Deputies responded to Oakland Road on October 10th after LaDonna Marshall reported she had been assaulted by her daughter, 30-year-old Destinee Noelle Tidwell. A witness observed the altercation, in which Desitnee attempted to take a child’s Pack-N-Play that belonged to her mother, and a struggle ensued between the two. The back and forth continued outside the residence, where Destinne pushed her mother using the Pack-N-Play.

Amber Vredenburgh charged in assault of husband soldier days after he returns from deployment

Days after Soldier Zachary Vredenburgh returned home from deployment, his wife, 36-year-old Amber Vredenburgh, went through his phone while he slept at 9:30 a.m. on Monday. She says she found text messages that showed he was cheating during the time you were deployed. She says this caused an argument throughout the day. As officers interviewed both parties, Zach explained that when she woke him up to confront him, she slapped him across the face and pushed him, which started the verbal argument.

Lindsay Spain pushed her boyfriend into bathtub during a domestic dispute

Deputies responded to a domestic assault call just after 10 a.m. Saturday between 33-year-old Lindsay Marie Spain and her boyfriend of two years, Fredrick Alexander Morrow. Lindsay explained the couple had an argument that turned physical as she was attempting to retrieve her phone. She admits to pushing Morrow into an empty bathtub during the assault. It was determined Morrow pushed her back in self-defense, and she was determined to be the primary aggressor.

Gabriel Rich charged in assault of girlfriend who just wanted to go to the Trap Market

Clarksville Police responded to Dodge’s market late last Thursday night to find 18-year-old Gabriel Wayne Rich chasing his girlfriend, Brianna Dycus, around a black sedan. Brianna told police the couple argued because he would not take her to the Trap Market, and that Gabriel pushed her out of the back seat and onto the ground while she was trying to get back into the vehicle.

Kenwood High Teacher Brandon Stewart charged with DUI

36-year-old Brandon Allen Stewart, who teaches at Kenwood High School, was charged with DUI just before daylight Saturday morning. A DUI investigation began after an initial traffic stop for failing to maintain his lane of travel. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and smelled of alcohol, according to officers at the scene. A Tennesse Titans thermos was in the front cup holder and reportedly smelled of the same liquor on Stewart’s breath. Stewart had a prior DUI charge in 2013, which was reduced to reckless driving during a plea.

Shilo Barker charged in assault of estranged wife when she attempts to pick up child’s backpack

Brandy Barker is estranged from her 41-year-old husband, Shilo Barker. On September 29th, she went to his residence on Robin Drive to pick up their son’s backpack. While at the home, the two got into an argument, and Brandy says when she grabbed the backpack, Shilo also grabbed it and pulled her along with it toward him, causing abrasions to her forearm, which were documented by police. As she attempted to flee in her car, Shilo reportedly stood in her car door so she couldn’t close it. She was eventually able to leave and called 911. Police say Shilo admitted to the assault and was taken into custody.

Heather Majors lied to police about being carjacked by a Black man; she wrecked her own car

41-year-old Heather Marie Majors told Clarksville Police she was carjacked at 5:30 a.m. on September 18th. She stated she was driving in the area of Lacy Lane when a black male approached her at a stop sign and pointed a silver handgun at her face, forcing her out of the vehicle and onto the ground. She told police the male then drove away in her car. She says she walked home, so it was approximately three hours later before she placed the call to 911 and officers responded. Officers located the vehicle around 6 p.m. the same day, just a mile from where she said the carjacking occurred with front-end damage from a wreck. As the investigation continued, Majors admitted there was no carjacking, she made up the story after she wrecked the vehicle, afraid she would get into trouble. She is now charged with a felony for filing a false report.

