A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 24-year-old Caleb Rustchak on two counts related to the sexual exploitation of children. Count one, aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, alleges Rustchak distributed and exchanged images of children involved in sexual activity. County two, sexual exploitation of a minor (over fifty images), alleges Rustchak knowingly possessed over fifty such images of minors engaged in sexual acts. The activity occurred between October 2020 and October 2021.

Window tint traffic stop finds Nathaniel Crespo with 14 zips of marijuana — $25K bond

Clarksville police pulled over 32-year-old Nathaniel ‘Nate’ Crespo for a window tint violation on the Jaguar he was driving on May 11th. During the court of the traffic stop, officers claimed to smell marijuana, and Crespose stated his brother had recently smoked in the car. Officer searched the vehicle and located two bags, one orange, and the other black. Inside the orange bag was a vacuum-sealed bag of marijuana. Two mason jars of marijuana, along with baggies and a scale, were found in the black bag. The total weight was just under one pound, coming in at 410 grams, or just over 14 zips.

Phillip Hicks arrested after neighbors complain he was naked in back yard ‘slightly aroused’

Neighbors say they were “panicked” after seeing 50-year-old Phillip Hicks naked and slightly aroused in the backyard of his Cindy Jo Ct. home on May 12th. Terry Nugent and Kye Jones report their neighbor was in the unfenced backyard, standing naked. They were able to obtain video of the incident before Hicks fled the scene before police arrived. Officers located him at Legends Bank on Tiny Town Road and conducted a show-up with the two witnesses, who were able to identify him as the naked nuisance.

Chakeriah Moore charged with DUI; her 2-year-old child in car with her at 2:30 a.m.

23-year-old Chakeriah Moore is charged with driving under the influence with her two-year-old son in the vehicle with her. Officers observed her drifting into the center multiple times just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday. She said her ankle was swollen, causing her to swerve, and that she had not had anything to drink since midnight, despite there being an open cup of wine in the vehicle. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and blew a 0.134 on a breathalyzer.

Shawanda Jo Guthrie throws hammer at fiancé, he says she’s “always physical” & he’s in fear

Clarksville Police say 28-year-old Shawanda Jo Guthrie argued with her fiancé, Steven Louissaint, on May 12th over relationship issues. The argument became heated and she swung at him, which he says placed him in fear. The says although he dodged her fist this time, he remained in fear due to her “always being physical” with him. Shawanda then grabbed a hammer, hit their vehicle with it, and then sent the hammer flying by his head, which he felt as it narrowly missed him.

Dustin Tuberville charged after spitting on grandmother, flicking lit cigarette on grandfather

27-year-old Dustin Tuberville is charged with the domestic assault of his grandmother and grandfather, Emmie & Robert Oliver. According to Clarksville Police, Tuberville is homeless and occasionally stays with them. On May 9th, he was there taking a nap and woke up “irate.” According to an arrest report, he spat on his grandmother and flicked a cigarette on his grandfather, who is confined to a wheelchair and is on oxygen. He fled before officers arrived, and warrants were issued for his arrest.

Trent Denton charged with DUI after clocked at 71 mph on Madison Street at 1 a.m.

Clarksville Police Officer Ronnie Raikes says he clocked 23-year-old Trent Denton traveling at 71 mph in a 45 mph zone on Madison Street at 1 a.m. on Madison Street. As he conducted a traffic stop, he said it was obvious Denton was extremely intoxicated, reeked of alcohol, had slurred speech, and forgot what he was looking for each time he was asked to retrieve his license, insurance, and registration. An open black bottle with a yellow liquid was inside the vehicle, which Denton admitted was vodka and lemonade.

Chris Tucker charged after pushing his pregnant wife into a wall at her workplace, smashing into car

26-year-old Chris Tucker is charged with the domestic assault of his pregnant wife, Monica Medina-Tucker. Police say the couple was in an argument on May 7th, and in an attempt to de-escalate the situation, Monica left for work driving a car registered to Chris, who followed her to her workplace. Once she parked and exited the vehicle, he ran into it with the vehicle he was driving. Video from the Smoke and Vape Plug shows he followed her inside and pushed her into a wall, then fled the scene. Officer Clifford Peterson called Chris, who met with him and wrote a statement before being taken into custody.

