with him to the house.

Kassandra Watts charged with assault of sister-in-law during argument

19-year-old Kassandra Jean Watts is charged with the domestic assault of her sister-in-law, Mackenzie Watts. Police responded to Needmore Road late Tuesday night and met with Kassandra in the breezeway of an apartment complex. She stated she was in an argument with Mackenzie, who then punched her in the face, leaving an obvious injury. Officers spoke with Mackenzie, who told police Kassandra came to the apartment to speak with her brother when an argument occurred. She says Kassandra struck her in the face first.

Police say 19-year-old Legarian Quatez Thompson was arguing with his pregnant girlfriend, Makayla Sandlin, when he placed his hands around her throat, attempting to strangle her. Officers observed visible marking on the victim’s neck. He also reportedly hit his mother, Quinetta Thompson, when she asked if he had assaulted his girlfriend. His mother reported this was not the first time this had happened, but she didn’t want to get the police involved before because he was her son.

Mickey’s Downtown scores 77: cockroaches crawling on kitchen walls & in coolers

A Health Department inspector visited Mickey’s Downtown Friday and noted, among multiple other serious issues, there were cockroaches on the outside and inside of the reach-in cooler and several cockroaches crawling on the kitchen walls. The restaurant was also operating a dish machine without using sanitizer and had no posted permit to operate.

Fort Campbell Soldier Colin Brown charged with drag racing, fleeing police at 115 mph

20-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Colin William Brown was one of two vehicles observed by a THP Trooper to be drag racing near Planet Fitness on Fort Campbell Blvd. The Trooper caught up with them near Dover Crossing while using emergency lights and sirens. Brown, who was driving a blue Infiniti, turned off his lights and ‘blacked out’ his vehicle, and fled from the trooper in excess of 115 mph on Dover Road. He then drifted around a dead end and came back toward the trooper and alluded him, escaping into the night. The car was traced back to Colin Brown, and multiple warrants were issued for his arrest. He was booked on those charges on October 28th.

Na’Shari Blackwell breaks into ex-boyfriend’s home and assaults him, per report

Police say 19-year-old Na’Shari Andrea Blackwell used a hidden key to enter the home of her ex-boyfriend, at which time the victim, Kavarius Moody, attempted to push her back out of the door. As they moved outside, police arrived and observed Moody fleeing from Blackwell. Blackwell reportedly punched and scratched Moody’s face and neck. She also broke a bedroom window inside the home. She claims she was just there to get her things. She is charged with domestic assault and vandalism.

26-year-old Bethany Hyden is charged with the domestic assault of her boyfriend, Caleb Pickett. Officers arrived at the Farms Circle residence after the couple had an argument to find Pickett with minor scratches and red marks on the upper part of his back where he says Bethany assaulted him. She disclosed he had been charged with domestic assault previously but for a different victim.