Ra’Shelle Terrell charged in wild assault and resisting arrest incident in Clarksville

Officers arrived at a domestic disturbance call to find 21-year-old Ra’Shelle Terrell kicking at the front door of her home. As the officer exited the patrol car, Terrell began kicking out the front window of the residence. She attempted to flee the scene before she could be detained, and as she made it to her vehicle she screamed she didn’t know who the uniformed officer was, but was eventually cuffed and detained. Moments later, she slipped her cuffs and grabbed onto the axle of her vehicle to avoid or delay arrest. Her husband, Foster ‘Gauge’ Nye, explained she came home and said he wasn’t himself and began kicking holes in the wall as she locked herself in the bedroom. She then fled the house, locking herself out, kicked in the door, kicked in the window, and eventually threw keys in the face of her husband, assaulting him.

Zachary Phillips charged after grabbing ex-wife’s arm in attempt to force a hug to happen

28-year-old Zachary Shawn Phillips was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant from May, charging him with the domestic assault of his ex-wife, Angela Austin. Angela allowed Phillips to come to her home to spend some time; however, a dispute erupted between the former lovers. She says she went out back to smoke a cigarette, and Phillips followed her and tried to force her to give him a hug. She says he grabbed her arm and twisted it and wouldn’t let go, so she bit him to break free of his grasp. He reportedly then hit her in the face, which left an injury as documented by officers, along with scratch marks from the struggle. Phillips fled to a relative’s house in Stewart County, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Jacob Gregorek charged with marijuana possession & speeding in Clarksville

22-year-old Jacob Ryan Gregorek was pulled over for speeding 21 mph over the speed limit Saturday night and told the officer he had smoked earlier but had no marijuana or drugs in the car when the officer noted he could smell marijuana. He eventually consented to a search of his vehicle after multiple more denials that anything was inside the vehicle, and the officer located 17 grams of marijuana in the console. Gregorek explained he was from Virginia, where he says they’re allowed to have small personal amounts.

Shawntre Brown booked on warrants after she walks away from attempted traffic stop

30-year-old Shawntre Devon Brown is charged with speeding, driving on a revoked license (for the second time), and driving with expired tags after officers observed her traveling 55 mph in a 35 mph zone in September. As she noticed an officer was behind her, she pulled into Whitney Drive and parked, and walked away down the street. The officer stayed with the vehicle, and a short time later, a man came to get the vehicle, who turned out to be her father. He confirmed her identity, and the warrants were issued for her arrest. She was booked on the outstanding warrants on September 29th.

Zykerious Law charged with punching out window of baby mama’s vehicle

22-year-old Zykerious Law (AKA Zy Capone) is charged with vandalism after the mother of his children, LaMerian Sanders (AKA Dimplez), says he punched and broke out a window of her vehicle. She says she arrived home, and the two were in a verbal disagreement for about a half-hour before he smashed the window. Officers located Law as he was leaving the scene and took him into custody. He had a fresh scratch on his forearm, presumably from the window.

Hailey Ennis charged in 4 a.m. DUI — blows double legal limit

20-year-old Hailey Nicole Ennis was having trouble keeping her Toyota Camry between the lines of Tiny Town Road just before 4 a.m. Saturday, as observed by Clarksville Police Officer Marcus Lax, who initiated a traffic stop. He reports Ennis reeked of alcohol and had re-glossy eyes. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.16% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Ryan Smith causes ex-girlfriend to fall out of car while out on bond for prior assault on her

While out on bond for a prior aggravated domestic assault against the same victim, 25-year-old Ryan Malcolm Smith was arrested this week, once again charged with the aggravated domestic assault of his ex-girlfriend, Abby Gladden. Police were alerted to the situation at Tennova Hospital on September 29th after a witness observed a woman fall out of a moving vehicle. As people came to her rescue, she disclosed she was trying to get away from Ryan, who was driving the vehicle, and he wouldn’t let her out of the car as he would ‘gun it’ every time she attempted to open the door to flee. She was seen at the hospital for a possible broken arm. Police took Ryan into custody and say he admitted he was keeping her from exiting the car and that he “gassed it and she fell out onto her wrist.” He believed she had taken numbers from his phone and texted or called them to find out who they belonged to.
