Trista Gatson grabs brass knucks, swings at her daughter, gets pepper-sprayed in return

Clarksville Police say 36-year-old Trista Gatson was in an argument with her daughter, Taliah, when she took out a pair of pink brass knuckles, placed them on her hand, and began to swing at her daughter. The attempts never made contact with the victim, but the daughter says she was in immediate fear, and pepper-strayed her mother in self-defense. When officers arrived, Trista stated she didn’t even own any brass knuckles, however, a quick search located them in her bag.

Nashville man found passed out drunk in Clarksville front yard — Christopher Rivera

Clarksville Police responded to Rainbow Street at 4:33 a.m. Monday after the homeowner reported it appeared someone had stumbled onto their property and passed out in their yard overnight. Officer Justin Bolden made contact with 24-year-old Christopher Rivera, of Nashville, and attempted to speak to him, however, he was too incoherent to carry on any understandable conversation according to an arrest report. He was extremely intoxicated and barely able to stand on his own.

National Guard Poster Boy Nathaniel Gann charged with 2nd DUI, stolen handgun & more

23-year-old National Guard Soldier Nathaniel Gann was erratically driving a red Ford Mustang late Friday night on Providence Blvd. When officers arrived on the street, they observed the Mustang traveling at only 15 mph and swerving onto sidewalks, and barely missing utility poles. Once the vehicle was stopped, Gann was noted to be extremely intoxicated and could barely stand when he exited the car. He admitted to drinking at Hooters prior to driving. There was a handgun in the backseat, which had been reported stolen, and seven open beer cans. A search of the trunk revealed nine more open beer cans and a shotgun. Lastly, Gann’s license was revoked from a prior DUI in 2021. Gann proudly stated he was a member of C troop, 1st quad, of the 278th ACR of the Tennessee Army National Guard.

Andrea Cole found highly intoxicated in someone’s front yard at 4 a.m.

38-year-old Andrea Cole was charged with public intoxication after a resident on E. College Street contacted police to report individuals were “acting crazy and causing a disturbance” in her yard. Officers arrived and located Cole extremely intoxicated and in the passenger seat of a vehicle at the location. She had no legitimate purpose to be at the residence and was unable to arrange for a ride home.

Jordan Taylor charged in assault of ex-roommate, Alaisea Matavao

28-year-old Jordan Taylor was booked into the Montgomery County Jail this week on an outstanding warrant from February, charging her with domestic assault. Her former roommate, Alaisea Matavao, told police that Taylor had returned to get the remainder of her belongings when a verbal argument started, resulting in a door being slammed. She says Taylor then pushed her, resulting in the assault.

26-year-old Maiya Lane was booked into the Montgomery County Jail Friday afternoon charged with the domestic assault of her sister, Mona Lane. Mona tells police Maiya came upstairs and pushed her “for no reason” then punched her in the face and pulled her hair. Another sister, Mariama Lane, intervened and was able to stop the altercation.

Trevor Bryant charged after kicking bar’s door & attempting to fight patrons on Dover Rd

31-year-old Fort Campbell Solider Trevor Bryant was heavily intoxicated and arguing with patrons at a bar at 244 Dover Road in the early hours of Saturday morning. Multiple witnesses inside the bar stated he was attempting to start fights, and Ms. Pomeroy stated he had kicked the front glass door, cracking it. When officers arrived at 1:34 a.m. they attempt to find a friend to pick up Bryant or a rideshare to take him home, however, he refused any alternate way home.

61-year-old Selena Sharpe was in an argument with her cousin, Kristin Demonbreun, over “residency issues”, when Clarksville Police say she threw a painting at the victim, striking her in the head and causing an abrasion with swelling above her right eye. Sharpe claims she’s being framed for the assault, and says the victim thew the painting at her first.

Local Party Stripper Jada Turner charged in 3AM DUI: white powder & alcohol in vehicle

Clarksville Police pulled over 21-year-old Jada Turner just at 3 a.m. as she was swerving into oncoming traffic. It was soon discovered she did not have a driver’s license, and the officer could smell alcohol coming from the car. There was an open bottle of alcohol inside the vehicle, along with a white powder inside a folded dollar bill, along with a snort straw. Turner says the powder was crushed up Lortabs.

22-year-old Autumn Young Ordonez is charged with domestic assault after she hit her husband, Matthew Ordonez, in the face after he was attempting to get her to vacate the bar she had been kicked out of. Officer Godwin responded to Mike’s Bar & Grill on a report that Young had assaulted a bouncer who was refusing to leave the property. Autumn was in the parking lot with her husband when police arrived, and multiple witnesses had observed her strike her husband as he was attempting to get her to leave the bar. Matthew also confirmed she slapped him. Young has two prior domestic violence charges, according to police.

21-year-old Brian Evans was charged with domestic assault on May 28th, after Clarksville Police say he threw a can of beer toward where his wife of one year, Alexandra Evans, was sitting, splashing beer on her face, glasses, and dress. Soldier Dakota Damron faces felony after accidentally firing rifle inside his apartment

Clarksville Police responded to a shots-fired call on Tandy Drive on May 30th, in which a bullet traveled through two occupied apartments and lodged in the wall of the second apartment. Officers located 24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Dakota Damron who lives in a connecting apartment. Damron stated he “accidentally fired a round”, explaining he was “cleaning his rifle and afterward loaded a magazine not thinking it was loaded causing him to accidentally fire the rifle,” according to a statement given to police.

42-year-old Clarksville business owner Nuno Resende (Nuno Ricardo Pereira Resende) is charged with the domestic assault of his mother-in-law, Maria White. Police say he was intoxicated and arguing when he began to throw things in the kitchen of his home. During the tantrum he demanded to hold his baby, so his wife and mother-in-law took the child and retreated to the master bedroom, locking the door behind them. They say Nuno kicked open the door and pushed his mother-in-law, Maria White, onto the bed during the assault.

When police responded to take him into custody it was discovered he also had an outstanding warrant for assault on another woman, Jenny Neves, from 2019. That warrant alleges he pushed her down onto the ground twice, causing injury to her, while at the SMIC, Inc. office address.

42-year-old Bryant Medley was booked into the Montgomery County Jail after he failed to appear for yet another traffic-related citation. In his 39th case in the county, Medley was originally cited for driving without a license and having an expired tag. Other recent charges include DUI, possession of a handgun while under the influence, speeding, texting while driving, no proof of insurance, and driving on a suspended license.

Trinity McNeal charged in assault of sister during dispute

21-year-old Trinity McNeal is charged with the domestic assault of her sister. The victim alleges that a verbal argument started between the pair when Trinity shoved her against a bedroom wall of their Heritage Pointe Drive home. She then pushed Trinity back away, causing Trinity to reportedly punch the victim in the face repeatedly. Trinity told police during an interview that she did assault the victim and pushed her first. Officers documented a laceration above the right eye of the victim and a bruise below her left eye.

Brittany Martin charged after failing to report “sexual abuse incident” between her 12 & 10 year-old children

Clarksville Police say 37-year-old Brittany Jacqueline Martin personally witnessed a “sexual abuse incident” that occurred in her home between her 12-year-old son and her 10-year-old daughter on May 21st and did not report this incident to authorities. The following day, the 12-year-old boy also ran away, which she also didn’t report. When officers came to take her into custody for the two child abuse and neglect warrants, she also resisted arrest.