Danique Wash charged with assaulting her army spouse with a clothes hanger

29-year-old Danique Wash is charged with the domestic assault of her spouse, Ashley Nicole Wash, after police say the couple was having an argument in the bedroom when Danique grabbed a clothes hanger and hit Ashley in the face with it. She then reportedly broke a television as the exited the room. The pair fought over a television remote and a necklace the victim was wearing, leaving visible injuries on the victim. The two self-separated and waited for the police to arrive.

32-year-old Jonathan Love, of the 5th Special Forces Group, 3rd Battalion, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail just before 1 a.m. Wednesday after CPD Officer David Hauser noticed Love’s Jetta swerving between lanes on Fort Campbell Blvd. During a traffic stop, Love was found to have lethargic speech, glossy watery eyes, and the smell of alcohol coming from his breath. He admitted to drinking “4-5 shots of vodka” prior to driving. After performing poorly on field sobriety tests he was transported to booking.

Tennova has 86-year-old Doris Head arrested & removed from hospital, where her son was a patient

Clarksville Police responded to Tennova Hospital Wednesday morning just before 11 a.m. to the report of a person trespassing. Doctors and security reportedly asked 86-year-old Doris Head to leave the property multiple times. Doctors say she was interfering with medical staff who were attempting to care for her son, who was a patient at the hospital. Officers made contact with Doris Head, and she continued to refuse to leave the property when asked.

Mason Fisher AKA “TheDaddyMason” charged with DUI in Clarksville

23-year-old Mason Fisher, better known as ‘TheDaddyMason’ on TikTok, was the subject of a traffic stop for failing to maintain his lane of travel on Lake Road in Clarksville. The officer who stopped him says he smelled of alcohol and performed poorly on some of the field sobriety tests, and well on others. Fisher then admitted to drinking five beers at a bar three hours prior to driving. He refused to consent to a blood test, however, a warrant was granted due to a prior DUI conviction in Florida in 2021.

Kristina Hood charged with slicing up her ex-boyfriend’s expensive sneakers, harassing his new girlfriend

29-year-old Kristina Hood now faces felony vandalism and misdemeanor harassment charges after she just can’t leave her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend alone. Her ex-boyfriend came by to pick up his shoes from her residence, and when he returned home and opened the boxes, the six pairs of shoes all had cuts across them, she had destroyed them with some sharp object like a knife or scissors. The shoes were valued at $1,500. She is also charged with harassing his new girlfriend by sending alarming and threatening text messages to her cell phone despite repeated demands to stop. More recently, she started calling the victim’s place of work, placing her in fear.

Mr. Billy’s Bar & Grill employee says they were bitten by drunk woman — Monika Falcon arrested

Officers responded to Mr. Billy’s Bar & Grill to a report of a woman lying on the floor, extremely intoxicated. They found 32-year-old Monika Falcon as the intoxicated woman and made contact with an employee who says when they attempted to assist her from the floor so she would go home, she bit an employee in the chest. She was unable or unwilling to speak to officers, and her speech that was attempted was not able to be understood due to her extreme level of intoxication.

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Alexander Matthew Fisher tells police he had “one beer” at the Electric Cowboy before rolling his vehicle on Whitfield Road, resulting in one of the passengers being ejected. When police arrived and interviewed Fisher, he stated, “I remember driving and taking a left turn at a curb and then waking up”. When asked if he had been drinking, Fisher responded: “one beer at the Electric Cowboy.” Officers say he performed poorly on field sobriety tests and reeked of alcohol.

Cavalry Scout Jonathan Maisonet charged with public intoxication after nearly drowning on Red River

21-year-old Fort Campbell Cavalry Scout Jonathan Maisonet reportedly nearly drowned on the Red River. Last weekend, Clarksville Police responded to Peachers Mill Road in response to a call that two heavily intoxicated individuals were floating down the Red River and that one of them had almost drowned. Medics responded to medically clear Maisonet, who survived the incident. Police noted he was still very intoxicated with slurred speech, and could not stand on his own two feet without assistance. He was charged with public intoxication.
